Horrifically expensive (£21.99 for a large margarita versus £8.99 in the place next door). The gluten free crusts are not nice, very dry.

Food was cold. Took over an hour to delivered. Called customer service and they replied we are busy and put the phone down DO NOT RECOMMEND

I went to the shop in the evening then I tried to order pizza , but no one came to take the order I saw the staffs are inside. They don’t know how to deal the customers. The customer service is very poor in there. The guy who took the order was very rude he don’t know how to behave politely… and also pizza was very bad

Worst Costa.ive been too, appalling.tepresenion of the costa brand. Franchise owners have done nothing to improve it Never open at the advertised times, sat outside this morning and watched people trying th locked door from 8am... close it down! Used the Starbucks machine at the garage in the end, quite a queue!

Ordered food over 2 hours ago, only just arrived cold!!! Phoned them to ask where our food was and both times was met with a rude staff member who obviously couldn’t care less about our food or their job! Will never eat from this place again!!

I had a domino's for the first time in a few years yesterday evening. I will not be getting one again !! 1. I have had a bad tummy all day. 2. The toppings were awful , they barley covered the pizza . 3 .The delivery was late . And 4. The guy that delivered the pizza was pleadeding for a tip . How is this place still open ?

Ordered a pizza and it came 1h20m later and not only its not hot but also the cookies are burnt. Update: They did give me a free voucher code for a pizza but only after I messaged support, which is nice of them.

Last 4/5 times tried to order from there and they never have any delivery drivers. What's the point in having a shop for collection only. They also cancel orders just before you're supposed to receive and have already taken the money!!

Been going here years but since the franchisee changed its the worst Costa Ive experienced. Hours they open are incorrect, they open later than others, card machine has been offline for months now so cannot use debit card or loyalty card. The older blonde lady who is a barista (possibly also the franchisee) is also the most rude and indifferent barista I've encountered

Don't get your hopes up, if your planning going with your kids before school. Princes risborough costa, decides different times each week to open, and how you can pay. You go and get cash out cause yesterday you could only pay cash, when you go to pay card only, when you say it was only cash yesterday, they are very rude. Costa doesn't deserve a spot in ris. Someone could have a nice coffee shop, that opened as they are suppose to. Risborough costa is just crap, would even rate it one. Good luck if you go

Worst dominoes in bucks, lazy rude staff, delivery’s are always cancelled sometimes without any notice. If ordering for collection it’s always slow and most often wrong. With any wrong orders refunds take weeks to be processed. Given up with this branch avoid at all costs needs closing down or a full set of new staff with proper training.

Don't expect food to be delivered if you live outside of Princes Risborough. Food is apparently leaving and then magically all the drivers crash and they can't deliver. Was promised a partial refund and had to chase this. Was then promised a full refund and this still hasn't happened. Got to Flame and Stone or Mr Kebab if you actually want your food... still haven't had the refund.

I’ve been a customer here for more than 10 years… Not even open today (Tuesday 19th Sept 23) This used to be a good place for a morning coffee & snack, or a meet-up with colleagues. The franchisee obviously has problems, but the staff have done their best under the circumstances so far. Sort this out Costa …. or leave our town

The staff are amazing at this store. Unfortunately the management and franchise holder are not. They have not had a card machine for nearly 2 weeks and counting now. Their fridges never work. They are terribly understaffed and I have overheard staff saying they haven’t been paid. It’s rarely open it’s full opening hours. The outside awning hasn’t worked for over a year. The toilet door lock indicator hasn’t worked for over 4 years. Costa coffee you need to look into the owner of this store as it is not a good example of your brand at all. Please note the staff are amazing though, the coffee is always great, they deserve to be treated a lot better. If this is seen and the management would like to discuss further please do contact me.

Excellent service with quality food

Rude. If you are open until a stated time, don’t get rude when people order to collect 20 minutes before that closing time. If you don’t like the job, get a different one.

i had an excellent service from Waqar, he was very friendly as soon as we walked in and and helped us thru the menu. he’s such a laugh and we loved him🤣👍🏽 pizza was also banging👏🏽

Ordered a pizza on Friday night for delivery got a call half an hour later saying we are cancelling your order as they don't have enough staff, I asked I could swap to collection Instead they said no and just hung up on me . My friend then ordered 10 minutes later for collection and we were able to get it, absolutely disgusted with dominos on this occasion

Domino's is always a good go-to, and the delivery is great from these guys. I live out of town with no streetlight and the drivers are always so great at locating the address. The food is always hot when it arrives and looks how it should. The one frustrating thing is the vegan pizza base options, the base options are limited in size. I don't know whether this is a new thing or individual to certain stores, but you can only have a certain base depending on the size. But this is purely for the vegan option. Other than that the food, service, and delivery time is perfect. The team are kind and attentive when they call to confirm our orders. What I do love is often the team will call to confirm the order, which I think is a nice touch.

Arrived at 5.10 and told they were closing at 5.30. We were fine with that but didn’t appreciate being given a countdown shouted across the counter by the male barrista that we had 4 minutes to go. Meanwhile a female member of staff was emptying the bins, putting her hands in the air saying ‘ yay, home in 5 minutes’. These people need to remember that they need customers. The welcome was absent. We will go to Wendover Costa where we know nothing like this would ever happen,

Pizza not bad but Delivery poor.. We're 10 mins away yet it takes more than 40 minutes to deliver!! Maybe get rid of your delivery service or don't charge us £2.50

The guy working there was casually sitting in the back, work ethic basically none. Didnt even say hello or thank you. He seemed pretty rude when asked how long my pizza was ready, and he ignored my question and then snapped back at me. Stop hiring lazy people with god awful customer service.

Somehow never seem to have any drivers on, my guess is they can’t be bothered to deliver anywhere that isn’t in Risborough, every time we order we get a call to say there is no driver can we collect, and we are literally a 10 minute drive. On the one occasion we couldn’t collect we had to chase our refund and eventually had to go through PayPal to get our money back, seemed the manager was too worried about corporate or the franchise owner seeing too many refunds. My hope is they see these reviews about how bad the place is and actually act on it. Oh and as for the actual food, it’s easily the worst of all the dominos in the area and that is saying something, have been to plenty where the crust is fluffy and lots of toppings, here there is barely any toppings, crust is flat and dry, and somehow everything manages to be over cooked. Also worth mentioning how many times we have ordered the large dip and it’s not been sent with a delivery or we have had to ask for it when collecting.

Quicker if you pick it up and also means you get a hot pizza.

An exquisite place, there is a certain man I am quite fond of. He is a man honour and I commend his bravery to serve that Biggie cheese pizza deluxe combo boneless. Quite the most delectable experience I have ever have. Would come again!

Easy to get to, parking available on high street, menu ok, food ok, delivery takes a while so order early, collection is quicker.

Always late and basically cold. So disappointing every time don’t know why I do it. App always says it’s delivered for ten minute and when you call (after those ten minutes) it’s gonna be another 10-15 minutes because of traffic or whatever excuse they give. Certainly not worth ordering anything from them for delivery.

Firstly, the staff aren't service-centric like other Costa's. They will maintain their conversations in the doorway of their backroom, despite the long queue length. The service is painfully slow and the drinks, particularly flat whites, aren't what you're used to at Costa. I've been several times and every single time I do, I find myself rolling my eyes as soon as I leave. Could be much, much better.

Worst dominos in history! 90% of the time after an hour you get a call and asks to collect due to not having delivery drivers. Why offer a delivery service? on the rare occasion I have been in store there has been a 50min wait for a pizza if you order.

Had to call the staff 4 times to get any attention, then their response was were very busy with online orders and only one man could do the front desk... 2 others just standing around chatting... when we finally got seen to we were told 20mins... on collection he said he had given a large instead of the med ordered because of the issue...

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I am still waiting for a refund which they do not give any black and white proof for. Keep giving vouchers as compensation but the agreed refund has not turned up. Go else where.

Absolutely awful service. The ap states out for delivery but it still takes 30 minutes to arrive. We live less than 5 minutes away. They deliver cold food, items missing, don't refund when they say they will and they couldn't care less when you complain. We have ordered a few times over the years and have had bad experiences more often than good. Really, really poor. Go elsewhere!

my food was never delivered so i called because i got a email and the tracker both said it was delivered so i phoned and was told the driver was on the way and too ignore the app i then waited 20 minutes longer and was told that the driver was on the way and food would be with me in 20 minutes which came and went so i phoned a third time at 1 and a half hours and was told to wait on hold when taken off hold i was imediatly hung up on without a word just sharp breath so i phoned back straight away upon calling back i asked if i could get a refund as it was approaching the 2 hour mark the person said yes they would get there manager so i was put on hold again and once again upon being take off hold i immediately was hung up on i am now back on hold for the third time food arrived after 2 hours 1 minute this review will be enailed as fairly certain lying to customers is probably against company policy and hanging up on someone who is asking for a refund is very unprofessional

Ordered 5 pizzas to be delivered to Chinnor. Took over an hour. Arrived barely warm. The extra toppings were pathetic - Less than a single mushroom. Thin and crusty pizza tasted of charcoal.

Ordered at 19:30, it’s now 21:26 and no pizza. Called at an hour and 90 minutes to check up on it, told there’s a shortage of delivery drivers. Store employee clearly fobbing me off with no actual information. Wouldn’t have ordered if we knew it was two hours minimum to get a pizza, likely will turn up cold as and past it’s best as well as it’s either been out for delivery for ages or sat in the store waiting to be picked up. Absolutely shocking service. The app says “delivered” so they’re clearly reporting deliveries differently so they don’t get pinged for clearly not upholding dominos brand reputation. Really, really poor. Shan’t use again.

We were served by the lovely Waqar at Princes Risborough Dominos! He was an absolute hero and his service was second to none. Very friendly and helpful cannot recommend Dominos in Risborough enough. We will be back especially if Waqar is there!!! Top lad!!

Waited 1:45 mins for 1 pizza and 2 sides. Rang the store to a very rude manager who gave me attitude. Was told I was the last customer of the night and my driver left 10 mins ago. (I only live 10 mins away) Driver was another half hour. He handed me my stuff and gave me a sarcastic comment on being the last customer. So he either hadn’t left yet or the manager spoke to him on his way. Food was so cold I had to put in the oven.

I like this place, pizza’s are always good, the staff nice and parking nearby is usually not a problem.

Awful its been 2 hours and 20 minutes since we've ordered and the app is saying its delivered but no ones turned up yet, My exhausted 3 year old has fallen asleep waiting for pizza and has just had to have buttered toast for dinner as we have nothing else in until tomorrow. Will not be ordering from here ever again.

Quick pizza if you collect had a Tuna Delight was very nice and the meator was very salty won’t order that one again the cookies always taste nice good value though

As an ex costa employee I was appalled to see my ice latte made not the brand standard way. Watching the assistant manager show a new staff member im guessing to put HOT coffee straight into cold milk without shaking it up with ice and syrup to cool the coffee down. I even heard her say “this way is a lot quicker then shaking the coffee” my coffee tastes like s**t and to think we pay for this? My hot chocolate was cold and not mixed well. This costa has really gone down hill!

For a service industry this place falls below the standard. Unhelpful staff, slow service and noisy shop. There is a better coffee shop further up the road.

The best dominoes location I've ever ordered from. Always super quick, pizza always comes looking like it does in the pictures, great customer service, even when I've had things missed from order's in 10 minutes they are back at my door step with the item. Worth it.

Always clean, always efficient, always ready for the time I ask for. Oh! And the pizzas are hot and taste great. Which is what it's all about.

Ordered for collection, pizza was ready very quickly and collection was as easy as it should be. Food was above average for Dominos but was generally in line with what I expected.

Sadly not as good as I hoped. Ordered from here before and pizza was 30 minutes late, food was cold and delivery driver had a bad attitude and made me hold his delivery bag while he went off to his car because he claimed he 'forgot' something but came back with nothing. Pizza was mushy and half the wedges were frozen. Sorry but I'd avoid this one.

If you want a cold pizza, shocking service, a long wait and a store that goes against all of the company’s “values”, Dominoes in Princes Risborough is your ideal place. Waited an hour for a cold pizza and complained twice to the store, where I was kindly greeted with the stinker service I oh so yearned for...absolute chaos. The motto “anytime, anywhere pizza” really emphasises the fact you might not be receiving the pizza you ordered the day you want it... Won’t be going back as I was better off cooking for myself, and I strongly advice you, if you can, stick to Papa Johns.

Pizza was lovely and non greasy and the staff were very polite. The only problem I had with this store is the limited and tiny seating.

Worse customer service I’ve ever seen

Usually OKish, but understaffed today & the till, payments, etc system very slow. I got an unusually good coffee for this branch (the best barista made it). Lousy bacon roll, overcooked & I think the roll must have been stale... But I didn’t have the heart to complain... the staff were under too much pressure... n.b. Duke’s Wine Bar in Duke St (2 mins walk) do great coffee, & there are 3 other cafes in the High Street.

It's hard to review a Dominos because as a branded / franchised operation, it does what it says on the tin! Nice polite staff, clean front and looked like clean back from what is visible. Food served hot and exactly what was expected.

5 stars out of 5 for being the best pizza takeaway restaurant in the world. This is my most local one to where I'm from. Domino's Pizza is so delicious and I go mostly in the day buy also a lot at the night. You guys are the best. 🍕🍕🍕🍕

Called in for a decaf latte with my bamboo mug. Good service, friendly staff but was horrified to learn that the barista (girl) had opened up at 6am and wouldn’t be leaving until 6pm. A 12 hour shift. That is a very long day.

Layout of store is fine, another chairs for everyone. The sofa at the front is the nicest. The toilet is DISGUSTING! Don’t use. Other than that just fine.

This Costa is getting worse every time we come in. The tables are never seemed to be cleared and wiped down. Most of the staff seem to be walking around in a daze. Can not see use returning, unless it improves.

Wind kept blowing door open, making coffee go cold very fast. Cafe full, however some customers treating it as an office and just sitting on laptops with one drink for hours. With so many.other cafes in risborough you would be better off going there.

Always friendly in here and good service. I like the coconut milk cappuccino. A handy place to stop for a coffee and read the paper.
