Saturday evening and the list of food that was unavailable was unreal !! Food we had was nothing special , very bland ..... Never got asked if we would like desserts or coffee either . Come on please get it right or folks won't come back ? Very disappointing evening I'm afraid to say......

Ponto Lounge is a go-to choice whenever I'm in the city center on sunny winter days, enjoying a coffee and brunch while admiring the play of colors in the sun’s rays.

Went to Omelette the food was spectacular I had the Seafood salad and the wedges and the wedges are massive, service was absolutely fantastic I would definitely go again

The toilet was bad the men smelled of pee and the female toilet was to small that the to.the toilet door hit the toilet we ended up leaving our drinks

Excelente comida y servicio. Gran frente de la reunión de la casa y se muestra a la mesa con opción de pedido de aplicaciones o en persona. Ordenado en la aplicación y todo funcionó brillantemente. Comida encantadora, mimado para la elección y no puede esperar a volver cuando visite Hull.

Vinimos por el brunch sin fondo esperó al menos 15 minutos entre las bebidas y la comida era medioca tan pronto como se pagó la cuenta nos pidieron que desalojáramos mesa a pesar de que acabábamos de conseguir otra ronda

Cálida experiencia acogedora. Mesa junto al quemador de leña, pequeña área de 4 mesas. Personal muy amable y siguió alimentando la estufa. Sopa de chirivía y miel deliciosa y lasaña. Vale la pena visitarlo.

Tuvimos la experiencia más encantadora en este café! Desde el momento en que llegamos, nos recibieron con una cálida bienvenida que nos hizo sentir como en casa. El personal era increíblemente servicial, incluso nos permitió probar diferentes sabores de helado antes de hacer nuestra elección. Hicieron tanto alboroto por mis hijos, que fue muy conmovedor. Mi hijo de 7 años incluso comentó: "¡Creo que este es el mejor café en el que he estado! " El café con leche estaba delicioso, y el pastel era simplemente divino! La variedad de sabores de helados era impresionante, y había algo para todos. Recomiendo encarecidamente esta joya de un café para cualquiera que busque un gran servicio y deliciosas delicias.

My husband and I visited the restaurant today hoping to have lunch with a view to making a future reservation for 16 people for a Birthday celebration. My husband and I stood in the reception area of the restaurant for 7 minutes waiting to be seated. It was clear that the staff knew that we were waiting as we were the only people awaiting a table but nobody even acknowledged our presence. Not surprisingly, given this level of poor service, the place was almost empty at lunchtime on a Bank Holiday. We walked out in disgust and made the reservation elsewhere which provided the kind of service that we are accustomed to. Shame on The Holiday Inn. This is the second shoddy experience I've had with the Holiday Inn and I've only been to two of them!!

This place can be wonderful .but it can also be average .the lobster is wonderful The steaks can be hit and miss .but I do keep returning

Fabulous chippy, great staff, very friendly. The fish fritters are brilliant as are the patties. Good value for money and very good portions, thanks to all.

Vino a tomar un café mientras esperábamos una mesa en Nibble. Compré dos de las galletas de almendras que están en un recipiente en el mostrador. Desafortunadamente, no los comimos allí y los llevamos a casa con nosotros. A £ 3 por una galleta al menos pensamos que serían agradables y sabrosos, pero absolutamente no. Creemos que se les había olvidado poner la almendra porque no se podía saborear en absoluto. Absolutamente insípido. Muy decepcionante

Costa consistently provides prompt, efficient service with a friendly staff, making it my preferred location for early morning coffee.
