Shocking! How they can send out food like that and not expect a poor review is beyond me. Very poor and definitely will never order from them again.

Amazing food it was really tasty food was cooked to order in front of us in matter of about 15 minutes and the young man who served us was so pleasant will be definitely back

I ordered a vegan fried rice with vegetables and cashew nuts. What arrived was plain rice with nuts on top. My friend had a mixed starter and a desert it cost £25. Total rip off.

Been coming here for years havnt had for a a while ordered tonight they forgot the rice no problem mistakes happen and they delivered it quickly but chicken satays not cooked beef chow mein watery no taste and beef questionable if cooked shame used to be lovely won't be coming back alot of money for poor food

We have been having takeaway from mo's for years, and tonight was the worst, probably won't be returning the food was awful! And very expensive too! Some things were only just cooked, some over cooked,no flavour, and prawn crackers soggy, will be going elsewhere in the future!!

We picked this place as it was open on a Tuesday as our regular Chinese was closed. We ordered the same as we would normally which cost at least £5 more than our normal Chinese. Delivery was 40mins so pretty standard, on opening the take out it seemed very greasy and an oily film over the boxes. I ordered a Satay sauce which I normally have but this one was dark brown and more like a paste than a sauce. It had a layer of oil on top and was cold so not sure what this was exactly. I warmed this up and added it to my meal Singapore fried rice which ruined my meal as the paste/ sauce had a strange taste. Spare ribs were over cooked and dry, the chips wee in a polystyrene box which made the chips sweat and my overall opinion is that I won't be having take out from here again. I thought it was £30 wasted on a meal that I didn't enjoy.

Lovely cosy restaurant with great service and really friendly staff. The food was amazing! I’d highly recommend the Dynamite Naga Prawns, they were delicious! Will be going again that’s for sure.

Really tasty Chinese takeaway. I love the Salt and Chili King Prawn and the Crispy Shredded Duck. Only downside is the portion of Sweet and Sour Chicken Cantonese Style, it's like half the size of the Lemon Chicken.

We are return customers to Mo's and over the years I don't think we've ever had a bad meal. I am surprised by the bad reviews, although the majority seem to be deliveres whereas we always pick-up after ordering over the phone.

First time ordering absolutely lovely food around 45 mins to come piping hot this will be my new Chinese from now on keep it up

We have used Mos kitchen many times previously and always been very pleased with the quality of the food. We went tonight and picked up a takeaway we hadn't been there for about 6 months. We were very disappointed with the quality of the food not sure if they have changed the chef of recipes but did not enjoy it.

I have to rave about this take away, nobody recommended it, we came across it by chance. I have to say the food is excellent, sometimes I feel Chinese takeaways use too much salt. But I can't fault this takeaway, already recommended to family & friends and they say that this is their now favourite takeaway, though we normally just have starters for nibbles but have also had mains too, both excellent.

Had our first take away from Mo's kitchen, it was absolutely gorgeous, the egg fried rice Mmmmmm the whole meal was to die for, will definitely be ordering from here again a definite five stars.

Used to love Mo's. Wouldn't eat here now though. As of October 2020 they have a 1 Star Food Hygiene Rating.

Absolutely disgraceful service. Ordered from here just after it reopened from lockdown and the food was over two hours late. Called to get an update to find no one answering the phone. The food arrived and I sent it away. No apology from the delivery driver. I gave them another try this evening and the service received was pitiful. They sent the wrong order and when we called to rectify it, they tried to make out the food was what we ordered. Point blank refusing to deliver the correct order. I would definitely not use Mo's kitchen again. I struggle to see how they still have a business with such substandard customer service. They should be ashamed. Spend your money elsewhere to avoid disappointment.

Rubbish! 3 years ago I left a 5-star review for Mo's, its gone gradually down hill and now it's hit rock bottom.... Tonight; Special chow mein was the worst I've ever had! Admittedly loads of meat in it but swimming in greese. Never again.....

This place is a joke with delivery ordered over 2 hours ago, after the 1st hour they said it was being cooked now and was being deliver in 30 mins. We are currently at 2 hours and 30 mins and still staying its being cooked they are a pathetic and can't speak a word of English when you ring them.

We ordered a set meal for 2 at 26.80 including delivery. It came earlier than said, was hot tasty and plentiful. What more can I say ? Excellent will be ordering again.

Order from here regularly and never had a problem and the food is usually nice but after tonight I wont be returning. You need to sack the chinese delivery driver as he just walked into my house!! Not happy at all. Food was late and the salt and pepper chicken was really dry

Whilst visiting my parents from out of area it has become somewhat of a tradition to order a Chinese from Mo's during my stay so probably eaten from here half a dozen times of so. I have to say that without exception it has always been excellent. The menu is extensive and well priced, the quality of food/temperature when it arrives is probably the best Chinese Ive eaten from a takeaway and the staff I come into contact with at the restaurant when ordering by phone and the delivery guy are always very friendly and helpful. Thoroughly recommended and will definitely continue to use Mo's when visiting my family in Newcastle.

Ordered spare ribs which were delicious and a chicken dish which was disgusting😱. I don’t know which part of the chicken was used as it didn’t taste or look like chicken and it had a pile of almost raw onions - couldn’t eat it and threw it away. Won’t be returning

It's the second time I order from this place ...first of all you pay for delivery second get your order rong for ppl who has specify they do not eat pork they still SEND YOU PORK !!! Second I order a special fried rice with out pork and doesn't come with beef shame I can't give alf star

One star too many! Absolutely disgusting service. Order placed at 7pm with a delivery time of an hour, food hadn't arrived at 8.20pm so I called to be told they had only just started cooking it and it would be another 20 minutes. 8.50pm still no food! By this point my children were starving and myself and my wife had gone past hungry. So I make another call to be told it’s out for delivery and on its way (I live a 5 minute drive away) finally arrived at 9.10pm. No apology, no freebies. Food inedible! The rice was the worst I’ve ever had. The chicken was not healthy. The chips were cold and stale. Prawn toast the same. I just wish I had looked at reviews before I ordered. Absolute waste of £30. Seriously don’t bother. Unless you like to waste money and go hungry! How on earth this place is still in business is beyond me. AVOID!

Absolutely love this Chinese Takeaway! I don't think we have ever received a bad order. Good value for money as well, on a cheat day my boyfriend and I order: Salt and Pepper chips, Deep fried beef strips with chilli, Salt and Pepper Chicken, Wontons, Special fried rice = £20 with a good amount of leftovers!! Highly Recommend

The order came, extremely wrong, rang to inform of wrong order, to then get accused of being a liar! ‘lee’ was extremely rude on the phone so I can only assume being a part of the reception team to take the orders! He hung up on me three times! ABSOLUTE DISGUSTING........ I then rang back to say u have sent the order, it was wrong for him to say that we had to bring the delivery back to the shop!!!! How can the shop carry on in business on this sort of reputation???? The service is absolutely degradable. Appalling service received tonight. What once was a trusty takeaway has turned into a place I will not visit again. After ordering my takeaway an hour and half ago it never arrived despite copious phone calls to find out where it was, only to be told it was 5 mins away.After speaking to the driver he asked when we would like the food only to be told it was too late as children were in bed. Such a shame from a favourite takeaway, we will be looking for a more reliable and honest takeaway in the future.

Mo’s Kitchen are great! I have coeliac disease which means i am unable to eat gluten, they’re very understanding and will adapt the order to my needs. I once ordered a dish that was unable to be served gluten free, they phoned me to advise that it will still contain gluten and gave me other option. It’s great to be able to eat out and trust where you go! Also brilliant service and very friendly staff ☺️

We live near Newcastle under Lyme, we have found this to be one of the tastyest Chinese takeaways around. I would recommend the thick noodle chow mein or one of the hot boxes if your just looking for a quick tasty meal.

Friend recommended this Chinese Takeaway. We have now used them on two occassions when we had friends around and had the food delivered. Both deliveries were a little bit later than the time we asked for but not by much. The food arrived hot and all the dishes were very good and thoroughly enjoyed by all, the portions were just right.

I went here for the first time Beautiful food Well worth the money Defo reccomend I will be using again

Ordered a takeaway through just eat at 7:36pm the order was confirmed as delivered at 8:20pm. I rang the takeaway who told me it would be 3 minutes, 20 minutes later i rang again and could not get any understandable explaination just told it would be 10 minutes, after another 20 minutes i called again to which i was finally told that the food had not even been cooked! Lied to 3 times waited 2 hours for a takeaway, absolutely disgusting service.

Mo's kitchen is slightly expensive compared to others, but when you receive your order you will no why. You can taste everything is fresh and quality ingredients unlike most Chinese takeaway is Stoke. You also get plenty of meat in your meals unlike someone stated in another review. I'd even go as far as saying it's the best Chinese takeaway in town.

Apsolutly awful the chips were rock solid like they were a days old!!!! Curry was like a babys nappy all thick like its been standing over night did not enjoy it at all really awful and totaly not worth 17 pound i can get the same what i ordered from my local and cost 13 pound and get way more for my money this is stingy wud not reccommend!!!!!

The Food was an hour late, and when I called up to ask about it the service was very bad. The person that greeted me was very rude and blunt showing a real lack of people skills. I would advise not ordering from here unless you want your food two hours from when you order and poor customer service.
