Was busy for breakfast but staff were efficient and helpful and it was a lovely atmosphere.

Incredibly rude staff. Spoke to customers horribly. Appear angry to walk a few steps to deliver drinks because of the inconvience. For an unfriendly visit I recommend.

I was feeling slightly apprehensive about attending my booking once I read some of the reviews, however I’m glad I didn’t give it a miss! Firstly the service was impeccable, my partner and I had our first drinks order taken soon after we were seated and did not wait long at all for them to arrive. We shared the scallops to start which are 10/10, although the portion size was small considering the price, the taste was worth it. My partner also had the chicken wings starter which he enjoyed however I would give the parmesan fries a miss - fries slightly over cooked and they were presented in a way that meant most of the parmesan was at the bottom. Mains also arrived fairly quickly, large portion sizes for the sea bass and calzone which I’d highly recommend. We went at night time and the atmosphere was still good but I can imagine the stunning views of the loch that would be available during the day so I would take this into consideration before visiting. Overall cannot fault our experience one bit, slightly pricey as some of the other reviews state, we paid roughly £107 (minus the service charge) for 2 starters, 2 sides and 2 mains with 2 cocktails however considering the location this wasn’t too steep in my opinion.

Nice casual dining in a beautiful setting overlooking the marina and Loch Lomond. Great for kids and friendly staff.

Excellent as usual Living fairly local we try to pop up for lunch a couple of times a month The food is always hot and the best quality I always have the macaroni which is the best I’ve ever tasted and many of my family rave about the steak pie Vegetables are nicely cooked and I’ve never had a cold meal even when it’s busy and you need to queue to pay I also think their prices are reasonable as you can help yourself to as much pots (3types) and veg as you want

Great rooms and food and friendly staff only issue no bar or food on the monday of my stay apart from that a great place and food and staff only other issue no carpark but plenty of on street parking .

The only member of staff that did a great job was Therese with the red hair. Nothing was a problem for her, great service every time.

If paying £5 for half cooked frozen chips and £3 for gravy as thin as Bovril is your thing, then this is place for you. I pass here regularly on bike rides, first time I've stopped in.... It'll be the last. I have to say I found the staff pleasant.

Visitamos Antico para un almuerzo tardío con la familia, nuestra mesa, como hemos solicitado y aunque no pueden garantizarlo, tenía una hermosa vista del puente ferroviario. La comida era buena y también el servicio, le faltaba un poco de ambiente, pero era bastante tranquilo, estoy seguro de que estaría ocupado. Sin duda volveremos, preferiblemente, con un día soleado : )

Me he registrado en la posada principal durante 3 noches para averiguar que el beefeater está cerrado para la comida y bebida porque todo el personal ha salido debido a que pronto se abrirá allí propio en casa restaurante Tomillo así que solo hay personal allí por la mañana para cocinar el desayuno ... sin embargo, no hay nada en el sitio web sobre que está cerrado ! ! ! ! Me hubiera gustado reservar en otro hotel si hubiera sabido 🙈🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️

I have eaten here a few times over the years, but unfortunately this will be my last visit. We booked ahead and were fortunate to get a window table with a lovely view of the cliffs and harbour. The staff were friendly and efficient and our order was taken promptly. The menu has a good selection and I decided on fish and chips. The prices are possibly a little higher than I have encountered elsewhere and this wouldn't be an issue if you felt you were getting value for money, but I don't think is the case. My meal was tasty enough but more care with presentation would definitely make the diner feel they were getting a meal that matched the cost.

Good city centre location for food and drinks. Had the steak and sausage pie which was nice but not amazing. No sausage in it but I was fine with just the steak! Overload of peas on the plate. Everyone else had mac n cheese in my group which they all said was good. Service was patchy- still waiting on the vinegar for my chips. Great pub for drinks but wouldn’t rush back- just so so for me.

Reservamos bastante tarde en el día, pero el restaurante era capaz de acomodarnos, ya que la gente tiende a comer más temprano 6. 00 pm estando muy ocupado por lo que era más fácil conseguir una mesa para 7 . 30 pm La comida era excelente tenía el entrante de salmón ahumado plato principal de lubina y postre cranachan
