Bar 10 in Pembrokeshire

Doesn't serve food, lovely cocktails

This is a lovely bar. Service was good and the drinks were great quality. There is a large cocktail menu and a very well-stocked bar. It's also in a great location in the centre of town.

We’ve been into Bar10 on a couple of our visits to Tenby and I have to say that some of the negative reviews surprise me! We have never been anything other than welcomed with a smile and have enjoyed the atmosphere, the drinks and the music. We visited again last night and enjoyed a couple of drinks before heading off for dinner and again, the welcome was warm and genuine. We will be back on our next visit.

I would 100% avoid this place in the near future. Cocktails are £10.95. You expect them to be a little pricey but that price is pure greedy. The cocktail wasn’t even very nice.

Went in last night at 10.30 just got inside and a little man told me they was closed and pushed me out of the door when the place was packed with people at the bar. No need to get hands on! Angry horrible little man.

Absoloutely avoid if you have children. As a family with one small baby at just before 7pm when the restaurant/bar area was quiet, we went in with the hope of grabbing a drink on our way back to our holiday home, we were refused entry because they do not allow children( there are no signs to advertise this and there were approximately 4 people in there at this time ). We actually walked past this restaurant once already and made note of where it was to go back to visit because the first impression is of the outside building as being a family friendly place ( we were wrong ) given the unprecedented times with financially struggling pubs/restaurants/bars alike, you would think that they would be greatful of the custom, however it seems not if you are a family or have children with you. We definitely wouldn't recommend this to any families on their holidays to Tenby now over the next few summer months, it is a shame but perhaps putting up some signs would help aid and prevent people from entering the premises to be totally embarrassed by being told they need to leave infront of other customers( very distasteful if I'm totally honest ). Other than that the bar looks greatly designed and very fit for purpose but could do with some updating, particularly on the customer front service. Very saddened by our experience but we shall take our custom elsewhere from here on in.

Great place with good music and also open until late.

The worst customer service I've encountered. Booked for a large group but turned down at the door. Rude mother and daughter running the place I can't understand why they are in hospitality with the attitude they have. Avoid this place.

Pathetic bar - went in with 7 friends, wasn’t ID’d at the door so went in without issue and went upstairs to the seating. Within minutes, bar staff asked us to leave because we ‘looked under 25’ but didn’t ask for our ID’s despite all being over 25 We were then accused of men going into the women’s toilets, and essentially told we weren’t wanted there. Bar was filled with older people who stared at us when we were there, bar staff were nothing but unprofessional and pathetic service. Don’t go here - waste of money, let them go bankrupt

Will not set foot in this place again, disgraceful. Went to toilet waited for over 5 minutes, knocked the door and 5 girls came out. Had a right go at me for knocking the door. They had been sniffing drugs in the toilet. Told them that, and one girl said how do you know that, told her just wipe the white stuff off your nose. Thats all she wanted to do is have a fight with me . Told the door man and he just shrugged his shoulders. Apparently Bar 10 is known for drugs. They need to sort it out. Realy spoilt our night , sorry we called in for a last drink . DISGRACEFUL

have been here many time before and have always enjoyed. last friday will be the last time visiting. always friendly and welcoming before. this time , my wife and friend went to to toilets, talking as women do when waiting for a cubicle to become free. only to be met with a verbal abuse from 5 young girls who were coming out of the same cubicle. they could be heard sniffing whatever substance they were putting up there nose from the waiting area. threating to kick my wife head in, even though she hadn,t said anything . on returning to our table and explaining what had happened we decided to leave ,only to get more verbals off the same crowd. on speaking to the door staff, all his reply was, its always happening in here, what a reply even though the so called girls were still giving verbals in front of him. will never step foot in this place again.

Had a lovely time here until the miserable bar manager turned up. She was aggressive and rude and clearly drunk (we actually have accidentally caught her in the background of one of our videos doing shots whilst behind the bar which explains a lot!) She grabbed a half full drink out of my friends hand for no reason, and swore at me. Extremely unprofessional, unpleasant and rude. Would not recommend.

Thought we would pop in for a glass of wine only to be told we couldn’t sit where we wanted! the women at the bar was rude and unprofessional. In fact as soon as we walked in we were disappointed with the lack of class. This is a bar which thinks it’s upmarket..how wrong they are!

Had a blast. Great choice of drinks lady behind bar was great and the area upstairs where we sat was very private and we had a window seat so nice and cool.

Use of foul language prolific by front of house making for an unpleasant atmosphere. Avoid

Aggressive woman at the front yelled and swore me for using the establishments’ bathroom (which were disgusting and stank). Accused me of being rude when I hadn’t even spoken to her. The place is tacky and has no Class.

Great bar, decent selection of beers, large screen showing sport but the thing that really makes this place is the lady behind the bar, friendly very welcoming, smiling and singing. Definitely worth a visit this place

Myself and my wife returned 2 pints that tasted chemicaly and we we refused a replacement after the member of staff had drank from the pint tasting it herself. It was a simple exchange that turned into a total palarva. Your getting no refund and no exchange for another drink now get out. Avoid this place at all costs Rip off

Good atmosphere good choice of drinks

Friendly Staff, Great music variety. Multi level. Good prices enjoyed a few hours here chilling. Large sports screen well worth a visit and chill.

On their new years posters said they where opened till late no managed or private party This was lie as they where only open apparently for friends and family then the manager was very rude and shouted at my friend when did get in. 😒 the door man and the staff behind the bar lovely but honestly so put off by that lady never again.... it's disgusting how they were discrimination clearly against us as she then processed to go to the bar staff talking about us pointing over then to the door man. All we did was by drinks and friend used the toilet! If your not tenby person don't bother going.

Decent bar with music some evenings, occasionally crowded, upstairs OK if you want a quieter drink, worth a visit.

Lively bar in the middle of Tenby town.

Loved it. We had so much fun both Saturday and Sunday met lots of people. The singer on Sunday was superb, I can't remember his name unfortunately but everyone was singing and dancing. Thank you Bar 10

Great place friendly staff good prices

Had fantastic night in this pub. Good decor, very friendly staff, ordered once, second time new what we were drinking.Made to feel welcome. Entertainment when we were there excellent. Great place, deffinatly when in Tenby is the place to visit.11/10.

Beutiful decor and a fine selection!

Great atmosphere, friendly staff and felt safe in there.

Spent a couple of night here with my wife for some early drinks. The bar display is brilliant and colourful with plenty on offer. It had a nice atmosphere and the music play list was really good. I'd recommend for some drinks to anyone 🍻🍹🍸🍷🍾 All the best, Dave and Julie

Popped in for a coffee and home made friut scones which were fantastic.

Vert warm welcome and great food

We walked in this women who must be the owner said only over 25. We were all over 25 and then she started saying it was too busy when it wasn’t, there were loads of tables free. DISGUSTING!! I will never ever go here again.

Hi there went to Tenby today for lunch at on George's fantastic lunch and a lovely walk around Tenby, there's plenty of shops to browse it's a nice place summer or winter, and some great views of caldey island

Came in the bar and little Heidi was on, brilliant service by her had a really good laugh. Made us want to stay for more drinks which we did, 3 hours later. Late bar staff not so much, very shouty and short tempered dark hair avoid at all costs. We left soon after Heidi left

Went to this bar with my partner and 2 friends, was “greeted” at the door by an elderly gentleman, must have been the manager. He was extremely rude and reluctant to let us in, even though there were plenty of free tables. Limited selection of drinks and no cocktails, even though they are advertised as a cocktail bar. Felt rushed and uncomfortable the entire time we were in there. A disappointment compared to the other bars in Tenby and a bit of a let down compared to how the bar looks visually from outside.

Went here on our first night in Tenby as they allow dogs, and we had a good time so went again on the second night. The bar lady was very welcoming and loved having the dog around, which was lovely. However we never went back again. The gentleman that manages the door was horrendously rude and patronising to me for the duration of the night. Quite rightly, during Covid I was pulled up by him for dancing at the bar - I will add I was on my own, so not bothering anyone but yes in hindsight I should not have been, which I accept completely. His manner in telling me I should not have been dancing was the issue, he proceeded to call me Snowflake and told me I needed to stop or I would be asked to leave. I then sat down, mortified. Later, I was at the jukebox with my Uncle not dancing or singing, I turned around the same gentleman is calling me Snowflake again telling me "No singing or dancing" whilst some men were singing and dancing next to him. He then proceeded to follow my Uncle and I back to our table and say to my Uncle, "Tell your daughter, Snowflake to stop singing or dancing or she will be in trouble." Yet again, I had done nothing wrong. I left shortly after that. I have so many issues with the whole encounter: 1. I had not sung or dance since I was originally pulled up on it so that should have been it. I listened to his original sexist warning. Clearly its also irrelevant that the whole bar was singing all night. 2. He consistently harassed me all night despite giving him no need to 3. Calling me snowflake was so sexist and patronising. I doubt he would have harassed me or used such terms if I was a man or if my husband had been there. He would not have treated me in such a way. 4. I am 32 year old woman and I have not experienced someone assuming that my "Dad" (uncle) can tell me what to do since I was a small child. Yet again, I am sure he would not have said this had I been a man. 5. During the last encounter he came very close to my face and was not wearing a mask, which I did not appreciate either. Bearing in mind, every time I had stood up from my table I was wearing a mask. We never went back and won't be going back again, even though my family and I are regulars to Tenby. 2 stars to the lovely lady at the bar.

Excellent venue, the best place to drink in Tenby, good music, hosts and atmosphere, whenever we’re in Tenby we always call in, Andrea and Adele are fantastic and so welcoming.

Can fault the staff who went out of their way to accommodate us last Friday (4th June) We were a small group trying to find somewhere to help us out. My friend spoke to them and they helped us out. Thank you so much for your help after an emotional day and a funeral. Very professional and helpful... Will defo recommend .. Bar staff were also so nice and accommodating..

Lovely bar, great atmosphere & friendly service

First visit to Bar 10 we really enjoyed it. Vast selection of Gin available. Was very busy but could get served quite quickly, the door staff ensured all empty glasses were collected during their rounds which was good, juke box was topped up so lots of music variety. Throughly enjoyed our night here, the card machine broke but the lovely bar staff allowed us to get cash from the cashpoint when we were ready. Highly recommended to visit x

Atmosphere was edgy, read it was a cocktail bar yet no cocktail menu at all. Music was too loud and we left at same time as another couple as a group of drunk men came in and started to make us all feel uncomfortable

We visited on a Saturday and it was bouncing. Great for stag and hen and groups of people as it very loud and busy. Not for me though. And the worst thing was the floor. So sticky.

Great little bar with really friendly staff and a nice atmosphere. My boyfriend and I visited whilst down for a wedding in Tenby, there was a live singer on during the time we were there and the place was fully alive! Great time!
