The food was excellent, as it was on Friday; however, tonight's service was unacceptable. Our server was discourteous, exhibiting a stark contrast in demeanor compared to her interactions with other tables. This inconsistency was unprofessional, especially given that our requests were simply order modifications not possible through the app.

Called in today to take my grandma out for food very welcoming quick service nice atmosphere got a nice outdoor playground too for the little ones.

Had an amazing meal today at the Walnut. The service, Atmosphere and food was amazing. The waiter we had she was called Ella really polite and very helpful 100% recommended this place.

Hands down best service from Ella always had a smile on her face she is such a lovely girl looked after me and my mum.

Libby was amazing for breakfast this morning. A great start to the day for hubby's birthday.

We’re were let down for my mums birthday on Saturday. I phoned the Walnut tree and they fit all 17 of us in. They got us a nice quiet space where we could all sit together. The food was excellent and so was the service. I’m sorry I never got to thank you personally I had to get mum home she was really tired. Thank you so much for looking after us everything was perfect you went above and beyond for us last minute. Trust me I’m the worst person in the world to have as a customer so if I say it was good it was! Maxine

Brilliant customer service treatment food has really improved massively made to feel welcomed by staff members however the outside appearance is very dated looks dirty and could do with a make over as it doesn't have any kerb appeal I almost drove past rather then visiting glad I did visit as you shouldn't judge on appearance

We were there for an 18th birthday celebration and can't complain about anything! Zara was absolutely amazing with a massive smile on her face engaging with the entire party and also remembered where each person was sat and what they had ordered. The curry and pint deal £8 with a Nan and a premium beer for an extra £3. Was excellent value for a midweek is well worth a visit. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was delivered to the table within minutes of ordering. Libby our waitress was fantastic.

The food was hot, it was a lovely meal. But I have been up all last night with symptoms of food poisoning. I had no other meal yesterday.

Great afternoon out with family, our meals were lovely and hot. The staff let us tailor our meals by swapping things which is great with a fussy daughter. We were served by Laura who was friendly and checked. Thanks for a wonderful experience, we will be visiting again. 😊
