What has happened to M&S cafe in High Wycombe.Tables not cleared..untidy staff..a general look of not kept clean enough. We ordered Toasties and tea.Tea given at the till..then the long wait for the toasties, which was 25 minutes. Credit to the young man heating toasties etc,who worked pretty fast.He puts them down for staff .to deliver to tables, but ,oh dear they just sit there.I went to collect ours ,or we would have waited longer.Of course by then we had finished the tea! How sad to see how downhill this cafe has gone.I think today was the last time I will visit.

Well went to visit again after disappointing visits before at the Cafeteria within the marks & Spenser store situated within the Eden Centre, High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, England. May experience today on the Saturday 26/11 was another big disappointment unfortunately. Firstly although large and family friendly, it’s always untidy , and not clean ambience. The staff are disheveled and lacking with hygiene training it seems. With the female staff long hair not tied back even within behind counter kitchen! Lots of untidy seating , and just not a comfortable place for a quiet clean seating area visit. The food is delivered by un kept staff , and non hand washing either. No manager to keep the young staff in toe, or to complain to either. Good for quick visit and go ! Very expensive too. Not recommended!!

Sought assistance on shop floor from one of two assistants. One said that she was "interviewing". I had to assert myself as a customer. Surley and slow service in cafe. No salt or butter available. Salad on display but not listed on menu. Not what I expect from M&S. Quite shocked. McDonalds better!!

There's something nice about overlooking the town and watching the world go by. The cafe only does light lunches and snacks but it has nice atmosphere and good seating

I normally go around the time where it is not that busy , which is perfect for me and it’s not that bad plenty of tables . Food is good very well done and the iced latte with caramel I’ve got twice now as it’s my favourite drink in the world lol .

Just had the misfortune to order and endure the Full Marks Breakfast at M&S High Wycombe. The advertising photo looked fab so we paid our £7.95 each and waited to be impressed. Main complaint was that the food was cold. Also I have never had such hard crisp toast. When you cut into it, it shot across the table. The crusts were even worse. Sadly the food was obviously all microwaved and just didn’t taste nice at all. The poached eggs were also too hard. Left most of it. Really disappointed and will never buy breakfast at M&S again

Very disappointed with the Marks and Spencer's café at the Eden Centre, High Wycombe. We were told it would be a 20 minute wait for two toasties to be heated up, but 50 minutes later I had to investigate where they were. I think they were probably still milking the cow for the cheese! Another 10 minutes after this, they finally arrived. There wasn't enough staff to clear the tables, so dirty crockery was being moved by people trying to sit down. The tables were dirty, food was under the table, it was utterly gross. The staff all looked utterly miserable.

Great pub, as are most Wetherspoons venues. Great atmosphere, friendly staff and amazing food choices. I will be back again and again.

Was told a pizza was vegan multiple times. Got back home and found it wasn't. Then, I was refused a refund and told to come in a week or so. Eventually, I was given a refund, or so we think. Not worth the hassle.

The reception by the staff was welcoming. We enjoyed the quiz and the food was delicious and thank you to wonderful service and friendly smile from Lucy. We will return.

Caribbean curry needed to be returned to kitchen as it arrived tepid, and it was very bland - not at all fruity or spicy as described on menu. In addition to this, l left with a very sticky sleeve and underside of trainers where a spill hadn’t been hadn’t been cleaned properly.

Arrived at the premier inn to stay away for work, went to the brewers fayre. I walked in and was told they have a limited menu due to shortages of food. Wasn't given a menu of the limited menu even just habit of a4/a5 bit of paper so we could see what was on offer. We then sat for around 15-20 minutes before someone came over to ask for drinks and they only came over because we prompted to do so. After drinks and food was ordered drinks turned up a further 15 minutes later and again I had to go to the bar to get it. If the restaurant was busy I would understand however it was empty. I ordered the big stack burger and it came out scorched with the tiniest dollop of sauce in the burger. The second night we weren't greeted at the door we had to wait 10 -15 minutes before someone came and took us to our seats. Overall not great, which is a shame as I have eaten at brewers fayre before and it's really good service and food. So I'm putting this experience to a "bad week".
