Millie's Cookies in Norwich

Don’t bother! Bought a box of cookies as we really craved some Bens Cookies, but we don’t have a store in Norwich, so settled for Millie’s. Really overpriced, cookies were tiny, they all broke in the box. The taste is non existent. Save your money!

Bought a double layered cookie, received only a single layered cookie which was oily, soggy and fell apart making it inedible. I was refused a refund and offered a treatbox voucher. If I wanted a treatbox I would’ve bought one in the first place.

Not really anything special.. these cookies are nice to look at but for taste and price they aren’t amazing. It would be better if they were cheaper as they are rather small..

This is the one and only time I will buy these cookies. They are very greasy and well overpriced. This is more of a stall than a shop.

We arrived to find that there were hardly any cookies left, the girl behind the counter was stood talking to her friend and ignored us, there were 4 of us so not invisible, I asked if more were coming out she just replied yes, and carried on talking, she then went out the back,her colleague appeared and we asked how long would they be she said about ten minutes and she then carried on her conversation with the friend, there was no smile no interest at all that we were going to spend our money, they were just a miserable couple of employees.
