What has happened to M&S cafe in High Wycombe.Tables not cleared..untidy staff..a general look of not kept clean enough. We ordered Toasties and tea.Tea given at the till..then the long wait for the toasties, which was 25 minutes. Credit to the young man heating toasties etc,who worked pretty fast.He puts them down for staff .to deliver to tables, but ,oh dear they just sit there.I went to collect ours ,or we would have waited longer.Of course by then we had finished the tea! How sad to see how downhill this cafe has gone.I think today was the last time I will visit.

We were in all day for a few pints and the football. Not too loud but it was a birthday so we were a bit rowdy on a Saturday afternoon. We left to eat elsewhere and then went back, because we loved the pub, and were told we were on drugs and had left a âbag of white powderâ on our seat so were asked to leave. Weâre disgusted. We hadnât brought any drugs and wanted to have a nice time in brid at what we thought was the best pub. The bouncers said we werenât actually accused of anything but we were a large group of 8/9 so needed to leave. I appreciate the bouncers being pleasant but they could be honest and not accuse us of doing drugs if they donât want us in. Awful weekend, ruined the whole thing.

I'm a loyal customer to Asda. I have been for many years now. Been in today at 17:00 hours to get some shopping. Filled my bag pack up after paying for my food and still had some left to put in a shopping bag. Asked the young lady if I could get a shopping bag. She asked if I was paying for the bag separate and I said yes. She then put the bag through and said youâll have to pay for the other stuff that I already payed for. I tried showing her the receipt but she wasnât bothered about looking at it. She then decided to get security to stop me and ask if I had payed for everything. I felt embarrassed and discriminated by that since Iâm always at Asda buying food. Itâs a shame that one person who doesnât like life in Asda spoils the service and experience for customers. Good reviews go far but bad reviews go further. She needs an office job đđ€Łđ

Donât bother! Bought a box of cookies as we really craved some Bens Cookies, but we donât have a store in Norwich, so settled for Millieâs. Really overpriced, cookies were tiny, they all broke in the box. The taste is non existent. Save your money!

Quality has gone downhill fast. The chips all stuck together and the fish had rubbery batter, skin on and oil was not drained. Pretty grim.

Looking for gluten free brunch today I had a choice of ploughman's with cheese, ploughman's with cheese or ploughman's with cheese!! Very disappointed!! I could have a flapjack or a flapjack....2 choices!! I don't think I will be visiting Dunelm again with friends for food!! When will the menu be brought up to date to cater for mine and many other people with Coeliac disease? I do hope you take note of this đđ

We had our wedding at the hotel, and everyone commented on how amazing the food was. Lots of choice and excellent service. The staff couldn't have done any more for us. We also stayed for breakfast which was a buffet. Everything was warm and fresh, and there was lots of choice. Would definitely recommend

I love a good garden centre cafe. They're normally such bubbly, relaxed, lovely places, full of middle-aged people enjoying a cake before buying another aspidistra. But not this one. This is the garden centre anti-cafe. The staff could not be slower - the queue for ordering food was more than twenty minutes despite staff standing about chatting. Then, they ran out of most vegetarian food options, including chips. But nobody had told the person taking the orders, so they happily took payment, which then needed refunding and re-ordering. It's a total mess. To add insult to injury, though this place is dog-friendly, my dogs were made to feel much less than welcome. A member of staff loudly and publicly berated me for feeding mine a sliced-up sausage roll.

The quality has changed at last! the food is fresher and tastes even better! and is defiantly worth paying extra for. The portion sizes are great, ideal for sharing between two!

Lovely staff, very polite and helpful, but wrong meal arrived, my husband had finished his by the time the correct meal arrived. The hot meal was served on a cold plate and the food was not thoroughly heated. Not an enjoyable meal or experience. We were offered 1 x complimentary drink to compensate. :(
