Have visited this takeaway many times and always happy with the food. Today we had the set menu B for 2 and amazed how much food we had left over. The ribs were delicious, very meaty, and so many prawns in the fried rice. Telephoned the order and it was ready and piping hot when I picked it up. Tasty and plentiful!

We went to McDonald’s for a quick grab of a cheeseburger and chips that they ran out of so they suggested a Big Mac .. this was disgusting , flabby, old lettuce , the whole thing fell apart .. I had to throw it away .. we asked for coffee and it wasn’t until we were back on the road that we discovered it was a warm hot chocolate.. slow service .. never again

Bad decision by someone. Coffee machines changed to preset ones rather than a traditional barista style. Cannot have extra hot coffee so was lukewarm at best and took 3 times as long. Bring back the old machines! Staff fed up with everyone asking for extra hot coffee! Sorry but we will be going to Costa across the road from now on.

This was the second time I have bought food from here and it has gone from bad to worse. You have to give places a second chance but again I paid a fortune for undercooked fish, undercooked chips and a real attitude from noisy, scruffy staff. Over £12 for small battered cod and chips. You are not as good as you think you're, Marble Hall. That was my last visit.

Called at the chippy tonight and the "meal" I given was not enough to feed a child! Very few chips and barely any gravy. The customer service left a lot to be desired. This is not the first occasion this year either. Money is tight for a lot of people this year and I don't recommend wasting your money here!

Following a recommendation we visited here for a sit in meal in August and take away yesterday. On both occasions have had good service and been very pleased with the quality of the food. Great advantage having ample parking. Would recommend and go back again.

My family of five stood waiting to be served for at least 10mins,one man serving and one lady chatting to people she knew who had already been served and were eating their food.We could see he was busy but he could have at least have explained he wouldn't be long, but no he ignored us instead so we left

Under new ownership as of 2023 (and maybe new name?), this cafe attached to the small garden centre at Llangadog is well worth a stop. Great cakes, specialist coffees and hot chocolates (try the mint aero hot chocolate!) plus hot food and breakfasts. Simple decor, friendly service, definitely worth a visit.

Having own a caravan with Haven for over 20years we decided to start using their facilities more . At the beginning of the season we had some very pleasant experiences in the dining hall but unfortunately yesterday was a disaster! I appreciate it’s at the end of the season but there was no excuse for the sloppy food and service we received as there were plenty of staff on duty . Our carvery was just slopped onto the plate with the gravy running all over the sides with no attempt to wipe it , food cold , no desserts but ice cream available?? Perhaps if the team were banned from using their mobile phones and talking about their social lives while on duty and paid more attention to detail then it might help !

Served by a young smiley lad. He was trying to serve us and was interrupted by a chunky/large blonde girl. She was openly rude to him and belittling. We watched her scowling constantly at customers, tutting and making comments under her breath. Considering how ridiculously slow she worked you would of thought that she would be the one that needed a reprimand. Miserable, lazy and unfriendly. On the flip side there was a tall, slim blonde girl. Very friendly and lovely. She zipped around ensuring everything was ok and was really helpful. Food was below average but the meat panini was good albeit greasy. Sausage rolls were average, again greasy. We watched the young lad drop one of the paper bags on the floor, by accident, and step on it. Then he picked it up and put it next to the fresh cooked pasties. Then he used the bag to put another customers food in!! But to be fair he was probably fed up after being spoken to like dirt by the chunky blonde girl. Prices were ok. Just need to sort out the staff. Won't return and won't recommend
