Absolutely amazing place filled my tummy with the good stuff has the best food available and customer service is outstanding.

Average food, ordered at 7:19, arrived at 9:15 almost 2 hours later I also tipped the delivery driver when I paid for my food, wow!! Never doing that again This was after I’d called twice to see where it was The restaurant lied the first time and said it would be there within 5/10 minutes, this was at 8:30 I also tipped the delivery driver when I paid for my food, wow!! Never doing that again Wish I’d never ordered, definitely won’t be reordering

Ordered meal at 19:07 arrived at 22:06 Not impressed with the long wait. Did expect some waiting as it was new years eve but not 3 hours. Only bonus was the meal was very tasty as usual.

best Chinese takeaway yet, especially the salt and pepper box. it has a range of fantastic dishes to choose from and just amazing!

Visited tonight off the star rating got to say very disappointing the chicken curry was probably the least tasteless curry I had in my life so watery shall not be visiting again

Ordered a take away from here one vegetarian dish and one meat dish Waited an hour and a quarter for delivery to find they had sent 2 meat dishes. Rang to complain and they tried to blame it on us. No apology no solution they just stopped talking on the phone leaving one of us with no meal due to being vegetarian.

Had a deliver and was a problem with payment he said he will come back the next day he came at gone midnight and told my 17 year old babysitter he was going to smash the windows and got died nasty he was also told to come before 5:30 as i work night and he didn't turn up at that time and best of it all everything was caught on camera police are aware of it now would never order from there again

We always go to Royal China and have never had a bad meal. The staff are very friendly too. We would recommend if you are looking for a good chinese.

Incredibly bland food. Chow mein overcooked, dry and no flavour. Undercooked salt and pepper chips.

Food lovely and hot, portion size not as generous as other restaurants but it suits 1 person ok - spent over £20, no free prawn crackers

tried the special offer yesterday the food was lovely! there was salt&pepper chips ribs chicken wings and bites and lets not forget the chicken balls! it was all crispy and on point. went to collect it well worth the time chatting to the lovely girl behind the counter while we waited as we were a little early. its packed in a box easy to share and it comes with sauce! if you get the large one you get 2 sauces and 2 drinks for only £12.50! or the small one with 1 sauce for £6.50! best food I will recommend in crewe and nantwitch! well worth our money as well!

Special fried rice did not look much different to fried rice, couple of small prawns and small bits of chicken. Was mainly rice, you could easily miss the meat etc. Boring taste

Chinese over 1 hour late. Rang up 15 mins after due time and they said it was cooking so would be 10 mins, turned up 45 minutes later. Food was cold and no prawn crackers sent. Will not be using this Chinese again !!

Salt and pepper chips weren't cooked properly. Crispy shredded beef had all veg no beef&sauce Rice wasn't cooked properly either. Won't be ordering again.

The food was lovely however we had to wait a very long time for the food (an hour). I had to phone up the take-away to find out what was happening with the food as no one notified me that it was running late either. Not sure whether I would use again.

Always fresh hot and delicious. Usually pick up but delivery works fine too. Ribs are just fantastic.Highly recommended.

Had to cancel as over 20 minutes late and when called to chase was told that they have only just started cooking it and that they are a delivery driver down. If I had known this when I placed the order I would of collected, however since I have had a glass of wine so not possible. Very bad communication, of I ever get to try the food hopefully it would be nice. Next time I'll just collect

Chicken balks were very over cooked. Rest of the food was very nice. But took 90 minutes to arrive on a quiet Sunday at 8pm.

ordered and waited over an hour and 1/2 before finding out they couldn't deliver my food order. In the end we had to drive to the shop to collect. It would have been nice if they had told us they had an issue with deliveries that evening but they didn't. All the food was cold by the time we had it so not impressed one bit, customer service was very poor when we collected the meal being told "no driver" didn't help either. In the past it was much better service and hot food deliveries. We Will try them again but not for a few weeks to allow them to sort out the "issues"

Horrendous. The food was average but it took over 2 hours to arrive. I called them twice to be told Oh well we are busy! No apology nothing. Save your money and your time. Other lovely Chinese take aways available in Crewe that may value your custom more. I WAS a regular here. Nothing is worth waiting that long for without any form of apology. Disgusting service. Don't deserve my money.

Was very nice. Prawn toast could have been better though. They were very crispy, to the point they didn't get eaten. We were told an hour until our food was delivered and it came bang on time. However it was a Thursday evening and I wouldn't have thought it would take 1 hour.

Duck rock hard. Prawn toasts burnt. One of the chicken dishes...kung po was stuck together in one big ball. Asked for some additional pancakes in the notes section, driver asked for cash at the door, even though Id spent £44 online. Wont use again.

Seeing as I haven't received my food I can't really rate it although the app is telling me it's been delivered 15 minutes ago! It's now been 1 hour 20 mins and still no sign. Won't be ordering again no matter how it tastes if I do ever get it!

Best Chinese food ever always piping hot. I live in nantwich and won't order from any other in crewe or nantwich, always nice and polite when you ring as well.

The 2nd time was as good as the first and will re-order again in the near future.

Came 10 mins after ordering! Ordering time was an hour.. usually I don't mind the long wait because then you know it's going to be good food.. but 10mins is when you know food has been rushed.. The whole meal was a disaster.. cold/gloopy/dry I won't be going again that's for sure!!

Best Chinese takeaway we've tried in Crewe. The Samba Special is especially lovely. Always hot and delivered on time, so can't really fault it. 5 star hygiene rating too!

We were told 1hour for delivery - takeaway took 1 hour 25 mins and a phonecall chasing the order to arrive. some items were cold- others burned ...I didn't know you could burn noodles until tonight! I'll never order again. The ribs, salt and pepper prawns and chicken nuggets and chips we're the only items anyone enjoyed . I'm very disappointed.

Never left a review before but felt I had to now. This was by farthe best Chinese I've had in many many years. Thank you.
