EXTREMELY RUDE!!! I hadn't been to this restaurant for a while and thought maybe the menu had changed, so I called yesterday at 15:24 to ask if the half price lunch menu was the same as usual. The receptionist confirmed that everything was normal, she also nicely specified the price (£36 before service charge) and there was no price increase. No need to reserve a seat, just walk in as before. The restaurant is always empty at noon, so I never worry about not having a seat. I went in today and was told that the menu was cancelled 1 month ago. We were surprised and told the manager the whole story. The manager was very passive aggressive. He said this was just my version of the story and refused to check my call log. He also accused me of not telling him the name of the receptionist whom I spoke to over the phone. Lol Which customer would ask the name of the receptionist when calling a restaurant??? I said it was a mandarin speaking female and he said there were too many waiters and he would not investigate. It was super ridiculous because there were really very few waiters to serve very few customers in their restaurant. He would know by simply asking. Finally, I asked him if he was accusing me of making up the story, and he said YES! He didn't listen, explain, or apologize at all. He was passive aggressive the whole time. Which customer would make up a lie for something like this? I chose to meet friends here because there are fewer people, it is quieter, which means it is easier to talk. Now I understand why there are fewer people in this restaurant while the Royal China (1 minute away) is always crowded. Customers were scared away by the disrespect.

Nice restaurant with linen tablecloths, very attentive servers, and a picture menu so you know what you're getting. I visit every time I fly into London city airport. The restaurant is on the second floor and the entrance is on the parking lot side on the east end of the building.

A Thursday night meal after 5 using £5 vouchers was pleasantly catered for by smiling staff and great selection of Chinese food cooked to perfection. Robot tray collector is entertainment for kids, and good selection of tasty foods entertainment for all. There was variety of dishes from spicy to savoury and s griddle where you can find shredded duck and meats cooked to your liking. Overall. best all you can eat Chinese I've been to because of quality of selection and yummy food to eat.

Pffff… most of the food is bang average, some of it is actually just plain old gross. It’s overpriced also. My daughter went and got some grapes and they weren’t ripe, they tasted bitter. Some of the kitchen staff were hanging around near the kitchen door, they kind of had faces that suggested they were waiting to see If anyone would go for the dish that the porters had spat it. Just felt uneasy in there. Staff are actually rubbish, as I’m writing this a waiter comes over and just points at the empty plates on our table, and then stands there waiting for me to pass him empty plates. Like that’s my job? Never coming here again.

The food was average. The service was terrible. We were waiting approximately 1 hour, after we got a table, but after several time they told us to go upstairs instead of sitting to before selected table downstairs. In restaurant we found terrible not hygienic situation. The dirty dishes from around near people were eating their ordered food. We were waiting approximately 30 min our food. They brought noodles and vegetables first, after +30 min they brought ours ordered meat and it was cold. The staff were not polite. My recommendation is to find another place to eat. Don’t choose this restaurant!!!!
