My family of five stood waiting to be served for at least 10mins,one man serving and one lady chatting to people she knew who had already been served and were eating their food.We could see he was busy but he could have at least have explained he wouldn't be long,but no he ignored us instead so we left

there are so many cafe's in llanelli, now. the food is good but nothing special its just average. but the food is nice, and i recommend going there just for a coffee

Pleasant staff and a nice place to enjoy a coffee. Very few families with children use it so that's a bonus for me. Can get very busy and short staffed. A problem they desperately need to remedy !

Came to McDonald's because my wife is a big fan. When ordering we were told we couldn't have any cold drinks as they had run out of cups. On an Easter weekend? Someone's not doing their job properly!!! Also when the burger arrived it was cold. Won't be back, sloppy business.

47-48 King StreetCame here at 9.30am had a poor breakfast, sat outside for coffee, went shopping came back at 2.10pm to find said coffee cups still in same place as when we left. Went to the bar for drinks 20 mins to be served TERRIBLE SERVICE IF IT WAS POSSIBLE TO GIVE NO STARS I WOULD

4-5 King StreetMore staff here than customers most evenings,seems to be full of gambling addicts who spend all evening playing fruit machines and smoking outside.
