Great food could not falt the service.

I legit didn't think the chicken balls could get any worse who ever is cooking them needs to stay out the kitchen period they can't cook batter is hard enough that it will cost us more in dental treatment the chicken balls were terrible yet again but literally at its worst absolutely disgraceful no presentation at all.delivery service 5star faster than expected.food a minus 5 ngl so bad.

We like the food from here especially the BBQ ribs. We have on ordering for 7 or 8 people had items missing on delivery. Rectified when they were informed. Prices are slightly higher than some other local chinese restaurants. You can use cash or card to pay.

Previously ordered from here so phone details registeted. Always.piping hot deliveries, big portions, tasty and colourful. If food is all the same colour it looks bland but ours never is. Always great tasting my mouth is watering now.

With my normal takeaway closed we tried this one and can honestly say that we wasn't disappointed the food was excellent quality plenty of flavour delivered on time and food was Hot as we live 3miles away.The Garlic mushrooms are fabulous will definitely be going to order again congratulations to the chef's Martyn.

Very poor. Ordered the veg spring rolls (amongst other dishes) and they sent the pancake ones (that had meat in). I rang, they accepted the mistake but just said ‘mistakes happen’. Simply not good enough. No takeaway should put a meat dish instead of a veggie one. Thankfully my veggie daughter hadnt started one before we realised. Rest of food was average, not particularly tasty. there are much better takeaways - try Tangs or willow house. I only ordered here because it was monday and they were shut. Will never order here again. Veggie dishes should never have meat ones in their place.

Great great food! Especially at the weekend I have been disappointed on Monday or Tuesday food feels reheated or over done refried. But overall the food is stunning Really great prawns they’re are really quick with delivery

I would happily admit that this is the best Chinese takeaway I have ever ordered from. The food is always delicious and cooked to perfection; the chow mein is especially good. I will never go anywhere else again.

Our first time trying here last night after a few recommendations, unfortunately we were rather disappointed. When the food finally arrived it was such an anticlimax. We ordered the Chicken Foo Yung, Egg Fried Rice & Crispy Shredded Chicken. All 3 dishes were very bland and to top it off it came cold. Not the best first impression at all.

Great service, been a loyal customer for years and have always been pleased. They are always so nice and cater for milk/egg and gluten intolerance if you ask and they are always so kind about it. Lovely people and brilliant food. Would recommend to anyone

Have been going to Good Food II for a few years now and all in all, we're delighted with them. We are gluten intolerant and they accommodate us brilliantly and, having had 2 babies in the last 2 years, at the end of a busy day with no sleep and the last thing I can be bothered to do is cook, these guys deliver (literally!) Their food is amazing, and, on the odd occasion if something hasn't been quite right (mainly if the gluten free has been forgotten, nothing more than that), they've fixed it no question. Highly recommend.

Amazing food flavours, freshly cooked, delivered within 40 mins - nice hot temperatures, a great sirloin steak, I recommend salt and pepper crispy chicken, chicken chow Mein amazing, we got free prawn crackers too! Absolutely brilliant take away, the best Chinese food I have had. Consistently good I have been using this outlet for the last two decades and have never had a problem - we get a takeaway from here around once a fortnight.

Waited over 40 minutes for a portion of chips and curry sauce the other week ,would've preferred to be told that it was going to be at least 30 mins plus before taking order and money, was originally told 15 mins. When asked how long they were going to be after 20 mins I was told we'll find out for you , no one did find out for me though. Love the food but customer service is appalling on this occasion.

This place is great, been our regular takeaway for a few years now...but I've only just started trying new things (to me) on the menu rather than just my usual order. Really good stuff, love it

Good Quality Food Everything is OK!!

Best chinese in arnold by a long shot! Food piping hot, delivery times quick, with the exception of when a new lock down occurs and they're extremely busy, delivery times become longer which isnt great but hey its lockdown what can you do? We have used good food 2 for years, the food is always delicious, never had a bad meal! Thanks good food 2! Ps the new guy on the phone is lovely too!

Decided to try a takeaway after a friend recommended here. Absolutely amazing. Delivery was prompt and food was hot and fresh. Beef curry was absolutely amazing, and prawn crackers are made from scratch and not prebought like other Chinese takeaways I have tried. After 10 years I have finally found a Chinese takeaway that beat the old one i used to order from. The staff are very polite, especially Jess. I will definitely be returning in the future!

Ordered meal for New Year's Eve and told would be 1hr 15minutes.. Didn't arrive after 1hr 50 minutes. Phoned back and told on its way, would be another 10 minutes. When phoned 2hrs 30 minutes after first ordering, rude woman said wouldn't have said 10 minutes and couldn't find order. Booked delivery because on last collection shop busy with no social distancing and drivers going behind counter in outdoor clothes. Will not be using them again.

Great Chinese. Staff always nice, nothing any trouble. Food always delivered on time and is delicious. Driver always polite and friendly.

The food here is AMAZING! Of all the places I've tried, i like this Chinese takeaway the best. They have a great menu, the prices are reasonable and the quality of the service and the food is top-notch! I alwaya recommend this place for anyone wanting a good Chinese takeaway!

Have not received the food yet, we have been waiting 2 and a half hours for a £30 order, we were told after we ordered that there was no duck which we ordered and they have ripped us off £4. DO NOT BUY FOOD HERE!

Order wrong not great quality small ribs.

Great food as always right on our doorstep. Could eat there every day! Update 12 months on... I have ordered from GoodFoodII several times over the last few months. Unfortunately I have ti say the quality has gone down hill rapidly. From the last two times we've ordered from there the meat has been chewy and poor quality, the rice is flavourless and we have found hairs in our most recent order. Wont be eating here again.

Turned up at good food 2 after 10 minutes of ordering being told it wod take 15 minutes and it was sat on the side. After I had started eating my food the crispy shredded chicken in so called peeking sauce was sweet and sour and the chicken batter was soggy and the so called egg fried rice is nothing short of a joke. It was awful and disgusting, I wouldn't feed it to a dog. It must have new owners as I have been here a while ago with no problems. This is a disgrace as to why it is still open. I tried to call up to complain about my food only to be fobbed off and had the phone put down on me. I wouldn't recommend this so called takeaway to anyone. It's a mess with poor quality food....🤢🤢

Best ever especially beef curry

Our first visit on Easter Monday, and impressed with the welcome we received from the young man. Food was decent quality, reminded us of the authentic Chinese food we had when we were younger. Good size portions, nice and hot. So many Chinese take outs are bland and taste the same. This is a cut above, will be back soon !!

Awful food! Do not order from here, I certainly won’t be ever again. The salt and pepper chips were basically chips with a whole pot of salt on... couldn’t even eat them! The spring rolls seemed to have missed the vegetables inside and the chicken noodle soup tasted like you’d washed paint brushes in it... completely inedible food and threw 85% in the bin!!

I tried this place 3 years ago and it was awful, my daughter was vomiting all night,tonight I had no choice but to try again, once you get past the kids club on counter and listen to the loud dizzy blond sucking lollipop and telling everyone about her X boyfriend who is harassing her you get a divvo asking "What do you want " I made a mistake 3 years ago and I've done it again, needless to say my 2 dogs are now eating my takeaway, never again

Having just arrived home from a long haul flight, we thought good of ordering a take away, we've been going to tangs restaurant on rollaston drive recently, but it's closed today so knowing gf2 was always a good call we phoned in our usual order, I specifically asked for the special fried rice to be fried off a little longer as it normally come almost boiled texture, the salt and chilli prawns were bone dry and only a few in the container, but worse of all was the special curry, it was like a light orange in colour, it had vertually no spice to it at all and felt like I'd ordered onion curry given the lack of meat. Really disappointed with the meal, lost My confidence completely, never again...

Ordered food for delivery at 710pm, told it'd be half an hour. At 815pm I called to chase to be told it's sat waiting for collection. I expressed that I'd prefer to have fresh, piping hot food which I was assured we'd get. Another half hour passed, so expected what I'd asked for, all bar 1 of the dishes was cold and no discount or complimentary offer was given. Very disappointed. A shame as when we've been before it's been ok.

Good food that is exactly what you get have been using them for quite a while the food is always red hot I would recommend this to anyone.

Always go to Good Food as it’s 2 minutes away and the food is more or less always at a good standard. However since it’s been took over the lad behind the counter isn’t the greatest and has got my order wrong a couple of times, always get the food Wanted in the end though.

I live local to Good Food 2 and order from here all the time. I can honestly say I’ve never had a bad meal! Food is always piping hot and servings large enough to tip over to breakfast. For 2 people I would reccomend: Mixed House Starter Salt and Pepper Ribs S&S Chicken Balls Small egg fried rice. Best Chinese in Arnold by a mile!!!

Best Chinese Takeaway I've been to. Crispy Beef is really good. Prawn crackers are great and not greasy at all which makes a nice change.

Nunca se uso 2 buena comida de nuevo. Si pides temprano - como no mucho después se abren, obtendrá calienta a la izquierda sobre la comida como nosotros. Los contenedores de plástico saturado y olía asqueroso. No puedo quejarme ya que no quería nada de ellos. Y nunca!

Went here one night during the week to get a takeaway for one, cost £9.80 and I thought there would be plenty for the next day so all good, but the chicken and mushroom was rubbery and just didn't taste right at all as for the beef in black bean sauce it actually looked like mould was growing on it when I checked it the next day, the reason I have put the title unfortunate on this is because I have had good meals from here but it seems the new management (I haven't been in Nottingham for a while) have killed off the good reputation this little takeaway had.

Ordered a meal the other night. Arrived within 30 minutes. Very reasonably priced, friendly service. The food was perfect. Fresh, tasty and lots of it. Would recommend whole heartedly.

Hemos estado con buena comida II durante al menos cinco años. Nunca he tenido una mala comida, perdió orden o retraso en la entrega. La calidad de la comida es fácilmente el mejor llevar he comido y clientes siempre comentario. Recientemente hemos descubierto su variedad de platos tailandeses que son excelentes. Muy recomendado.

Esta es la única comida china que va a usar. Los platos sabor mejor que la mayoría restaurantes chinos que he estado. Amigos que vienen a siempre comentario lo bonito que es. La entrega siempre es rápido y muy fiable, nunca tuvimos un problema. El viernes por la noche, de 7 pm llegamos en menos de 40 minutos. Excelente.

We have been using this takeaway for 10 years and it is by far the best anywhere in Nottingham. The shredded beef, salt and pepper squid, aromatic duck are all fantastic. The best dish must be the salt and pepper king prawns which are simply divine. Can't recommend enough!
