First time visiting today, one young boy stood out to us! He was serving our food and drinks, for a very young boy he had loads of confidence and was polite throughout our visit outstanding food and service 😊😊

Worst Chinese takeaway, so expensive food was very bland!!! Ribs were the worst I’ve had anywhere. Spent £80 on takeaway never again. Go somewhere else in Pembrokeshire, there are plenty more around half the cost.

Just had the egg fried rice with peppered beef from Dragon Palace, and it was absolutely delicious! The rice was perfectly cooked, fluffy and flavorful, while the beef had just the right amount of spice and tenderness. A great combination that left me craving more! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a tasty Chinese meal in Tenby

On holiday and didn't want to drive, opted for a delivery takeaway. Only £5.50 for delivery to Tenby, very reasonable, and the food arrived hot and within the delivery time we were given. Food was delicious 😋 great service, thank you x

Take away from here. Ordered by phone, long wait before it would be ready and then 10mins late at collection. Parking on site but was full. Food was tasty but more expensive than we normally pay in east sussex. Would suggest you need to book to eat in. Nice food and a nice atmosphere in the restaurant.

Love coming here when in the area. The food is delicious, and the staff are so friendly. There is a good variety of dishes to choose from. Each dish is cooked perfectly. You won't be disappointed. The staff are always so friendly and approachable. They cannot do enough for us and are happy to cater for wheelchairs.

The best spare ribs I’ve had in a long time! We ordered one of the set meals for two, option B. There was plenty of food and the quality was spot on. The beef in black bean was so tender and the sauce was nice and thick, coating the meat. If anything service was a little quick but a tiny criticism for an overall excellent evening

I travel form Swansea to Pembroke every day for work and on Friday Evenings we have a takeway meal, Having seen the revue's I tried this place I can honestly say that the food does not match the revue's the food is totally bland and by far the worst I have had. And at a much higher cost buyer beware.

Hadn't had a Chinese in years due to the varied quality in our local, but our holiday takeaway from here was absolutely lovely- freshly cooked, lovely ingredients & generous portions! We will definitely visit again

UPDATE SINCE LAST TIME; Gluten free still not a problem here, above and beyond, offer a great gluten free menu now too! Was amazing and helpful with gluten free even made me a rice noodle chow mein! Chicken and ham fried rice was amazing, I wasn't a big fan of the chicken and bean sprouts but customer service and the speed of service was outstanding. I really struggle finding places to eat and this place was really reassuring and great with opting to gluten free.

Had a wonderful meal in Dragon Palace on Sunday, although very busy there was no long wait for food, the meal we had was excellent and there was plenty of it. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Had not been prior to Sunday night but will definitely return, thank you for a lovely experience.

Weighted on the phone for 15 minutes when to start my order they put the phone down ring the other line answered in 10 minutes to get told I have to go back into another queue never heard so much rubbish will never go there again

Last time we sat in but this time we decided on a take out for the whole party of 14. Very patient with our large order which was ready very quickly. They do deliver but we decided to collect. Food was very good and enjoyed by everyone from 2 years to old.

Loved it. As good as Kings Cuisine in Godalming but this place also takes Card which is very rare even though the Chinese probably invented card payments lol

Been to this restaurant many times over last 5 years but now restaurant has had complete makeover which was desperately needed.... wow what a transformation dragon palace is now 5 star dining experience, food fantastic service second to none ( Betty was brilliant) and great value so will we be going back.... most definitely

Wow. The food is really excellent. Nice place, greeted at the door promptly. Staff all very friendly. Reasonably priced but very good food. You'll need to book, but definitely go for dinner. (Big shout out to Alex, who personally asked me to include his name in this review.)

Seriously excellent Chinese food. We ordered a takeaway while on vacation, it was busy but food was ready for collection within 30 minutes of ordering. The food really was faultless, will 100 percent be using again when next back in Amroth.

Excellent food and good service. Only issue for me was that the spare ribs were too salty otherwise I couldn't see any issues. Restaurant had a lovely spacious area.

What a fantastic experience. The restaurant was very busy but great attentive service. The staff were so so friendly Now to the food it was incredible, the best we have ever had anywhere. Piping hot, wonderful flavours and the chicken and beef were tender and beautiful. There is a 10% service charge on the bill (you can ask for it to be removed) we also gave an additional 10%. Credit when Credit is due. Well done we will be back.

Absolutely tasty everyone enjoyed , the service was fantastic but the only let down was one of our party of 6 had to wait a very long time for her meal which came after we nearly finished ours, just glad the portions were big so that she could share ours.

What a great find. From the minute you you walk in the ambience is great. Friendly staff. Amazing food. There were 5 of us and we each had something different to eat so lots of different dishes for us to try. The best Chinese restaurant I have ever tried. Will definitely be back.

From start to finish the food and service was impeccable. The flavours, the smells, the tastes. Simply WOW! From first sight to last bite the food was outstanding. Service was secured to none. Regular checks. but not intrusive. Asking how the service was as well as the food. Some 5* hotels should take note. On what seemed like a very busy service, the food came out quickly, fresh and as I've said flavourful and could not be faulted. Whether you want a beautiful meal or stunning takeaway, this is where to go in Pembrokeshire.

Great food, friendly staff. A little slow getting courses out this time, but all previous times they've been quick. Update 2023: Excellent as always, the gold standard by which we compare all other Chinese restaurants. The chicken satay skewers and crispy shredded beef are perfect. Update 2024: Still excellent. Had a redecoration inside now and it looks really good.

I have a severe onion allergy and specifically told the person taking the order, I saw them input this into the till. When I received my food, I said it didn't taste right and felt funny, then in the middle was just 1 piece of onion. I was very ill with my lips swelling and had to take antihistamines straight away. When I complained about this and what it caused, assuming they do not clean their pans or care. They ignored me. They are lucky I didn't eat the onion just the contamination. Or I could have ended up in hospital. People with allergies need to AVOID!!!

Excellent food, good portions and price, excellent staff. We had duck quarter, wontons, HK ss chicken, Kung po special, rice and noodles. Was delicious.

I was so pleasantly surprised with our recent take away from here. It is unlike almost all other take aways i have tried (and we really like Chinese food). It is really fresh, and light and just so awesome. Many places use lots of oil or excess spice to cover up aging veg, but this place, not a hint of that. We had, beancurd sweet and sour, black bean and mixed vegetables, a portion of chips and fried rice no egg.

Sweet and sour chicken balls and egg fried rice. Poor quality throughout. Chicken batter under cooked and insipid. Rice had no sign of egg whatsover and tasteless. Overall a disappointment and would avoid.

Last night we had a lovely meal at Dragon Palace, we had set menu B for two. Everything was so tasty and plenty of it. The young staff were so polite, friendly and efficient. They worked hard and never looked flustered. I definitely advise booking in advance.

If I could give 0 for this restaurant I would. Food is bland, small portions, rushed and over rated. We had set menu D, mixed starter, crispy duck, Prawns, crispy beef, lemon chicken, fried rice. Mixed starter was only warm, we just ate a prawn toast and duck came as well. No meat on ribs, chicken like cardboard, and disappointing. The duck was not crispy and had a strange taste. Main courses were very small, which in our case wasn’t a bad thing. This restaurant also ads 10% service charge but you can take that off. The set menu was £30 each plus drinks definitely not worth the money. I would not return.

Food, not pleasant, although portion size was good, the food itself was not great, smoked chicken was cold and hard, largely inedible. The satay sauce should have a little lick to it but this satay was too spicy to eat. The food was somewhat overpriced too. Service initially got off to a great start, but then we had 3 or 4 different people serving us which made the whole thing hard work and confusing but not any quicker. Service was very slow. The atmosphere was odd, we were sat segregated from the rest of the restaurant possibly due us having a rather large party but you couldn't help feeling like you had been put in the furthest corner and forgotten about... We pass this restraunt often abd always say let's book, now we have and we can say, let's not book !!!!

First time ordering. Quick delivery and the best Chinese I've ever had. Best in pembrokeshire by far.

Expensive for the quality and quantity you get. House special was £8.50 and didn't include rice. The house special had no prawns and no mushrooms which is what I get back home for a cheaper price including boiled rice(fried rice 0.20p extra).

Absolutely spot on. Attentive staff without being pushy. Drinks arrived quickly and soon followed by our food. Excellent quality, tasty and all the plates cleared. Shame we miles away or we would definitely be back. Well done.

Ordered food to go from here, simply the best quality Chinese takeaway I've ever had. The duck meat was perfect, the portion size left nothing to complain about, and the sauce was delicious.

Exceptional Chinese food. Every dish we had was the best we've ever had of it's type... Same as it was when we last visited about 10 years ago.

I ordered a takeaway for collection, after waiting 15 mins to get through at 17.40 to be told I'd have to wait till 19.20 and to pay cash as the card machine was out of use. As arranged I drove to collect our meals and had to wait a further 30 mins.. I understand a Saturday night is usually busier than week days but a 2 hour + wait is a little cheeky, to say the least. Also to add insult to injury, the meals were at best mediocre which was disappointing. Obviously there is an opening jn the area for a really good Chinese restaurant/ takeaway that could hit better timescales.

Love the food, pity there's no childrens menu as it cost a lot for full price meals when kids eat less. Wasn't keen on sharing rice bowls either.

We went here for our wedding dinner and the food, as usual, was absolutely incredible! Our families thoroughly enjoyed their time here and we can’t wait to take them back here in the future!

Absolutely rubbish, sorry but phoned in at 5.15 delivery was 7.45. We’re on holiday and this is recommended by where we are staying!!!!! Never again, food was basic nothing to write home about, chicken in oyster sauce was bland, beef not bad but we would or could not recommend!!!!!!!

We tried the special fried rice, prawn fried rice and the beef fried rice. All the were good my best out of the 3 was the special fried rice. Also had crispy squid and chilli beef. Some of the best Chinese food I have had in the UK. Very fast service and all that we tried was very tasty. Highly recommend

Really good Chinese, very popular...so you risk your car being biffed!

Visited here during a stay at Kiln park in Tenby. My partner and I booked in advance, arrived at 7:30pm. There is plenty of parking but we found that the spaces aren't all clearly marked so some cars were left in inconsiderate places. We were greeted and sat quickly. It took around 10-15 minutes for somebody to come and take our order of one egg fried rice, beef noodles and cantonese chicken. The food arrived at our table within 5 minutes, so we were pleasantly surprised. The food was hot, fresh tasting and absolutely delicious. The portion sizes were very generous and since we were unable to finish everything we were offered the option to take it away with us as the restaurant doubles as a takeout. Our waiter seemed a little low on energy but was still professional and friendly. Overall can't fault the place. I really enjoyed the food and would definitely visit again when i holiday in Tenby again.

What an absolute shambles, after waiting 15 mins on the phone I finally ordered my food to be picked up at 8pm. I arrived to a sea of people all waiting to pick up their meals, approx 30 people, I gave my name and sat and waited and soon realised the people around me had all been waiting a very long time for their food, one lady an hour, another 1hr 10 mins, a gentlemen 45 mins after collection time and so it went on, so so disappointed , when questioned why orders were taking so long I was told that they had got behind earlier in the evening and hadn't been able to catch up!!!!! Really why still take orders ??? Surely you should stop taking orders catch up on the back log then start taking orders again but instead you just kept continuing to take orders leaving customers waiting for a ridiculously long time . I left with my food 35 mins after collection time feeling very sorry for everyone who had waited even longer than I. Processes really need to be addressed.

Booked for 7 pm, arrived on time, and greeted very quickly. Staff very friendly and obliging. Shown to our table straight away. Lots of people eating and enjoying their food. The food was ordered and was about 15min (maybe less) before it came out. Hubby had a chicken noodle soup (was gorgeous, his words) to start, then the mains arrived. We decided to share what came out. special curry, egg fried rice, special chowmein, pork battered balls. Very filling & tasty food. Definitely 1 portion size of each is generous enough to feed 2 people. So we shared everything on the plates. Photos were taken as we were eating. Definitely go back again, just wish it was closer to where we lived (then again, maybe that's a blessing its not lol)

Food was okay, enjoyed but wouldn't go back personally. No numbers on the orders so you could imagine trying to sort through over £150 worth of food for 12 people. (nightmare) didn't have everything we ordered but after collecting out order nobody wanted to go back so we just shared out to people who missed out. But very easy ordering service. Pay oncollection not over the phone.

Had takeaway from here while on holiday. My dad can be fussy with Chinese food, but he was extremely impressed by the flavour, variety and amount of food we got. Ordered 4 dishes plus starters. We had enough for that night and another filling meal. Prompt delivery too, despite being told it would be a a bit of a wait.

Always a great place, the staff are friendly, efficient and the food is the best for miles. If we want Chinese food, I have no problem in travelling 18 miles to get it with my family.

My wife and I went here this evening for a meal and was very impressed with the service (especially from Ollie who is obviously learning the trade and was very polite and quick to clear the tables and ask if we needed anything) but also the food was absolutely gorgeous everything although they were very busy was cooked to perfection, just wish this place was a bit closer to home. Thank you everyone for a lovely meal.

Last night we had our third substandard takeaway in a row from this place. It's sad how the price continuously goes up but the quality goes down. We had sweet and sour chicken balls, spare ribs, rice, and beef with mushrooms. All were bland and tasteless, especially the beef with its enormous, undercooked watery mushrooms. We binned half of our long awaited meal. Total waste of money. We will not order from here again.

The starter was very delicious, same as main dish. The place was a bit crowded, but considering that was Easter, it was expected, so we were waiting for our meals a bit longer. Staff were very kind, and at disposal.
