Fast, efficient, and the food is great, well done. Honestly never had a bad deal here.

Have been here many times but this visit it was just a bit disappointing. Chicken was chewy and the beef was a bit soggy. Had much better here.

If I could leave none I would, food was disgusting, customer service was shocking, staff slagging me off in a Chinese language, and continued to tell me I wrong, finally got refund but still being told I was wrong and ordered the wrong stuff. Won't be getting my custom again

Food very bland. Got told to collect in 20 mins, then had to wait 30 mins in the shop. Got all the way home and realised they hadn’t given us 1/4 duck. Very disappointing

They are a very naughty business. I ordered a meal for one. On arrival, I was asked for cash which I didn’t have. Suddenly my order went from £9.50 to £15.00. How is that legitimate? I will eat my order but is it any tastier with almost double the price?

Worse meal I have ever had. Gave this take away so many chances. To spend £18 plus just to get a delivery and have the whole meal swimming in sweetcorn. Never have I experienced a meal like it. I have pre pictures. I asked for no carrots or peas I didn't expect 2 dishes consisting of a sweet corn dish. No dish stated that at all the meal was sweet corn based. A special food yung and a house special fried rice.

We called in on a late night drive through Nantwich after attending a family party. We ordered a couple of dishes and shared them. It was very good food and we both really enjoyed our late tea!

40 minutes to deliver the food forgot egg fried rice had to wait another 40 minutes to return chips went stone cold, not worth eating not using again, shocking service

Been coming here for years food has been amazing especially the spare rib's ,had them tonight didn’t taste of anything sauce was the same really shocked….

We pre-ordered a meal for our family of 7 adults and 2 teenagers - it was delivered on time, everything we ordered was correct, piping hot, cooked perfectly and tasted great. We had a wide range of starters and main courses, as well as side dishes of noodles, rice, chips, etc and we can fault anything. It was very reasonably priced and portions were generous, we were left with plenty of lovely leftovers even though everyone had more than enough to eat.

Excellent food, all really tasty. We live 7 miles away, got the food home all still really hot. Crispy beef in spicy Cantonese sauce is delicious, as was the sweet and sour. Everything cooked perfectly.

This scores 10/10 for one of the worst meals we have had in the past few years. The most tasteless, unappetising meal. Definitely Not Chinese. Bland chicken (I’ve never been served sliced,cold tasteless chicken on top of equally bland noodles and a few peas. Sweet & sour sauce for pork, was like a jelly. No taste & not sweet at all. The rice was tasteless, not even a pinch of salt.

Great food what more can you ask for

Popped in for some Salt and Pepper chips when others were ordering food. Chips were great, really good crunch & tasty. Could have done with more chilli and veg but would definitely have them again. Been again with a friend who ordered the salt and pepper box. £14 and pretty disappointing really. The meat was very low quality, hardly any beef in the crispy beef, spare ribs mainly bone, the highlight in a poor affair was the chicken pieces. Not good value for money unfortunately.

Ordered chicken chow mein, noodles were alright chicken had obviously just been pulled off a supermarket chicken and chucked in as an afterthought, mrs had beef and mushroom, also tasteless and watery, chips were cold and obviously from the chippy around the corner - bizarre set up won’t be returning - 2 stars because the battered chicken balls were actually alright - disappointed

Friendly service, good prices. Food was delicious, shredded beef in spicy Cantonese sauce was delicious and had a good kick to it. Chicken Hong Kong style again was delicious. All the rice's, noodles etc....were perfect. Will return again soon.

Wonderful simple food, reasonable price and tasty. This is not high fashion cuisine but that's fine. This is comforting and very enjoyable. The vegetables were cooked great so they were firm but cooked. The amount of chicken 'balls' in the sweet and sour was good. However they were so awesome, succulent chicken with a nice crisp and thin batter that we might order a double portion next time.

Well I thought this place was a good find. Wow how wrong I could of been. Paid for Kung po chicken £5.90, fried noodles Singapore style £6.10, egg fried rice £2.70, egg fried rice £2.70, curry sauce £1.80, sweet and sour chicken balls £5.60, 2x salt and chilli squid £6.40 +£6.40, salt and chilli chips 3.00 Add all that and the order comes to £40.60 but wait there they charged us £39.80 so we paid all the money plus's extra we put extra for delivery we always do that. So we unpack the food and notice that there's no chicken balls but we paid for them so we ring up and they say that were using an old menu etc but they just sent a menu and it still adds up to the same so we argue for a bit we're not getting anywhere so we won't be ordering from them Agen just letting people know check your order b4 they leave and b4 you pay they have had a nice £8pound tip there not cool

Well we ordered a take away at 7.25 told it woul be up to an hour until delivery..so ok ..but after two phone calls with hardly any regard for the lateness arrived after 1hr 20 mins ..very very small portions not expecting that expected the round tin foil bowls !! No extra chilli in the beef & black bean as requested & the chips were cold & I have never seen a smaller portion of special fried rice 🍛 which is nearly £6 ..so not sure whether we will go back

Have used chop suey house over the last 25 years but after tonight will never use them again. Was told that it would be an hour to arrive. Gave them an hour and a half before phoning to request an update on when it would arrive- this was met with total indifference. Was told they were busy which I get but please tell me if this is the case when I order then I have the choice to go elsewhere. Said they were waiting for a driver to get back but still doesn’t really explain why it was half an hour late at this point. I had rung them at 5:35 which wasn’t long after they’d opened so can’t imagine why my food was still in the kitchen. After waiting for two hours, rang again and told that it was on the way- it was now 7:40 and it arrived 5 minutes later. No apology given at any time and when the young lady delivering it asked for £25.40, we gave her £30...she then asked if we wanted the change....how insulting! Very poor customer experience indeed. Up your game chop suey house - I’m sure nobody can afford to be losing custom in these uncertain times.

Just ordered Chicken Curry Rice and Salt and Pepper Chips first time ordering from here and wow the food is spot on. These Salt and Pepper Chips are the best!

Not for the first time .. we have had to wait for over 40 minutes after been told it would be 10 minutes . Used to be our regular but never again . You’ve messed us around too many times

Phoned order through. Food was hot even after a 7 mile drive home. Very tasty chicken wings, Kung Po chicken, beef in spicy Cantonese sauce etc.... Delicious, friendly staff will happily revisit soon

As I ordered bbq spare ribs and egg fried rice they were tasteless and watery. Never again will I buy food from there. Binned it. Completely waste of a tenner

Placed an order for home delivery wears told our food would be with us in 45 mins after 1.20 mins no food had to phone up to find out where our food was and was told it was on the way, waited another 20 mins food arrived cold do refused to pay full price. Food was cold salty and not very nice. Won’t be using CSH again.

We have just had a takeaway from this Chinese and it was utterly disgusting. I honestly don’t know where they get their chicken from but I wouldn’t have even fed it to my dogs. Absolutely vile. My soup was inedible as the chicken looked rotten and smelt off, my boyfriends soup was also inedible and full of luncheon meat, the chips weren’t cooked, the chicken balls were greasy and the chicken UNDERCOOKED which was extremely dangerous due to the fact I am pregnant and to top it off the sweet and sour sauce tasted of washing liquid. Worst £12 I’ve ever spent.

Used chop suey house Nantwich on numerous occasions. Always been good. Tonight we ordered our usual duck in plum but they sent duck in pineapple. Rang them giving them the opportunity to correct the order. Instead the lady who would not come to the phone instead put Steph (who was really polite and helpful) was told to tell me that duck in plum always came with pineapple. No it doesn’t. Will not be using again so unhelpful.

This is undoubtedly the best Chinese takeaway in Nantwich! The menu is very extensive and reasonably priced. The staff are friendly and courteous and they will deliver within a one and a half mile radius for only £1.50. The food always arrives nice and hot and I have NEVER had a late delivery! Word of warning, the portions are huge so you better have plenty of hungry mouths to feed! As I live alone I freeze what I cant manage, l take it out of the freezer to thaw out and then reheat in the microwave and it always works out fine! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

It was supposed to be a birthday treat, but we were all left very disappointed. The half duck with sauce just about fed the four of us and came bones in. Thereafter the chicken from one of the dishes was a nasty colour of which no one touched. The spring rolls had little to no filling in them. The chips if not black were greasy and tasted as though they had been cooked and reheated. The beef dishes were chewy and tough!! Definitely won’t be going back. A very disappointing expensive birthday treat.

Ordered food at 7.35 finally arrived at 9pm paid extra for delivery. Food was cold, poor quality and tasteless.

We ordered from here last night what a fiasco. It took them nearly an hour to get our food out yes the food is great but it's bad when they tell you they have lost your order !

I've been to this takeaway quite a few times and it has been ok but a couple of times what I've taken away wasn't quite what I've ordered. As I drive 3 miles before I discover this fact, it definitely irritates. This is a cash only business and redress would involve me driving back, waiting for re-issue driving home and I simply can't be bothered so I've put up with it. Tonight I phoned them from Stoke on trent to say i'd pick up in 40 minutes. I was very particular and ordered what I always do (which they've got wrong before twice) deep fried shredded beef in Szechuan, with special fried rice and Seseme Prawn toast. I emphasised Crispy shredded beef, several times.I got it home, it was my fault I should have checked. Some sort of limp chewy , chewy chewy, swallow whole beef in some sort of sauce- definitely not crispy. Special must mean left over scraps of chicken, pork and fat. The rice was ok without the special bits.I blame myself for thinking they cared about customer satisfaction. I know they are popular but its chpstix for me from now on. 3 strikes and out.

Superb quality food but the only problem is that they only take cash!

Usually food is spot on just got back tonight and had a completely different order. I orderd salt and pepper chicken I got chicken balls. I also orderd special fried rice I got boiled rice with random meats put on the top. I couldn't apaulimg considering I new what I really wanted and didn't get it. Couldn't be bothered taking it back because o was starving only good thing was it was hot.

I've used Chop suey house for many years and I must admit totally disappointed from answering of the telephone call to the disgusting chicken fried rice if you are going to use frozen chicken make sure its cooked through Gone down hill not the best chinese now sad as it used to be
