What a rare find.Excellent 3 hand pulled ales on , all really tasty and friendly atmosphere .We decided to book a meal in the tai restaurant at the back of the pub , and wow how good was it .Everything cooked to order and tasty and well presented .The main course of ribeye steak in a Thai sauce was delicious along with coconut rice Really attentative owner who explained different the dishes to us , and who was extremely knowledgeable about different regions of Thailand. All in all, great beer, pub and restaurant. Will return when next in area .We'll done everyone .

We all had a lovely Sunday lunch at this pub today. Myself being both gluten and dairy free it is difficult to find anywhere that can cater for me. However, this pub surpassed themselves. The food was lovely and they even had a gluten free, dairy free Cheesecake that was lovely. Lewis who looked after us, was very helpful and polite. We shall be returning soon.

We came to the Cross Keys expecting your typical pub grub but what a shock we had. First impressions were great as we were greeted by a friendly member of staff as we came entered. The table service was quick and efficient and were never left waiting before, during or after our meal. The meals were top quality and the portion size was generous, we all left full to the brim! Great food, excellent service, would highly recommend a visit.

Honestly awful!!! couldn’t check in as the reception was full to the brim with wedding guests. The wedding aftermath continued on and our room was shaking from the music until 1AM. Literally had our tv on full volume and could still hear the music over the tv sound. Reception reccomended using their library room … yes sure we will sit in a library room until 1AM :/ honestly would avoid at all costs

Great place and location but really let down by the food. Just ordered burgers but the chips came out burnt - chef shouldn't have served them like that. We did get one portion replaced when we highlighted this. There was no garnish on the plate so looked quite bear and the chicken burger and beef burger were just really basic standard. Nothing special at all. Would not return for the burgers, and if you can't get that right and not hopeful on the rest.

We were disappointed by the quality of the food and the inconsistent service. Don’t order the turkey sandwich. It was poor. No butter, a few chunks of turkey and a slab of stuffing. All between two slices of white supermarket style bread. The steak pie was better although the pastry was so solid in places that it couldn’t be cut let alone eaten. The filling was really nice though. Some of the staff were cheerful and helpful, others less so. I’ve still rated it 3 - average - and we might have been on a bad day. The setting is lovely, especially on a sunny day.

We had visited this pub a few years ago and had had a lovely meal so we decided to have lunch there on a recent visit to Grassington. Both of us had fish and chips and a drink: the bill came to £48. Adequate, would best describe the food. It took two attempts to get my partners fish cooked correctly. I can only call it fish because neither of us could taste what it was! The fish portion was decidedly small. Altogether, we felt 'stung' for a second rate meal. I hope for later customers, the cook was off that day.

On Tuesday I had a very nice couple of pints of cask ale and a lovely chat with the staff behind the bar. Ciaran was a great host suggesting beers for me and Vinny sorted me pie. There was also a nice girl called Shane who served me and made me feel very welcome. Beers more expensive than most laces but the service is brilliant.
