One of the worst places to come for customers service me and my partner when in for breakfast today the lady that served us was very very rude when I asked for something and they didn't have it but it was still on the menu she answered with a very snatchy tone I DONT HAVE THAT so we said OK and changed it and while we where looking at the menu she was huffing and puffing as if we where taking to long to choose something else and we finally ordered and went to our seat and then she brought the hot drinks over and more or less throw them at the table didn't even let the kitchen staff know our table number the girl that come out with our food was walking round everyone with our food would not recommend even knowing the food was really nice will not be back

More staff here than customers most evenings, seems to be full of gambling addicts who spend all evening playing fruit machines and smoking outside.

I had to wait 30 minutes for my breakfast and it was cold and the butter all melted. I do understand when they busy but today wasn’t the busy day not happy at all. And something caught my attention a waiter walking to the lady’s toilet without even checking if there was anyone in there

I can't believe the level of service we received yesterday evening from the manager (Lisa?) and the guy serving us called Garrin. What an amazing team who went over and above to make us feel welcome. Nothing was too much trouble and Garrin brought a definite spark to our evening... so much so that we came back today for lunch. So disappointed that the wonderful Garrin wasn't there, but was served by (I think her name is) Lisa who was so lovely once again. We'll be back very soon.

We had been driving for a while and was looking for somewhere to stay with our camper-van. This place had flat , level pitches and you could have electric. If wanted. They had places you could walk the dog, the food we had was lovely and cooked well. There were quite a few people staying, the pub/bar had a great atmosphere would recommend for any one looking for a stop over.

Very disappointed - we won’t be going again. A very expensive Friday evening mistake - thought we’d treat our family at the end of a busy week but the chips were soggy, brown and inedible and the fish batter was thick and also soggy. We wasted most of it.

Jesus Christ, this was the most worse place I've ever ate at, I have only been here for s week from Australia and if this is how the customer service is, somebody needs to fire the guy because the way he spoke too my wife was unacceptable and he needs to fix his attitude because it was disgusting and you know what else was disgusting, the state of the chips like come on man how do you cook chips and still make them raw inside. Also the fish was raw even though we were told to wait 15 minutes just to be disappointed so I am never going to be coming back here again.

After ordering, we waited 50 minutes for the food to come out. It was very disappointing. The burgers were £14 each and very basic. The fish goujons basket meal stated that it came with 4 goujons but we only had 2. With drinks we paid £75 for 5 of us and it wasn’t worth it. We’d have been better off going to McDonald’s.
