Dunelm in Rugby

No food available , slow service. Came here at 2 pm . After 10 min wait have been told there is no hot food, so changed my mind and though that is ok will have a sendwich . Still waited patiently in the queue , when my turn i asks for sandwich and been told only egg mayo available. So no hot food at all and only one choice at 2pm?

Looking for gluten free brunch today I had a choice of ploughman's with cheese, ploughman's with cheese or ploughman's with cheese!! Very disappointed!! I could have a flapjack or a flapjack....2 choices!! I don't think I will be visiting Dunelm again with friends for food!! When will the menu be brought up to date to cater for mine and many other people with Coeliac disease? I do hope you take note of this 😏😒

This is the slowest, poorest most disorganized cafe we been ever been to and we go to a lot of cafe's and not just locally. The tables were not cleared or wiped down in the hour we were there. A lot of chatting and not much working seems to be natural to most of the staff. One young lady seemed to be the only person focused on the long queue of customers as well as making drinks and preparing food. This cafe is a management disaster.

Having queued behind just 7 people and waited to place my order for 20 minutes, with every few minutes thinkingI will go somewhere else , I finally got to place an order . It appears to be the drinks that seems to hold everything up by quite some time . Then I took my drinks to the table only to find there wasn’t a tea spoon so up I got again and waited for an opportunity to ask for a spoon . The food came and a young girl called Kirsty served us , she was very pleasant and apologised for the wait , the only apology that had been offered . We had also paid for 2 slices of Lemon cheesecake so I asked one of the staff if he could bring us the cheesecake . He went away but didn’t come back so I sat and waited to no avail. Once again I went to the till and waited to ask for our sweet , we finally got it a few minutes later . What a SHAMBLES !!! You serve lovely food at good prices however would I go back , absolutely NOT ! Please go and watch what is happening and change the system before you lose all your customers.

Pausa cafe - appallingly mis-managed cafe. Looked terrible with crockery on every other table. Not busy - now know why - but took 30 minutes to get 2 baked potatoes. There were at least 5 staff out back but only one very slow lady trying to make food. What on earth were they doing while people waited? Go Greggs or Cafe Nero - we will never come here again. Oh and both our coffees were very lukewarm.

Unbelievably slow service.People were leaving the queue as waiting so long. There were only about ten people in the queue so queuing should have been quick as the cafe had many empty tables.

I went here for lunch (hot snacks) when I was with a group of Senior Citizens on a day out and we were pleasantly surprised.
