Great music. However the toilets are disgusting. The men's smelt really bad from just walking past. The ladies had no toilet paper. The toilets have always been a let down at this pub and that is the reason I will never eat there. Plus the drinks are sssooo expensive. I had a pint of lemonade and lime £3. Rip off Yorkshire.

Very friendly helpful staff that had time to chat to you. Great service in the restaurant as well. I've never seen such big Yorkshire puds. Would have liked a bit more meat portions, but otherwise, all fine. Great suntrap outside on the patio. Toilets lovely and clean.

We celebrated my husband 60th birthday with family a great place to eat. We were allowed to bring balloons for tables and cake. We were put in a room on our own which was cosy and better for the family. The chefs were fun and friendly the food was excellent. Our young server was amazing making sure we were ok making sure we had everything we needed. So a brilliant place to celebrate my husband birthday.

Unfortunately, we had been before and decided to give it another go. Probably shouldn't have. Long waits, steaks incorrectly cooked, bland food, wrong cut of steak served. Incredibly slow service and we ordered just after 5pm, so not exactly busy at that time. Bill came and was incorrect as the offers had not been applied. We won't return again, just so disappointed. It could be great.

Four of us had dinner at Haworth Old Hall on a busy Saturday evening and right from the start one could see the team's friendly professionalism in practice. The menu offered a good choice of reasonably priced pub-food, all of which lived up to expectations. But when it came to dealing with my lactose intolerance (actually more serious than a standard intolerance), I was blown away. Our server (can't remember her name - possibly Jodie) insisted that I approved the ingredients list for my meal, which was odd but totally in my interests, of course. When the rest of our party had their food delivered, I had to wait an extra 15 seconds or so for our original server to bring my meal. This, she explained, was because it was policy that any meal with special dietary requirements was only ever discussed, prepared and served by two people - one chef and one server - to eliminate misunderstandings and miscommunication. Having suffered badly (very seriously on one occasion) from such miscommunications in the past (in other establishments), this practice was a welcome and eye-opening initiative. To top off my lovely meal, the chef managed to find me some tasty lactose-free ice cream in three flavours that wasn't on the menu. Take a bow team - you deserve it :)

Fantastic place to eat the drinks on the pricier side for little old cleethorpes. Visited on Saturday about 6.30 was really busy had a sirloin steak was cooked perfectly and I have ate in some of the best steak houses in the country and this was up there. I asked who was cooking they said the chefs name was mark. Please pass my thanks onto chef mark clearly a fantastic chef will be back.

We have always been a massive fan of this restaurant but recently it seems to of gone down hill. My partner order a burger that was no smaller than a child’s meal (not like the pictures you see online) the waitress did return and swap for an alternative meal but that wasn’t great either. Both myself and my friend ordered the caramelised steak ciabatta which was dreadful. The bread was so dry and hard. The manager did knock £5.85 off the bill but I don’t think this justifies how shocking the meal was. I would not recommend this place to any friends of family. Which is a shame as we eat here regularly.

Not what it used to be. I think before Covid lockdown this place used to be amazing and it was always busy but over the past few years it’s really gone down hill and slipped in quality. Visited with family however were told on arrival “no burgers and no hunters chicken” - fair enough so we all ordered some of us changing choice due to this. After ordering and while waiting for the food the waitress returned to tell us that there were now no triple cooked chips and we would instead be getting french fries. I can’t lie this was again disappointing… how can a place who has triple cooked chips on most meals not have any? The French fries were literally frozen but deep fried… it really let the meal down. Fish was exceptionally greasy and oily. It’s a real shame this place honestly used to be incredible, one of the best places locally but it’s just not worth the price anymore. The service isn’t brilliant the waiters used to have a vast knowledge and you felt well looked after.
