Piece of plastic inside my kebab and instead of grated cheese on the chips which I asked for they gave me cheese sauce

Always polite, food is nice and fresh.

Ordered one kebab, no one else in the queue.. about 8 staff.. I asked for kebab with chilli, mayo and salad .. it came with meat and mayo🤣 that’s not the first time they got the order wrong.. it’s every time

I've ordered from here for over 10 years always been beautiful for now at least 2 months the food is terrible had again tonight to try but under cooked sloppy and absolutely terrible won't been ordering again

Considering they're called Pizza House, their pizza is consistently disappointing. Only giving 5 stars cos they seem like a nice bunch and I don't want to be a d*ck. Some of their other stuff is really nice tbf. If they could figure out how to make their pizza more like Domino's or Papa John's they'd be the best takeaway in the area & make bare pennies $$$

Food always nice good and good portions

Only have one star because I had to. Food is atrocious think they need to get a better cook used to be nice but now everything’s dry and over cooked chips soggy and cold. Chicken burger and bread way too over cooked 🤢🤢🤢 won’t be ordering again.

Dreadful calzone pizza, left me and my wife vomiting all weekend.

Really poor! We got off the train and popped in. Ordered three pieces of chicken and a kebab meal. The chicken was inedible; totally dry and cooked for far too long. The kebab was appalling! Dry meat, a hard pizzas base and over-cooked in every way possible. So disappointed! We were actually in the takeaway and not waiting for delivery so there is absolutely no excuse for this. Just go somewhere else!

absolutely joke orderd food 7.30pm got to 9.15 not come so called n asked if been sent out they said another hour so 3 hours to make 2 burgers n deliver it so canceled got from somewhere absolutely joke that

Ordered from here quite a few times over the years usually pretty good however most recent orders seems to be going downhill. Today we ordered donner and chicken kebab , only got chicken meat which wasn’t great. Chips with grated cheese , we didn’t think it would literally be cold chips with cold grated cheese on the top, are we supposed to cook these ourselves ? Not slightly melted. Warning - Garlic Mayo is exactly same as there normal Mayo not one slight essence of garlic in. It’s a real shame as we’re pretty local and it’s convenient however everytime we order we’re being put off more and more.

Food was awful, Pizzas were overdone and meat was burnt. Chips were soggy and a very small portion. Onion Rings were overdone and very tough to chew. Garlic Bread was never delivered until we complained, got it delivered and again overdone. Will not be ordering from here again.

Late delivery i phoned after 30 mins late told me it was on the way and 15 minutes later it turned up so 45 minutes late and the food was cold pizza tasted stale chips and cheese sauce were cold soggy and the sauce was congealed wasnt happy

Minor grumble because it was 20 minutes late and no garlic mayo sauce but it won't put us off ordering again as the food is always good.

Chips were extremely over cooked and forgot item on my order

Honestly was the worse food ever couldn’t even chew the meat it was tough as old boots even dog refused it , order was wrong , it all went in bin yes it was early ( only thing going for it ) but that’s £27 quid I will never get back

It was ok but I ordered chips and cheese special for £3 and it was just cheesy chips.

Good food however disappointed as ordered a prosciutto pizza and it was a glorified ham pizza with chunks of normal ham which I wasn't expecting. If I wanted a normal ham pizza I would have ordered a ham pizza. The food was still very tasty and delivery time good but I would suggest removing the prosciutto ham pizza off the menu as it could cause problems due to false advertising

Freezing cold food, complained so sent out a new garlic bread but delivery driver just passed food didn’t speak pizza a mess in the box. Absolutely terrible. Was a returning customer not any longer. Suggest you sort out your delivery staff! Lady on the phone cannot fault though.

Ordered grand kebab and just over half of shish kebab and hand kofte kebab was totally charcoal burnt black, but apart from this everything else was generally good though.

Don't ever complain. I complained as our order was incorrect and rather than dealing with the complaint I have been banned from having any delivery orders and then yesterday banned from entering the shop management are absolutely disgusting

Never complain I made a complaint as our order was incorrect twice but they didn't deal with the complaint they just banned me from ordering with delivery and then banned me from the shop the management are disgusting and I found this attitude disgusting I haven't complained anywhere else so why do what they have done

So good! The pizzas are delicious, and they are clearly homemade bases! The donner kebab is the best kebab I've ever had. It isn't greasy like nearly all kebabs are, and it comes with a lovely fresh salad, and a gorgous pitta/wrap/nan kinda thing. Genuinely so good. The chicken kebab is to die for too! I just love it. P.s. the staff and delivery drivers are really nice too.

Food arrived 30 minutes early and pizza was really cold cheesy chips was cold and cheese sauce just in one corner and was that cold the sauce had set lumpy. Chicken kebab had 4 small pieces of chicken on and tiny bit of salad but loads and loads of mayo. Normally always perfect and order from here alot but not again majority of tea went in bin!!!

30 mins late. Can deal with this. Pizza’s banging but NOT ENOUGH CHEESE SAUCE on chips!

Asked for deep pan was thin Asked for mayo on kebab got chilli sauce plastered all over. The salad was horrid soggy lettuce top of the tomotoe wasn't fresh and the onion was so hard. Popcorn chicken over cooked best bit was free bottle of pop £26 down swanny

Pizza was lovely, loads of toppings. Although base was a bit soggy, but I think that’s coz there was so much on top. Onion rings were over cooked though, they were proper dark brown. I paid for garlic mayo and bbq sauce but bbq sauce didn’t come.

Took over an hour and 2 minutes for a mid week order and the shop is 0.8 miles from My house.

Delivery guy hammered on door even tho I was on the way to it I said doorbell works he said covid innit!

I ordered a half pound burger n only got a quarter pound.

We ordered 2 chicken and shish kebabs, the shish was supposed to be marinated beef. From the 6 pieces we roughly go each there was one all together edible. Meat was so tough and just full of fat, really bad quality. Chicken was ok and rest of the food was ok but the beer was shocking

Not really impressed this time round, no kebab meat, ordered popcorn chicken and chips kids meal and spicy chicken wings and chips came instead
