Due to my usual Chinese takeaway being closed I took a risk and ordered here and I am so glad I did! The barbecue sauce was excellent and the salt and pepper chicken had a kick, which I am all in favour of! Delivery was quick and service friendly. I will 100% be back!

Very friendly staff. Delicious food. Delivery can sometimes take a while as they're very busy. Collection is super fast though. Food is always piping hot and cooked to perfection. Best Chinese takeaway in the area.

After numerous nights of disappointment, I thought I'd try a chefs special as a last chance. Crispy Beef in Cantonese Sauce, one of my favourites. The meal arrived, straight out of the freezer and into the wok. The beef was tasteless polystyrene, I made myself eat half as this overpriced frozen food cost us over £35. My jaw started to ache and the miniscule amount of Cantonese sauce wasn't enough to add any moisture. So I gave up at that point. If this is what the "chef" see's as his special then honestly he should be ashamed of himself. The salt & pepper chips arrived soggy, the salt and pepper chicken, also frozen, was average for the area at best. There is little competition in this area for Chinese food, I can only imagine this is the reason they get away with it. All is needed is a Chinese that puts effort in and cooks fresh food and all these places will be closed almost over night.

Food is excellent. If your having your food delivered always quick and arrives piping hot.

We had chicken fried rice the chicken was so dry and tough that my wife could not eat it fortunately I had a chicken curry which helped somewhat. Never have we had a Chinese before which has forced us to leave a bad review

Some nice dishes but some had too much MSG and the sauce was gloopy.

Having tried a lot of Chinese takeaways in the area, I can confirm that Jade Garden is our absolute favourite. They offer delivery to Sandbach and the food is always hot and very tasty.

I always used to get salt and pepper chicken and chips which is alright but I'm just so dissapointed with the prices here. I cannot justify £4.80 for frozen chips sorry.....

Our food was hot and lovely, we have a few fussy ones in the family not wanting bits and bobs in their meals. Everything was correct when received. Never have we had a bad meal it’s always been fab! Would definitely recommend.

The food was really well cooked and delicious the crispy beef in chilli sauce was exceptional. The delivery estimate was 1 hour but the food arrived in 25 minutes

A fairly simple order was messed up leading to half of our order being delivered. I cannot understand how part orders can be delivered as it shouldn’t be a complicated issue. Phoned more than 30 times before finally getting through. Asked for our money back for the items not delivered, shall wait and see if they manage to get that right. Good job I had some crisps in as an alternative. Either avoid or insist on checking the order at your door.

I can't begin to tell everyone enough about what an amazing meal we had. A group of my friends ordered a takeaway, one of my friends is gluten free and hasn't had a Chinese since she was 19!!! I asked Jay if it was possible and he said he would try and give it a go. The chef didn't disapoint. The food was AMAZING!!!!!! I can't rate this place and the staff enough. Thank you for making our evening so special with all your efforts and wonderful food. And we will certainly order everytime we want a Chinese. Xxxx

Been enjoying the food from Jade Garden again especially the one tray specials that have been allowing me to try all sorts of different combinations, unfortunately this last meal I ordered finding a hair in the rice and a dead bug in the sweet and sour chicken has now put me rite off, i think I will give these a huge miss from now on, its a shame as they were doing so well up to this, I will wait another couple of years before trying them again maybe it will be better.

Not as good as it used to be, think it has been taken over but not sure, sad really as the food used to be amazing, and the staff knew exactly what you wanted, so time to go somewhere else for a change

I do keep coming back here because the food is good. Service, however, is abysmal. On too many occasions I’ve had food missing from my order. Yes, the food gets sent out but that’s not much good when you have to wait another 30mins for it. My most recent experience was NYE. Takeaway pre-ordered and paid for at 2pm for delivery at 7pm. I didn’t expect it to arrive dead on time but figured a pre-order should take priority. I called at 7:30pm as my order hadn’t arrived. This call turned out to be a reminder to actually prepare the food, never mind deliver it! It finally arrived at 8:30 pm. Not good enough!!

Delighted to say the food here is delicious! The Chicken and Sweetcorn soup is to die for. Lovely lady who answers the phone always helpful and gets everything spot on..shes a credit to the takeaway. Would recommend going here if you fancied a Chinese. The cost does seem to keep going up ever 3 months or so.. The price of Jades compared to other Chinese takeaways is probably slightly dearer but we'll worth the extra pennies! They've got good delivery services and are usually on time 😊

not had a Chinese takeaway for years as have always been disappointed with bland un authentic food, but Jade Garden has renewed my enthusiasm had beef with pepper and black bean sauce, really lovely, spicy, packed with fresh veg and tender beef, will return.

We ordered from Jade Garden as we had just returned from holiday and hadn’t yet been food shopping. The food was delivered in 20 minutes we all ordered a different one tray special the food was hot and tasty I would definitely recommend.

I am not joking when I say that I have had Chinese food all over the country and even had authentic chinese food in mainland China and Hong Kong, but this chinese is up there as some of the best chinese food I've ever eaten. Highly reccomended

Tried to order the salt and pepper box which is delicious but they kept hanging up on me, after 2 attempts I gave up, oriental pearl no problems

Order 2 x house fried rice, prawn toast, bbq ribs and mixed veg. Hair in the rice, ribs half warm, half cold as though microwaved , veg tasted of soap. I ate it as was ill and hungry and then shortly after it bounced back up.... Never using them again! Used to be a good place but that was disgusting ...

Pretend they can't hear you, but call from a different number they can here you, if you complain they will not let you order. Shame used to be good

Whilst on a Narrowboat holiday we stopped of at Rode heath, rather than cooking onboard, we decided to get a takeaway. We found this restaurant online, they also have a web site where you can order online as well as the traditional phone or walk in ordering. I decided to walk the half mile to the restaurant to order and collect the food, the lady who served me was pleasant and quickly processed the order. The food came out of the kitchen hot, and did not cool down too much during the walk back to the boat. On the whole the food we ordered was good there was nothing particularly wrong with it but when I compared it to my own local Chinese I felt my locals food was slightly better. Having said that I would certainly order food from this Chinese again if we were in the area again

A very busy Chinese takeaway. Recommended if you are a serious fan of Chinese food. I'm not so have chicken curry (minus the onions) and it is fab. Great food.

I couldn't even eat the ribs so undercooked the meat was solid the salt and pepper chicken had NO chillies whatsoever I will never use this place again

Tonight is the third occasion I have found meat in my food despite stating I'm vegetarian every time. I called up to complain and was told I was given vegetable spring rolls.i reiterated I had chicken in my hand from the roll and was basically told I'm lying. Appalling customer service and clearly no idea what's going into their food .

Fantastic service, quality food. Every time it is excellent. Fast service , no long waits. Salt and pepper dishes are my favourite from here. Very large menu choice. If you have never tried this place ...I would highly recommend.

I have used jade garden for nearly 20 years the Singapore noodles I have just had where barely inedable the char sui pork was like a week old!!! Bloody awful

Nice Chinese takeaway plus does delivery, food is tasty and hot good choice menu service is fair. I lived in Rode heath for 17 years and always used this takeaway most weekends and food was always decent never had a bad meal yet keep up the good work.

Well I fancied a beef curry and boiled rice so I decided to try what looked a decent place,got home and started eating the curry,halfway through I pulled out a big long black hair which was the chef's as I saw him while I was in there,well needless to say I stopped eating the curry,pulled the lovely long hair out and the curry went in the bin.If you like big long black Chinese hair in your curry then this is the place for you,even my little Jack Russell turned her nose up at it,food hygiene standards in that place don't seem to be high,all I can say is if your passing this place keep driving well past and forget it.

Can’t comment on the food as I didn’t have it given it was so late being delivered. We specifically asked how long it would take for delivery and said we would collect if it would be quicker. Assured it would be 30 minutes. Arrived after an hour and chasing the order. Person on the end of the phone could not have cared less and just said they were busy. We expected them to be busy which is why we asked for an ETA on delivery. Shocking service and attitude.

Yo realmente no quiero hacer una mala crítica de un negocio pequeño, pero me siento solo es un lugar absolutamente terrible para la comida. Es aburrida y sin sabor, absolutamente ningún esfuerzo va en la preparación y hacer de esta comida. Creo que sólo permanece abierto, ya que es el único chino en esta zona. Sigo pidiendo y esperamos que mejore - esta noche sin duda será la última vez!

Not real chicken at all. In fact couldnt get my teeth through my chicken balls. The taste was bland. Simply the worst chinese food I have eaten. I ordered 40 pounds worth of food and none of it was good and this was confirmed by everyone eating the stuff. Just dire.

Pedí de jardín jade después de hacer 14 horas de turno. . La entrega estuvo genial. Llegó antes de lo que esperaba. y la comida estaba bien caliente. sin embargo que intenta ser justo y eso complementa la parada whete pedí costillas Pekín. . . la salsa era preciosa, pero la carne estaba seca y dura. Conseguí de gambas al curry. No tenía sabor, escuché a. . samosas era más o menos vacío de llenado. Estaba tan decepcionado.. Nunca más.

Decent food but delivered late.

Just wow in all the years I have been ordering from here this is the first time I used Just Eat instead of direct ordering £4 delivery from Just Eat are you kidding me, food was pretty much stone cold, chips tasted like they had refried them 12 times, rice was dry chicken so chewy that it was inedible and to top it off they added 15 mins on top of the hour waiting time and it was still late, last time ordering from them, 2 stars as the sweet n sour sauce i still lovely.

My favourite Chinese. Perfect food always. I recommend to everyone I can!!!! THANK YOU

Ordered chicken wings and the mixed starter. Chicken wings very greasy and other starters very dry. Also charged £4 delivery by ordering through just eat and since being advised if I had ordered through big foodie it would have being £2.

Food was amazingly delivered to somewhere approx 8miles miles within 20 minutes of ordering. Needless to say it wasn't good. Clearly banged in a microwave and reheated and other items (chicken) so undercooked I actually couldn't eat it. Tried ringing the restaurant several times for approx 40 mins but had no answer

The delivery had an extra 25 mins added, but seeing as it is a Saturday I understood this. However the food came 20 mins after the updated time. Also despite a note asking for them to text not knock due to nervous dogs the delivery driver decided to ignore this and bang on the door. Don't think I'll be ordering from here again as this has happened before in the past and it's not acceptable. We will be contacting just eat for a refund.
