DO NOT ORDER!- SCAM! Faked a delivery and calls dp not go through!! Its a norwich number, yet a cambridge order?! Make ot make sense!!! I believe this is a front for illicit activity!

Rarely leave reviews but legit wish we had looked at reviews first. Terrible business and you won't last treating customers so poorly. You accepted our order waited 2 hours and cancelled it after it was too late to order from anywhere else. The worst service we have ever faced and will be avoided in the future. If I could leave you 2 of these I would, shocking.

Absolutely terrible, me and partner spent £62 on Sunday night and it never turned up but I’ve still been charged. I have tried to ring them but no answer, I would like my money back. I ordered this at 6.15 and then at 9.15 it said it was delivered. But no food was delivered

Ordered on Uber Eats, quoted £20 for delivery and 100-120 minute waiting time. OK, the desserts looked good. And then, at 130 minutes they cancelled the order. Sorry, but that’s not good enough. If you can’t fulfil an order then I’m pretty sure they would have known at least half an hour earlier (minimum drive time from them to me). Really, really poor.

Placed an order through businesses website.. website stated 30/60 minute wait which I was more than happy with.. 2 hours later.. still no food contact via WhatsApp and Facebook messenger still no response.. rang 6+ Times and counting and no answer.. absolutely shocking service!

Deserts & munchie’s to blow your mind. Nice family run business. Friendly staff with a police service. Knickerbocker glory 10/10 Cookie Dough 10/10 Shakes 10/10 Was visiting town and this place was recommended by a local☺️ Will definitely visit again

Over 3 hours of waiting to get absolutely no where, Ordered through deliveroo and the order took till about 1pm (ordered at 11:15) to swap to delivered when it was not. Then tried getting hold of deliveroo support then the restaurant...couldnt get help anywhere. Are you people running a scam orr?
