The new cafe is very smart but the service is poor . We waited an age to be served as its waitress service . In the en's we had to adk someone to get somebody to serve us . Won't be coming here again . Maybe instead of renewing the place they should focus on serving people quickly

We had a very poor meal after having a good recondition to go there we were disappointed I had a pork steak (fat gammon) it was over £20 came with frozen chips and peas quite a small piece did not enjoy at all my wife had lamb with minted mash the mash was dry with possibly dried mint in it would not recommend at all

Hello first time visit yesterday was lovely food but appalling 2 young girls staff who was laughing very loud for some period time and nobody was telling them off working as a waitress for for many off my working life this is unacceptable behaviour stay away if you want a relaxing quiet meal .I was continplating moving outside but it was too cold so made our exit as quick as possible. Apart from that food was great.

Valentines Eve Dinner Breakfast 'stuff' left out on the side tables No atmosphere what so ever and no mention of valentines day bar the cheap printed menu Grunge style waitresses with unkempt hair and seriously downtime outfits totally inappropriate for this kind of place. No style no finesse such a shame when the venue is really quite special 35 mins wait for 1st course to arrive No bread, no crudités Terribly mediocre food No condiments No table cloths, table left dirty No glasses cleared away 2 courses both had components missing had to tell waitress That lot cost around 130.00

Excellent choice, fantastic food. We decided to come here rather than have breakfast in our hotel, really glad I did! Chorizo eggs with avocado and chilli flakes on sourdough toast and bacon, waffles and maple syrup - Excellent! This has opened my eyes to Tesco cafe. Our breakfast with tea & hot chocolate was £15, the hotel was £22 - no comparison. I will be frequenting Tesco cafe from now on!

One of the worst places to come for customers service me and my partner when in for breakfast today the lady that served us was very very rude when I asked for something and they didn't have it but it was still on the menu she answered with a very snatchy tone I DONT HAVE THAT so we said OK and changed it and while we where looking at the menu she was huffing and puffing as if we where taking to long to choose something else and we finally ordered and went to our seat and then she brought the hot drinks over and more or less throw them at the table didn't even let the kitchen staff know our table number the girl that come out with our food was walking round everyone with our food would not recommend even knowing the food was really nice will not be back

Stop by here for a drink before going to a restaurant for Sunday lunch, we chose to sit outside. Bar staff serving were friendly

We stopped here for lunch on Tuesday, where to start, my husband had steak he said it was ok nothing to write home about, I opted for a roast pork dinner what a mistake one bite of the pork was enough had to spit it out tasted funny, gave my husband a bit to try, who also spat it out as it was sour and had a weird colour to it, my husband told the woman behind the bar no refund offered or change the dish, clearly not fresh at all people should avoid if the value their health

Staying locally so pre booked a table in preparation for the bank holiday. No issues at all with booking. friendly welcome on arrival with lovely beer garden and interior, also dog friendly which is a bonus. Staff were very busy but working hard and no issues with service. The food was outstanding, a lovely home cooked Sunday lunch and desserts - highlight was defo the boiled potatoes 😜 thank you would recommend and come again.

Don’t get me wrong, the bloke who runs it seems genuinely lovely and very accommodating. We popped in on a whim, a bit hesitant at first because of some of the reviews we’d seen, but honestly—it’s not quite what the reviews make it out to be. It’s a lovely, mediocre little place (and I mean that in the nicest way). Nothing fancy, but it has its own charm, and the welcoming host makes a big difference. I had the breakfast. It was a little on the greasy side, but then again, that’s pretty expected with a fry-up. The sausages weren’t quite to my taste—more like something you'd get from a chip shop—but that’s just personal preference. Overall, it was decent. Not the best, not the worst—just a solid little stop if you're in the area and fancy something simple.

This is a favourite for myself and friends. Staff are very helpful and happy. Food is excellent and we have always had a good meal. We will return soon. Thankyou all. Xx

I booked through booking .com had to pay extra £20 for dogs fair enough got there room had not been Hooverd at all I have small fawn pug dog and ting non mounting x pug walls in bathroom covered in long black dog hair loads of same on carped and even bedding didn’t complain my own fault electric switches weren’t working for over an hr offered a free coffee don’t drink coffee awful room staff are fab bar staff and awesome location is the best it is having a renovation but that don’t excuse dirty room

Great site, well located, not too far to walk into Tenby. I love Tenby though so maybe a biased opinion.

Had a takeaway delivered to our holiday site, food was fresh,hot and delicious. We will definitely use them again Thank you Two very satisfied customers
