Stayed at kiln park in our camper several times, and this is the worst stay we've ever had, left a day early and will not be returning to this campsite. On arrival the pitch we were sent to was already occupied, this happened twice until finally, we just picked our own pitch. The showers and toilets were filthy, feaces smeared up the cubicle walls, blocked sinks, vomit over the floors, dirty toilets to the point we cleaned a toilet ourselves to use it. No hot water to shower.

We've just returned from a week away at kiln Park, Tenby. Lovely site, nice walk to the beach, and also nice walk into Tenby Town. Caravan was good, shower could of been cleaner, and drainage system needs looking at but other than that we've had a great week. Ate in the restaurant on the 1st night, food wasn't great so didn't return but this wouldn't put us of coming back. Paid for the site passes on booking but didn't use them so probably wouldn't get them next time. Overall we had a great time.

We went on recommendation from a friend to Cooks Fish & chips , we had been at Heatherton all day and were pretty hungry . We had to wait for 15 minutes for the food to be cooked although the sausage in batter looked like it had been cooking for a week !! Burnt , dry and tasteless apart from the salt & vinegar . The chips were soggy and the fish was like a child’s portion , It cost us £ 57 for 3 fish & chips with mushy peas and curry , 1 jumbo sausage in batter and a child’s cod bites , I honestly felt like I’d been robbed !! I don’t mind paying for quality but you can only sell rubbish once , I won’t be coming back

We've come here for three years now and always enjoy it. It's so handy to be so close (within 15mins walking distance) of Tenby on foot. The outdoor kids play park is great. There's a handy corner shop too (only try and buy here if you absolutely have to though as it is expensive) and a launderette. The facilities in the main area are great too. Swimming pool is honestly very disappointing. When we went, even though it was sunny, the indoor pool was absolutely freezing cold (my son shivered the whole time until we cut our slot short). The only bit where the water was slightly warm was in the sun but because they had the massive doors open to the outside, those "warm" bits were actually in the wind so were even colder. Even the jacuzzi was cold. There's not even any activities within the pool worth mentioning so nothing else to do except stand in the freezing cold water wondering when you'll leave. The other thing was that the cooking facilities within our silver caravan left a lot to be desired. The "chopping board" was a piece of glass underneath the toaster (which honestly felt like a treasure hunt to try and find to the point we had to ask front desk). Also the knives are a joke. Please bring your own if you want to chop anything other than room temperature butter. And the saucepans are too small for a family of five, let alone six which is what the caravan is meant to be for. Bring your own of them too or else you'll end up making Bolognese in three pots like we did 😭 So yeah, great place. Good prices. Some facilities aren't excellent and there's some cooking things you need to bring yourself. But otherwise, great. We'll be back again I'm sure 😊

I forgot to mention, cheers for £8,003 for my mums 2nd brand new 40k caravan that you forced me to sell to you. I did not ask for my mum to pass and I didn’t ask to be left to deal with your mob. I was offered more money to sell it private but your fees meant that I would end up with less money than if I sold it to you for peanuts. I really hope no body ever buys off you again. Lovely park, only criticism is that the indoor soft play area behind mollies cookies is a bit small, we had our 2 year old grandson and he was a bit disappointed. I know it isn't revenue earning but a bigger area for rainy days would be better.

A first for us in a static at Kiln Park, We booed a saver caravan and lucky for us the caravan we we're giving looked to be almost new. These saver caravans are pretty basic however they have all the things you need, my only gripe with it is we wished it came with a brush and dust pan as the floor can get quite dirty easy. The night entertainment wasn't brilliant compared to the likes of Butlins but wasn't terrible either. Location is pretty great as its about a 10 minute walk into Tenby if you walk up through the park. The beach is a longer walk than I expected but again wasn't too bad. Would I return? Yes absolutely.

We were initially given a check-in time of 7 PM, which seemed unreasonable. Upon arrival, we were assigned a caravan that fell well below basic standards. Despite being cleaned, it was missing furniture, had rusty radiators with parts hanging off, and there was an unpleasant smell. The sheets and bedding were stained and had holes in them, adding to the overall disappointment. It feels like the site might be too large for them to manage effectively, leading to a slip in standards. When we reported these issues to reception, they initially downplayed our concerns and reminded us about the option to upgrade in the future. However, they did move us to a much nicer caravan, which seemed more luxurious than what we had paid for, and for that, I was grateful. On another note, the security was lax, as I could access the swimming and entertainment areas without being asked for my entertainment pass. Nevertheless, there is plenty to do in the surrounding areas, and once we were moved, we had a pleasant stay.

If you want convienance to Tenby I recommend this one. It has a very friendly security team at the entrance and a 15-20 minute walk from haven to Tenby itself via the stretch of beach. However, although our stay was relatively okay as we weren't in all the time. I noticed quiet a few things the park seemed to miss or more importantly, overlook. The first being that I found mold in the caravan. It was on the panelling, so unfortunately, I was certain not much could be done. The second was that the arcade and entertainment seemed lax in security. Compared to alternative sights that wished to see any adults (even with children present) pass into the sight. It did concern me at how easy it would be to walk out or in without any quering or questioning. Then in addition, primarily at the end of my stay and the most alarming. While I was checking out in a que with staff one in particular boasted about 'popping pills' and that cleaning the caravan will be fun while who I assumed to be a team leader laughed. I cannot clarify if this was for a headache or something more sinister but either way it left me with a very sour taste of Havens working team. For me the team is the image of Haven so publicly what they say with said residents or customers present reflects upon the sight. And saying 'popping pills' does not give me confidence it was strictly for a headache. Kiln Park is convienant but nothing else in my books. I believe it needs some more attention to the grounds and caravans included.

We stayed in our motorhome for 3 nights on a full service pitch so it came with electric, water and grey waste facilities, all worked perfectly. The touring area was overall well layer out with plenty of space between vehicles and all hard standing with grass. The other services if needed i.e. toilets showers washing up areas were all plentiful, clean and well maintained. The only downside we had was it was early March and very rainy can't blame Haven for that but the on site entertainment was all great, the mini market shop, the arcade, the bar and restaurant as well as the entertainment room we're all good. Not forgetting the chip shop Burger King and Papa John's so we were happy to stay on site all day for a couple of days and enjoy what was provided. Tenby unfortunately didn't have a lot for us, nice harbour, with some nice pubs etc but not much else. Haven, very good, Tenby, unfortunately won't be going back.

The location of this park is fantastic, a short walk to South beach and around a 30 minute walk into Tenby. The check in process was quick and easy and first impressions seemed good. The caravan itself was tucked into a corner and looked decent, until we saw a cider can that had been used as an ashtray on the balcony of our caravan. We got inside and the caravan was decorated nicely, but if you looked closely anywhere you could tell it hasn't had a proper clean in a long time. A surprising thing for me was that with 2 toilets and space for up to 4 people, there was 1 toilet roll and an empty tube in the other bathroom. There were marks and stains on the bedding and a distinct smell of weed in the main bedroom, however that may have been the weird green fluffy stain thing on the carpet. If you book a caravan here be prepared to take anything you may possibly need, like a cloth to wipe up any messes, or soap to wash your hands. We were around a 5 minute walk to the central area and there were some interesting ruins of the old kilns which was interesting and In the main area, there was a really nice bar and stage area and the entertainment was fantastic. I think overall if the caravan had been presented better and there was a little bit more of the basics provided this would have been a higher score. Cannot fault the location though.

The frozen chips are not the best and the waiting time is ridiculous. I waited 30 minutes for one portion of chips and the excuse was the staff was new. I understand staff have to learn but 30 minutes for one portion of chips and the manager said he'd be happy to wait this long if he knew staff was new when I asked him about the long wait time. Please use proper chippy chips in future. I think this would make the chippy alot better.

Have been to Kiln Park on several previous occasions with few problems. On this occasion we were allocated a caravan near the entertainment building and there was intensive building work going on and heavy traffic blocking us in. Not a very relaxing holiday.

We booked last minute for a dog friendly break and loved it. We have rebooked to go again next month. It was a 20 minute walk to Tenby, where most pubs are dog friendly and there is a convenient path to Penally beach also. There was a great mini market on site, with most items you can think of incase you forget anything. We didn't use the facilities on site to know what they are like unfortunately.

Last two times, batter so thick, it was uncooked inside, so couldn't eat the fish. Such a waste!

Went to the middlegate cafe today with my partner. Had a lovely meal, freshly cooked. The owner was very friendly and we had a nice chat with him. Will call again next time we visit. Thank you.

Refused an omelette at 3.33pm as cooked food finished at 3.30pm despite board advertising outside. No apology.. They have lost potential regular customer.
