We visited Cathedral House a few times during our recent stay in St Davids. The cakes and pastries are fresh and tasty and the citrus cake deserves a special mention. There's also a good range of hot and cold drinks. This is a great place for lunch and afterwards it's definitely worth spending some time looking around the shop for things to take away.

The burger van was illegally sited. After a long battle the council finally moved it on. Although the food was amazing. The two local cafes should learn from these guys!

The staff were so unhelpful and the food was cold when it came , I shall definitely not be returning again until they change management. They also support and agree with fox hunting which is absolutely barbaric shame on you and may other people avoid your business like the plaque

Booked a table, arrived on time, they cook fresh which is fine don’t mind a little wait. Everything was being packed up which I totally understand as was a late booking 10:15, advertised until 10:30, however after 50 minutes still hadn’t had a freshly cooked breakfast because the woman in the kitchen (which you can see from the table) had major attitude with the waitress and forgot to cook half of the breakfast. If I could have had a bowl of cereal then might have been something but it was put away. Then when I asked about the breakfast and why people that came in later had eaten and left, they said there was an issue with a poached egg pan. I’d have happily had scrambled or a fried one if they had said 30 mins earlier. Has majorly put me off and can say I won’t be coming back, will just go to Morrisons cafe next door!

Hi, Writing on behalf of my daughter and son in law. It was truly awful. First course took an hour despite hardly anyone else there. Main corse included hair so was left uneaten. Free first course given as an apology, but still cost £60.00 for awful food. Avoid at all costs.

We called in for a quick lunch on Saturday. We usually go elsewhere, but Tenby was busy so we ended up in Tenby House. We ordered the sausage and mash with onion gravy for my husband, beetroot falafel with a flatbread for me and a bowl of chips for our son . We were expecting big standard pub grub, but we were pleasantly surprised. The food was served quickly and was absolutely delicious. My husband commented that his food was nicer than some he had received in more expensive restaurants. A lot of places pay lip service to vegetarians and do the food badly, this was certainly not the case here. My food was lovely, very well cooked and presented. My only gripe is that the lagers they have on tap are naff

The American Diner has a totally different business philosophy with next to no signage, we had Google maps on and still struggled to find it. It is conveniently hidden inside the Fish and Chip shop, it is red roped off for VIPs only and when you try to enter after triumphantly finding it, you are met by a rude woman that sharply indicates there is no sit down service, or internal queuing it would seem, and that you need to order through the window. Following form, not a single do not enter sign, obviously why waste money on signs when you must be approaching recievership anyway! This is the best review I can give after the way we were spoken too. We did not buy, so cannot attest to the quality, but if they treat the food the way they treat their custom, we dodged a bullet.

The best "Proper Pub" in St David's. Good ale and a great atmosphere. No food when we went as the kitchen is closed for the winter.

Chips were awful in comparison to their usual offering but I have to review it on my experience on this visit. If I go again and the food is better then will review on that basis too. A while ago I mentioned how dark it was by the exit..glad to say that this is now not the case

Best dessert I had so far in Ammanford. This was suggested by one of the staff and absolutely right. I really fell in love with sticky toffee pudding and also we tried soup of the day. It’s just wooowww. Love from London❤️❤️❤️

Called in for lunch with my husband. Lovely home cooked meal. Portions were quite big and served quite swiftly. Homemade chips
