My ultimate burger was under cooked. I could taste it straight away, and then once looking at the meat, I could see it was pink. I explained and asked my waitress for another. I was then told by another waiter that the burgers are batch cooked and it would come out the same again. That is not only awful food service, but terrible food safety. How can a batch cooked burger not be extra cooked on a grill or hot plate. It asks questions on how their food is prepared! I understand fresh burgers can be served pink. But i know full well this is not an establishment serving thick, fresh mince burgers. Huge disappointment, to the end of our stay. Lydsteps service is far better

Food cold staff response was oh never won't eat here again

Used for breakfast and dinner during our stay this year as well as multiple stays in the past. Food is good, this year was a helping offering kids eat for £1 - huge help thank you! Service mainly was really friendly and personable however one or two staff members need to remember they are supposed to at least pretend we aren't an inconvenience to their social lives by being there. One gentleman inparticular was fabulous, happy kind and friendly. Recommended some local places to visit too! Atmosphere is nice when it's not busy. When busy it can be difficult to hold a conversation and our meal was made difficult by some other children running round and around our table screaming at each other, upsetting dog at far end of restaurant starting barking. I know it's a family place, we were there as a family but others forget that too?

Food was good and service but being October was quiet

Was quite noisy at times with rugby and music blasting in the entertainment building and was quite busy .but all in all was a good place to good ,caravan was really good and comfy

Went there in early October on Saturday. Expectations werent that high for an on site restaurant but it was decent enough. Far better than the 2.5 star rating at time of writing would suggest.

Average food. Average place. Filthy mens toilets! I had to walk out without using them. MEGA PRICES FOR DRINKS! Wont be going back there.

Food was appalling. Sent lasagne back. Brought another meal 15 minutes later which was worse. Serving staff very helpful as was the manager. Chef needs to go back to school. Given a rebate but evening spoiled.

Would not go back even though we were staying on the camp site for a few days. We ordered gammon, scampi and lasagne. Advised not to have eggs with gammon as could be hard. Should have seen alarm bells then so had pineapple. Peas cold. Scampi came with only enough tartare sauce for 1 scampi. Fetched some more but still not enough. Peas cold. The lasagne was overcooked and inedible. Attracted attention of waitress. She apologised took it away and offered choice of another lasagne or alternative. Chose another lasagne. After 30 minutes the 2nd came and unbelievably it was even worse. Complained again and a young man came who was very apologetic and did not charge for lasagne and gave 50% off the other 2 meals. Quite honestly would have preferred a nice meal and felt sorry for the waitress and manager as they were so apologetic but the chef needs to be sacked!

Don't bother. Food was bog standard. Chips weren't cooked and the tortilla chips that were supposed to come with my meal were missed off. Shame really that a lot of the reviews are negative, yet they don't seem to do anything to improve. As it's the only restaurant option on site, people don't have any other choice but to dine here.

We had a carvery on a Sunday, we didn't have a reservation but were warmly greeted and accommodated. The service was friendly and the food extremely quick. Food quality and value are mediocre and no more, we've eaten here several times and it's expensive given the food standard. Sunday lunch used to be a carvery, then it used to be meat on a plate with veg served separately and now it is fully plated up, not really what I like. The vibe was cool and contemporary.

Perfect for guests staying at Kiln Park. Very child friendly and quick service.

This restaurant is far better than I was expecting after reading the kiln park website and looking up reviews. They have a dedicated gluten free menu with loads of options including sticky toffee pudding for dessert. The service was a small bit slow and the food was better in the evening than it was during lunch time but the staff were lovely and overall our experience was great. The kids can look at the pool while you eat and there is a small playing area just outside the door ofnthe restaurant so it's great if you have little kids that need some entertainment to sit through dinner. Great spot

*AVOID* POOR FOOD. Took our family of 5 for lunch. Played it safe and ordered a burger. Wow. How can you mess up a burger? The chips were cold and not many of them. The burger patty looked like a low quality frozen item that had been defrosted and microwaved. One small piece of lettuce and the cheese wasn’t melted because the burger wasn’t even warm. 2 burgers and 3 kids meals at a £1 each came in at £49!!!!!!!!! With soft drinks. Didn’t have time to ask for another meal because of a kids activity due afterwards. Not good at all…….

The older man working as a waiter obviously hates his job, if so should leave as its a negative experience so rude the familys that are here for a good experience, no customer service, constantly ignored, repeatedly had to go look for staff for salt etc. Food was below average dinner was reheated.. younger staff were pleasant but unsure of what they were to be doing. Staff training definelty needed and the older guy needs to retire. Paul i think is his name

Lovely place to eat while staying at Kiln Park/Tenby. The food was average, some great meals some not so great. Overall a nice reliable place!

We were looking forward to eating here having self catered for most of our trip. We were so disappointed. Items missing from menu. Absolutely no pride take in the presentation of the food, it felt like somewhere that just heats up frozen food. Child’s popcorn chicken overcooked, thrown on the plate. Even child deserve to have their food to look edible. Burger underwhelming. Chicken curry, odd pepper and onion raw thrown on the plate. This restaurant obviously doesn’t regard their customers as having any taste or standards.

Great food at reasonable prices typical club though, no real ales except bottled but still use the club for lunch.

Paid around £50 for 3 meals (hunters chicken meal, a chicken tikka masala and Cajun chicken pasta) with 3 drinks (1 lager shandy, one coke and one J2O). Food was very mediocre but service was fast and it was a place to shelter from the rain and eat (that would also accept a dog inside). This is the only venue on the site that accepts dogs.

If you can, go and walk into Tenby town and find somewhere nicer to eat. Came here on 2 occasions, first time had soup so couldn’t really go wrong but my boyfriend had a panini that wasn’t hot as it should be. Second time wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, as service was quick the first time. Second time we were ignored really upon arriving, had to seat ourselves, and ask for menus which then they never came back to take our order, had to go to the bar and ask them to come and take our order. Hot chocolate wasn’t great, i wanted a panini(this was around 4pm) and i was told they had stopped doing them at that time, but didn’t tell me that before i tried to order. In the end i didn’t order anything i actually wanted, so both me and my grandad had a burger, which he said didn’t taste like proper beef?(not sure on that one). They were unorganised, provided slow service and food wasn’t particularly nice, would recommend going to find somewhere in Tenby where there are plenty of nice restaurants to choose from.

Long wait for anything from coffee, food or bar drinks. Very expensive for what they have ...outdoor space is good, plenty of grass and patio space.and dogs allowed in certain areas inside but allowed to go on the grass or patio area, either area you still need to clean up after your dogs!

Very disappointed!! Me My partner and 3 children booked a table for 7.15 when we arrived nobody come to tell us there would be a little wait or even acknowledge that we were waiting to be seated. The staff looked miserable. Took ten minutes to seat us and it wasn’t busy! We got drinks from the bar but my partner accidentally spilt 3 pint glasses of drinks, my son was soaking wet no one offered anything and could see he was soaked 😞 the table was soaking wet and the seats and floor as you can imagine. (Obviously we didn’t ask for free drinks or even expect any as it was our fault) My son and partner went to get changed and I was cleaning up, all of the staff could see I was cleaning up and didn’t so much as offer a napkin! I had to ask for a mop and the server was happy to help once asked. But didn’t offer to help me after seeing the mess of us all and the table. Then we went to the toilet to return to our drinks being taken away even though we left teddy’s bubble wands etc on the table so they knew we would be back, when I told the server she thought I was lying and asked the other staff it they’d taken our drinks she then replaced 4 out of 5 of the drinks they’d taken. My partner and son returned and ten minutes past and our food was just sitting on the hot pass with the staff just standing in front of it, then a server started scratching his head touching his face and moving food around on our plates 🤮 couple of minutes later they put the plates on a tray to serve us, my partner told them if that’s our food not to bother bringing it to us and they tried to argue that the food hadn’t been there 15 minutes and he didn’t give his head a good scratch and touch our food. Needless to say we won’t eat here again and we were told by other employees that they changed the name of the restaurant because of all of the bad reviews. Eat at Burger King the staff are nice and friendly and you won’t be disappointed

Very expensive for a holiday park and not great quality either. Very disappointing.

It was OK, food ok if a little overpriced. Staff were very attentive and polite. Could do with an uplift similar to upstairs club house.

The restaurant seems clean and we were welcomed with a smile and shown to our dog friendly table. Ordered our food at the bar and despite it being quiet settled in for what would be a wait. The food arrived and we all commented on the small portions for a fairly expensive meal. The Burger was not made as per the menu, elements were missing. The curries also contained different ingredients, my sons chicken tikka massala only contained 3 very small bits of chicken, consisting mostly of red onion! We nicely asked the manager for assistance and rather than help us he continually informed us (without even looking at our food) that our order was correct and the food made correctly. After several minutes of talking to what felt like a poorly mannered wall, my husband addressed the kitchen directly who agreed that the food was made wrong but... hey... what can you do??!! We ate what we could without any refund or being assisted to our satisfaction and went back to our caravan where the children enjoyed multiple bowls of kelloggs shapes and toast... not quite the meal we had just paid £70 for!! Would not ever go again. Please avoid especially if you have allergies, what you order is definitely not what get.

Nice place, just spent the afternoon here. But seems like a place I would like to rent a holiday home for a visit. Only thing was Latte was cold, was out of machine so maybe needs looking at. Apart from that, A1. Staff are very friendly, especially Amy 😁

Food wasn't great tbh, portions small and chicken was dry. Very overpriced for what you get. However the waitress that dealt with our table was amazing. My toddler was having a tantrum and she was fantastic. Even put my partners food back in kitchen to keep it warm while he took toddler outside.

Food was not great but edible. The local town has much higher standard restaurants and takeaway food. The staff are great and helpful. We visited off peak so it was not very busy. The haven club house complex is large so it must be very difficult when it is full in summer.

There were four adults and 3 children dinning with you, the food was awful chicken burger stone cold, the ultimate burger was also cold and looked like the cheapest burger pattie you could buy, the mixed grill looked disgust again not a item of food was warm, my daughter pasta and meatballs was warm but it didn't taste or look nice the server was brilliant ask us if we wanted something different but we declined the offer. We spent £70 and that was 3 adults meals taken off the bill ,shocking food !!! Think you need to fire the chef !!!

The aesthetic of the restaurant is great, I love the ship vibe it has to it too. Staff were nice and me and my family loved Ben! We came on Wednesday the 12th and he was just so kind, funny and he made it a great experience. He is everything you would look for in a waiter and I’m assuming he is the same in real life. He radiates positive energy. The food was nice although my steak was a bit dry. However, lovely experience.

We ate here as a family of 6 & took advantage of the offers which helped massively as it could be quite expensive. Food was ok. We were asked what felt like a million times were we ready to order though by several waiters, as we were trying to settle everyone and look at the menu, they were super friendly though.

Stunning venue actually, lovely seating areas but do book as it can get busy. Offers on throughout week too which is super helpful for the budget. Staff were lovely and helpful as well as the characters came for breakfast meet and greets which was brilliant for little ones. The pool viewing area is also in there so for a coffee it's a great spot to watch the family if your not dipping. Outside seating also and has a private area for the club member ( not sure how that works) only downfall is lack of parking. Only really a worry if the weather is bad which often it is in Wales and tenby 🤣😅 Loved our breakfast and dinner there.

Family meal before leaving Kiln Park. Service was excellent and wr didn't have to wait long for the food to arrive even though it was fairly busy.

Stayed on the park for a weekend and ate here on our first night. Staff were pleasant and our order for drinks and food was taken promptly. It wasn't particularly busy, being a weekend in October. The food arrived very quickly later.......too quickly! I had the BBQ hunters chicken, chips and peas, which was luke warm at best. The peas looked like they had been around for a few hours - very grey and completely cold. I asked for a fresh portion of peas as they were inedible, which were brought out soon after. They were warmer, but obviously still from the same batch that had been around for a while. Chicken was ok, other then the temperature, even the small slice of cheese on top was barely melted. Side order of onion rings thankfully were hot, but would have benefited staying in the fryer a few more minutes. My partner had the sloppy joe burger which was generally ok. The beef patties were hot but again the chilli on top and chips were only luke warm. Overall convenient location if you're staying on site, but disappointing and expensive for the quality. We didn't bother eating there again for the rest of our stay.

Food isn't bad but very expensive for what you get, it was very busy when we went there and there was a long wait to be served, it also took a long time to get the attention of the staff to order more drinks, get the bill etc.

Took ages to get seated. Had to find a member of staff to find out how to order food, as you can't use the app in the restaurant. The chicken in the hunters chicken was tiny and very dry. Coleslaw was missing, peas were cold and hard. Chicken in chicken and bacon burger was very dry.

Very poor service and very poor food - which is a shame because last year it wasn't as bad as this. Too many drinks were out of stock, several items on the menu were not available - taking our order and then coming back to us to tell us items were not available. Missing foods on plates that should have been on them and the whole order taking almost an hour to get out food to us! On top of that - most of our party didn't enjoy their meals. Hopefully next time it will improve.

Staff were great but they had run out of so many menu options, jam, pancakes, cheesecake, vegan sausages. I fully understand the situation with the supply chain at present but really if it's this bad reprint the menu guys

Our friends had previously been to the restaurant and had a terrible experience, however they had a breakfast opportunity for the children to meet the seaside squad members where kids breakfasts were also only £1 so we gave them the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately the experience was even worse this time. The breakfast was very "odd" ..us adults were given kids cartons of orange juice instead of glasses, they guessed how half of us wanted our eggs rather than asking, and most of the food came out cold. Icing on the cake was there was a mosquito cooked INTO my food. Whilst we were offered the obligatory apology, we still had to pay for the plate, and the service was incredibly miserable. Us adults put all this aside as it was for the benefit of the kids, but they were also disappointed as only 1 character came out. Needless to say, we will not be eating there again, and now know why we were one of only a few people in there.

A lovely venue, staff were also pleasant however the food and drink was of rubbish quality. I would like to say cheap and nasty but unfortunately it wasn’t even cheap coming in at over £50 for three main meals (one of a child) and 3 drinks. I had the sirloin, it was tough and rubbery at around £18. The mushrooms that came with it were from a tin, just not great at all. My daughters chicken nugget meal looked like it came from I microwave meal and my partners pint of Madri had to be returned because it was totally dead. Oh well lesson learnt, always bring our own food with us or go off site. This restaurant does not effect the rest of a brilliant resort, just lets it down as the only big place to eat on site.

They sell vegan ice cream for adults but refuse to provide just one scoop for a child who has a milk allergy unless you pay the full adult portion price.

Had a meal here today & throughly enjoyed it overall a lovely afternoon Jamie our server was absolutely fantastic his customer service skills are exceptional & would rate him 5star plus really added to our day very well done will definitely return 😊😊

Went for breakfast , portions were tiny for the money and stone cold. Friend had pancakes and came out as tiny discs that were rock hard , couldn’t use a knife to cut them One positive was the friendly staff , but would not recommend for breakfast

Cold food. The breakfast was cold. Cold beans, cold toast. Only positive was the polite waiter. Extortionately over priced considering how small the positions are for breakfast considering the quality. Breakfast pancakes were so hard they couldn’t be cut with a knife. Would not go again.
