Like the atmosphere in this pub. The outside seating area on Friday night was lovely especially when they lit the fire 👍

Just got back from food and a pint, food was absolutely spot on, bar staff friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back.

Love it here, I have an awkward dog and it's very dog friendly inside and outside so you can go all year long, and you can sit on the canal if you're outside which is nice if you like the water like I do in the summer. Never had the food but always looks nice and the staff are always friendly when I've been 👍🏼

Went for Navest. Excellent day out and a very good set up. No waiting for drinks.

We'd been strolling along the river and onto the canal, then wammo. We hit this spot while the sun, drinks, and waterside seating hit mine. Awesome area to chill. Nice drinks and food looked goooood. Prices of grub topside so needs to be sweet. Didn't try. I was floating along and singing a song. Drop anchor and drop in, worth a look, Peeps.

Absolutely brilliant place. Amazing outdoor facilities including bar and beer garden. Staff are welcoming and on the ball. Highly recommended

Recently tried the Sunday Dinner at Navigation Tavern and WOW absolutely unreal. I’ve had my fair share of pub Sunday dinners and this is by far THE BEST I’ve had hands down. Really reasonably priced aswell I would of happily/expected to pay more for the food and service I had. The Kinder Cookie pie was also 10/10👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 The Navi has such a nice atmosphere, huge beer garden and friendly staff. The only downside is literally that I don’t live closer or I’d be eating here every weekend. Highly recommend 😅

Sort your nobend customers out outside, I thought you had security on nights like tonight? Wet security if that's the case. Getting hassle just out walking my dog. If anything ever happens I'll deliver them back to you, you can clean up the mess. Your place just spreads into the alley, sniffing their coke and smashing glasses. Proper chav pub for local coke heads....

Great pub, great drinks & a great atmosphere! Would also highly reccomend the food, we recently went for a Sunday dinner and it was one of the best I’ve had! The midweek menu is just as nice as well. My favourite place to grab a bite to eat and catch up with friends!

Been here several times and it never disappoints. Food is great, staff are lovely and both indoor and outdoor areas are fabulous 👌

Went for our wedding anniversary lunch. The NaviSmash burger was one of the best burgers I've ever tasted and the fries were really nice. Sticky toffee pudding was lovely. The atmosphere and music was great and the staff were friendly and welcoming. 100% will come again. Five stars all around.

Fabulous sports bar with plenty of room either inside or outside. The choice of drinks was very good and the food was great. Service for both drinks and food was brilliant.

Can't fault it, always a good range of beers with at least one dark. The staff and customers have always been friendly. Tried the food for the first time in ages and really enjoyed it.

A busy little pub with a log fire on a weekday lunch time - but not too busy. I had a nice piece of lamb washed down with a Cruzcampo or two. The English version of Cruzcampo does not compare to the authentic Spanish original, but that's not their fault! The food portion was generous and cooked well. Recommended

Wonderful afternoon at the Navigation Tavern, great selection of beers, I tried the Theakstons lightfoot blonde and a pint of Vocation bread And butter, perfect at the side of the open fire,The food was amazing, Salmon cut beef, with Mash, superb yorkshire puddings, and a great medley of veg, followed by Apple and caramel crumble and custard.highly recommended and well worth a visit.

We had a fantastic office Christmas lunch out at the Navigation Tavern. We were welcomed by the staff who are very friendly. We all enjoyed the fabulous food and will definitely come again.

A place that's got it all good food , a large selection of drinks to choose from . Good for sports on the televisions or quite snug areas more traditional and great outside area

Just had a lovely lunchtime at the Navigation Inn Mirfield!! The welcome was very warm and friendly the barman was very helpful and understanding to our needs! The beers were beautifully and carefully kept! Dont go to the Navigation if you are not Hungry the portions are Huge!! The food is amazing, delicious and the presentation is superb! Looking forward to trying the Sunday roast!

Gorgeous pub with ample space both inside and out. We came for lunch with family of mixed ages. There was something on the menu for everyone. Prices were reasonable and food okay. The staff were friendly and helpful and very welcoming.

Amazing food, all homemade, presented beautifully. On a night it’s the place to be! Entertainment on almost every weekend, would recommend! My favourite meal is the Sunday Roast😋

What a little hidden gem! Ladies Toilets are excellent and very clean. Plenty of outside seating area.

They have just started doing breakfast. Blimey its good!! Staff are really warm and welcoming you can get a beer after 11.30 too if you fancy one. Definitely well worth a visit we had the ultimate breakfast bagel and French toast with bacon and maple sauce fantastic. We will be back :)

This is an amazing place. There are rooms in every part of the pub. A few snugs and places for bigger gatherings. The pub has got great character and style. It's worth a visit while you're in mirfield.

Great place. Fantastic selection of well kept, reasonably priced real ales, and a stunning outdoor area. No wonder the place had a few customers. It was my first visit, but I will return.

Have visited the Navigation Inn a couple of times with different family members and we all agreed it was a great pub with really good food, also plenty of choice to drink and the outside space is probably one of the best we've visited will definitely be returning soon well done to all the staff

We went here for Sunday dinner last week, three amazing courses for £18. All the drinks anyone would like including craft lager, hand pulled bitter, wine and spirits. Fantastic beer garden by the canal for summer afternoons and a log burner for cosy winter nights. Best pub in Mirfield by far

I'm not trying to ruin your business The night I came in tables had glasses and froth off beer or at least I think it was froth off beer Loads of young ones very intoxicated and staggering about That's why I gave it two stars

Absolutely fantastic, the pub has real character and charm it's warm, welcoming and friendly a great selection of beers and plenty of seating to enjoy the surroundings and atmosphere. The pub is right on the canal you can watch the boats sail by and also has free mooring for patrons so perfect for those summer canal cruises. All in all a wonderful pub highly recommend thankyou!

Took a while to get served but that’s what understandably with how busy it was but that’s not taking a shine on how busy it was plus the rooms and decor in this place is just amazing. I missed out last time coming in this place has I had train to jump on but now I can make the most of It and chill .wow the place is massive very clean very tidy just Bob on

My visit was on a Saturday evening around 9pm. There was a band and the venue was really busy. Good selection of beers and a great atmosphere. Very different from the more traditional pub I remember from my previous visits a few years back. Seems to be very popular with the mid twenty to thirties age range though I was meeting friends and we are all 40+ so not exclusively for the younger generation. Overall I liked it. Sadly I couldn't stay very long but for the two beers time I was there it was nice.

Friendly and very tastfully done inside and out. Will be visiting again very soon 😊

This is my favourite pub in Mirfield after the renovations. Sitting out by the river with a beer and a hot dog on a sunny day, especially on a quiet lunchtime is something special.

Lovely spot plenty beer choices, even had karaoke in the main room if that's your thing.

Decent range of craft beers at affordable prices. Hotdogs and Burgers are really tasty and not too expensive

Edited. When it’s busy the service isn’t great. Otherwise it’s lovely. Original. A hidden gem of a place. Good for breakfast which it serves every day, and often we're the only people in there. As a pub, it gets busy and very noisy on a weekend especially, but the options of drinks available is good.

We recently had our wedding party celebrations at the Navagation Tavern in Mirfield. From the moment we got there it was perfect right to the end. The hosts Jamie and Sarah cannot do enough for you! They are both professional, warm and inviting. Big shoutout to all the staff, everyone that we came into contact with were all amazing and worked so well under the pressure of a large group of people. The food served was spectacular and all our guests commented on how much they enjoyed it! The drinks menu is extensive…. a tipple to suit everyone’s taste and the recommendations made by the bar staff were spot on. A huge thank you to all the team at the Navigation Tavern once again ,we cannot wait for a return visit!

Stopped here on the Ale trail. The seating area down by the canal was fantastic on the sunny day we got. Pub was nice inside also.

Initially thought hey this a great place until the locals realIy didn’t like us being there additionally checked my bank account this morning - Hotdog priced at £7 actually cost me £8.60. Dodgy place. Shame really as it is a nice location.

Absolutely, an awesome afternoon out. The weather was great so the outside was a must. But it was busy from the train 🚆 visitors who were all in good spirits and some great fancy dress costumes 😉. Well done the Navigation.

Visited here on a little craft ale trail, fantastic pub. Great choice of drinks from many different breweries, the interior is cosy and the staff are so friendly, what more it's a stone's throw away from the train station! Doesn't lose a star for this but if the toilets got updated to suit the rest of the pub it'd be even better! Excited to return.

Good pub, very comfortable, lots of car parking. Beer fine, not overpriced. A bit quiet today, probably COVID related.
