Superb food and service . Was served by John who was very personable and helpful. Very reasonable prices and a very extensive menu. Thoroughly recommend.

First visit - food was tasty , piping hot , served quickly and politely. Don’t be put off by negative reviews - would recommend

One of the worst Chinese we’ve ever eaten, chicken was chewy, rice had a funny flavour, the best thing was the chips and even they weren’t the best. Wouldn’t recommend

Ordered mushroom rice, chicken chow mein and sweet & sour chicken Cantonese style with no veg. When the food finally arrived, it was lukewarm, flavourless and greasier than a mechanic after an oil change. The mushrooms were deep fried and slimy and the sweet & sour chicken came with veg (practically raw onions and peppers). The chow mein was literally shining with how much grease it had. The whole thing was diabolical… but the birds enjoyed it when I threw it out after a couple of mouthfuls.

7 of us came for food last night, absolutely beautiful food. Each one of us had lovely meals and all enjoyed, we even had a few fussy ones! Portions were big and considering what we normally pay for meals this was very good for money. We are not from the area, only here for racing but couldn't not leave a review and recommend to others! Staff were brilliant also.

Worst Chinese we’ve ever had, even the fortune cookies were out of date. The staff were very nice though.

Ordered a takeaway to be delivered paid £75 only had about £20 worth of stuff delivered I rang to tell them about it they said they don’t understand English disgusting treatment I won’t be going g there again

Absolutely disgusting! Do not eat here! Ordered a large takeaway chinese. It came cold,sloppy, over cooked and tasteless! When I phoned to complain they were very rude and took no responsibility. It all went in the bin.Will never eat here again. Do not waste your money and go somewhere else.

Really nice place, managed to server us last second when other places turn us down for not having bookings (previous visits to Tenby didn’t require us to make bookings). Service was very friendly, even helped when ordering to select a cheaper option (in stead of x2 half portions, ordered x1 as it was a buffet style meal). I’ve been struggling with food recently but the amount served was just the right! Ordered; x1 chicken fried rice, x1 sweat & sour Chicken Balls and extra s&s sauce. Shared between two people. Sauce wasn’t over powered, the balls wasn’t over crispy etc. everything was spot on. Staff friendly and nice, happy to return again.

Me and family were staying at a rented house, Celtic haven, ordered meals over the phone, said it would be 25 minutes, went to collect it, got it back, chow mein and sweet 'n' sour missing, rung them up, told them, they said they would deliver the missing meals, ten minutes, so me and my daughter waited out on the road, so they could see us and , they had already been given the post code, why lie and say ten minutes, when we're outside waiting for over an hour, if you couldn't deliver, why not say you're short staffed and we would have come back down to collect, shapeless, crap service, and lying, ruined the night.never again.

The food was good but the best part of the evening was John the waiter lovely guy very funny definitely would go back.

Hopeless food ! Had ordered for singapore fried rice and had specifically mentioned to make the VEG version of it and on delivery was given vermicelli then when i said this is not what i ordered then the dish was replaced and with the pic you can see that we were given boiled yellow rice, no taste just nothing in there. We just threw it in the bin. What a waste ! Never coming back here

If I could give it a score of ZERO I would! Overpriced, dry, bland, and tiny potions. I wish I had seen the reviews before ordering. Total waste of £60. Ended up in the bin!!!! Only good part of this was the delivery driver John. Lovely friendly driver.

The food was awful, our take out box was ready in 5 mins, and we wondered how did u bring our food so soon.. so the owner said “ have u ever seen how the food is cooked in a wok… it’s cooked on extreme high flame… and so we serve it quickly “ but now I know it was precooked and thus tasteless, no flavours like just taken out from the refrigerator and heated and packed, not worth….dont waste ur money out here…. Very pathetic food

Lovely little Chinese spot .. now under new management.. the restaurant part is now open to sit in and dine .. ordered house special fried rice and pecking ribs which was absolutely delicious 😋 will be going back for more

Just enjoyed a delicious meal at china town restaurant in Tenby. We will definitely eat there next time we visit this amazing Welch seaside town.

Seeing the low score totally put me off going here and reading reviews but wife wanted Chinese and we took a gamble I must say really don't understand all the negative reviews. The food was pretty good standard we totally enjoyed it and while we was there on a Wednesday there was lots of customers ordering and taking away. If we ever go Tenby again we will definitely go back as it's one of the best I have had.

Ordered a takeaway, told 50 minutes took two hours, the food was disgusting as in pork balls way over cooked, rest of the food was not worth the money, will be sticking with the Chinese in Pembroke

I can’t say a single good thing about this place. Delivery was an hour overdue. The orders were all wrong. 3 noodle meals with 1 fried rice and 1 curry sauce = £35!!! Chicken chow mein consisted of noodles and a few scraps of chicken, no beansprouts, no vegetables; bland and tasteless. Special chow mein, tiny, chopped up bits of meat with noodles. Plain chow mein, requested no veg or beansprouts, the only meal that actually came with them. Tiny pot of curry sauce £2.50 This somehow came to £35. Advised food would be delivered in 1 hour, that’s fine, but it actually took 2 hours!! Never, ever again! Do yourself a favour, avoid this place at all costs, absolutely disgusting!

Avoid! I hate giving bad reviews, but the food was awful, gloopy and tasteless. The kung po chicken wasn't spicy and nothing like the dish I've had before. The satay chicken had some weird coating and looked like it'd been hanging around for days. We didn't eat much, the dogs had the chicken and the rest went in the bin. The prawn toast was 'ok'. Cost us £40 as well, so not even particularly cheap.

Inedible beef curry, chips not fully cooked and crispy chicken was just a sliced chicken breast and was also disgusting all thrown in bin. Do not order from here ! 🤮🤮🤮

Worst chinese I've ever had all wasted what a joke

We ordered delivery on a rainy Saturday. The food was fairly unremarkable when it arrived but the delay in delivery was very disappointing. We were told 60-75minutes when ordering but food was almost 90 minutes later than that. But when we called for an update we were repeatedly told it would just be another 10minutes. Very disappointing service which resulted in a lot of wasted food - one of the calls was to amend the order because it was no longer possible for some of the party to eat but the 10minute lie put us off.

Sweet and sour chicken, batter burnt and chicken bone dry, egg fried rice tasted like cardboard. Worse Chinese food I’ve ever had. Clearly reheating food over and over. Unsuspecting tourists only thing keeping these in business. Avoid !

Got as far as the door and stopped dead. The outside is disgusting, filthy windows, door and window sills. Empty menu holders, rusty signage. I may be wrong but if venues can’t be bothered to clean the entrance and make it look attractive and inviting then it goes without saying they aren’t going to make much effort inside either. Peeped through and saw plastic stackable chairs and decided to eat elsewhere. There are plenty of other places to eat in Tenby

Never a good sign when waiting for your food and all you can hear is the constant sound of ping, ping and ping. You guessed it the microwave food was not even hot just Warm and tasted rank.

The food is so good and cheap. Very typical Chinese dishes. Definitely recommend it!

Always visit here whenever I'm in Tenby - have never had a bad meal. During my last trip (May 2022) they were only doing takeaway so we did that instead of sitting in. Still worth it, hope they will be able to accommodate dine in again in the future.

We ordered a takeaway over the phone ,was told it would be 20 mins ,walked down there and in 20 mins it was ready as promised. It was hot and very tasty , reasonably priced and the staff were professional and polite ,very happy with our experience.

Worst meal ever. The roast Bean curd was deep fried leftovers. I had to squeeze the oil out. The chip's tasted days old and reheated as were the spring roll's. Will never return. Only eaten as my son would not of ate his and needed food in the hotel. In fact he could not finish it and a lot went in the bin.

We ordered the Chinese set dinner. The soup and spring rolls were good, but the main meals were awful and the fried rice was very dry and bland. The sweet and sour chicken was the weirdest we’ve ever had. It was not batter but chicken rolled in bread and then deep fried with a red gloopy sauce that you pour on? They are no longer open as a restaurant, just as a take away and it seems they have given up since covid. Avoid at all cost. Disappointing.

This business is a takeaway only now. It is a drab and miserable place to wait, zero consideration given to the customer. I suspect that once upon a time it was cared for and vibrant but that was before the owners forgot about customer service. Reasonable food, long wait time. I wouldn't recommend it and I will not go there again.

I have been eating in this restaurant for over 30 years and always raved about the quality of the food but sadly I have noticed in the last couple of years the quality has gone right down hill I had Crab meat and seeetcorn soup which used to be packed with crabmeat now substituted with crab sticks plus very weak wishey washey crap Always have special curry but now the meats Seam like they are very poor quality processed crap such a shame used to be so good but trying to cut corners won’t be using this place again

Always made a large order £50 plus, food was absolutely Terrible, ribs were terrible, yet the lady who takes the orders and her son who delivers are fab, the food was terrible and won’t be going back for more sadly, I’ve eaten there for 30 yrs n it’s the worst food I’ve eaten

Closes at11...should close down..the whole meal looked odd, smelt odd, and tasted odd..chicken balls are a battered chicken bread chopped into slices..never seen anything like that before...surprised this dump is in tenby ...I'm giving this place a wide berth...🤑

We are just staying in Tenby for the weekend and decided to get a delivery tonight, I was initially put off by the reviews below but decided to give China Town a go. I cant fault the service and delivery and the food was superb. I would definitely order from them again

Thought we would get a nice meal as a takeaway as on holiday for a week in Tenby. I’m aware that there is a take on of different styles with a Chinese meal. Unfortunately the Aromatic Duck must have gone through a mincing machine as lots of bits of bones was included!(kind of puts you off) The meal was bland to say the least. And a lot was wasted. It was bad enough to join trip advisor to help others Enough said

The chicken fried rice had a very bad taste, must of been cooked with old oil or some plastic fell in the wok, chow mein was bland and the crispy beef was ok. A poor meal, i hope they get there act together.

Three if us had special curry. I reckon we had a small quantity of beef between us which was as tough as old boots. The prawns were almost absent from all three dishes.
