Absolutely disgusted, my grandmother stayed there for her birthday and she got £150 stolen from her room out of her bag,
The receptionist was no help at all with the problem, didn’t even bother look at cctv or speak to staff she used the elderly card against my grandmother saying she must be confused.
I will never recommend this hotel and every time someone asks about a hotel in Tenby I’ll be saying about this!
Ate here last night as we were staying in Roch Castle, which is within walking distance. Delicious food, fantastic and friendly service plus a lovely lady drive us back to the castle. What a great pub
5th or 6th time stayed. Staff, food, location & room all excellent.
Easy visiting other places we like to go to, Newport, Newquay, Melyn Tre Gwynt, St David's, Solva, Whitesands, Cardigan....
Book a few nights in Tenby Twice a year and always go to No 25 with my husband for coffee and cakes or light snack. A very busy café so sometimes very hard to find a table due to the popularity. Cakes are gorgeous and the Baileys hot chocolate is to die for
First but definitely not last meal here. A very interesting and varied menu (far from your standard pub fayre). Very friendly service with a smile. Superb food. One of the best meals I've ever had and for a very reasonable price. The Chef clearly knows what they're doing!
Sue’s Gluten Free cakes are stunning! I’m currently tucking into a slice of gf lemon cake and it’s delicious, Sue is lovely too. The lemon & Blueberry, coffee and cherry bakewell are all just fabulous ❤️❤️
A bitterly cold walk along the sea front. Was glad to find a place open with a friendly welcome and hot drinks. Many people eating and good relaxed atmosphere.
Dreadful experience, you have to order your own food and drinks fron different counters, pay up front whilst being pushed out of the way by grumpy waiting staff because the areas are small and Crowded - food was terrible, smoked chicken wings were served medium rare and bloody, waitress said that the smoking process causes blood to remain in the chicken's joints, after 35 years in high end kitchens I've never heard that one, avoid at all costs unless you don't mind being ripped off by extremely clumsy, inexperienced staff
Very gluten free friendly. Fantastic service. Nothing too much trouble. Service with a smile and very tasty food. Thankyou. Had the tomato soup with cheese toasties it was lush.
In the past we’ve been to the Amroth Arms for a bacon roll and were planning on doing so today, but when we got there they’d hadn’t opened.
We decided to try the Smugglers for a change as it was dog friendly. We both ordered the Breakfast Ciabatta, which was served very quickly and piping hot.
The staff were all very friendly, helpful and the food was lovely. I would certainly recommend.
Epic Korean hot salad. So tasty , so many ingredients. Lively ambience and friendly service.avocado aubergine tofu and sticky rice . All topped off with pomegranate molasses
Went here on Saturday night for dinner, and wanted to have a drink at the bar before being seated. The barman asked if we had a table booked, and advised we go to our table first before ordering a drink at the bar. It wasn't quite what I had in mind, but we went to the table anyway even though we were half an hour early.
We were seated at the table and had to wait a little while before being able to order drinks, which was okay, but I would have preferred to have a drink at the bar. Never mind.
We ordered our food, and I'd ordered the Welsh Pork Belly. I was a bit disappointed with it when it arrived - the dinner consisted of a huge amount of mash, a long pork belly slice and broccoli, and the whole plate tasted of mustard. The person I was with ordered a burger and had a huge plate of food compared to mine. Maybe this was my mistake for not reading the descriptions properly, but I did feel a little bit cheated out of a decent meal for what was costing £17.50, that (whilst not wanting to sound too harsh) looked a bit like a microwave meal.
Nobody came to check on us while we had our food, and we were sat for a long time before anyone came to take plates away. They were busy in the bar, but it didn't seem to bad in the restaurant.
The burger to be fair, did look really nice, but I think I may have just made a poor choice with ordering the pork belly.
The staff who did attend to us were very professional, friendly and polite, and we're really lovely to speak to. It's just the food was quite disappointing. I think next time I'll stick to a steak!
This little treasure was a little off the beaten track..
Keep going, even after you've doubted your directions...keep going...and you'll arrive at your desired destination..finally.
The food is AMAZING! Even the chips are the best I've ever tasted!...And then there's the Crab Roll..DELICIOUS and sooo worth the trek 😋
A must find..A must eat... Enjoy 🦀
We'll be back in 2024 ❤️
