Even though I had an issue with my food (supplier issue not chef on site) the staff were quick to react and offer me alternatives and a refund. Staff were friendly and attentive, particularly Debbie and the gent behind the bar. We would come again.

Great food and drink. One complaint is that they ran out of caffeine free coke early in the evening.

We turned up at 10.45 for Breakfast today to be told the trough was shut as it shuts at 11! We then asked if we could have a coffee in the legbar no that was also shut but the pizza place next door was selling coffees and croissants but it wasn’t because it doesn’t open until 11am and it was only 10.45 so we had to go outside and stand in the freezing cold to get a takeaway coffee in the garden centre not the experience we had expected and I have been visiting Daylesford since it opened. Where has the service gone? Where is the client comes first it would seem the place is now run for the convenience of its staff only!

A good old get together with pals and use of the skittles Alley. The buffet was truly impressive whilst unfortunately almost every beer I tried tasted not so fresh. Staff were polite but they knew the pipes weren’t great. It was awkward. Nice people, nice food beer not so great. Convenient for the Rugby of course.

We've eaten here before and it's been good. Not so today. We ordered a sausage brioche bap and a bacon, sausage and egg brioche bap. For the two plus a water it came to £17.50. I'd have been happy with that if the two meals had arrived with some sort of salad or garnish, but no, bap on bare plate. Both brioche baps were quite stale. The service was good but it was pricey for poor food. Not surprisingly it was empty other than us, on a busy Wednesday lunchtime in a prime spot in the centre of Gloucester.
