This is our first time visiting this place. Would recommend my friend & family because — Sefik at Anatolian Palace is an absolute gem. His exceptional service, warm personality, and deep knowledge of the menu turned our meal into an unforgettable experience. He anticipated every need, made perfect recommendations, and treated us like family, creating a welcoming atmosphere that left a lasting impression. It’s clear he’s not just serving food. He’s elevating the entire dining experience for every guest he encounters. Sefik is the kind of standout talent who deserves not only recognition but a promotion — he’s a true asset to the restaurant and a shining example of hospitality at its finest.

I have been looking forward to revisiting this restaurant for a few years. It did not let me down, the service and food was as amazing as I remembered. Please if you are in Gloucester near the Quays go for a visit. The food is amazing, so tasty and obviously fresh and homemade such a refreshing experience.

If you don't know about Oscars, where have you been! Amazing food every time! He does not take card payments, CASH ONLY! There is no delivery service you have to collect, but don't let that put you off! I challenge anyone to find me a better kebab! 100% give it a try you will not be sorry!

Found Hetty’s on Google and the menu seemed great. Walked in and was greeted with a smile and from them until with left, the service was outstanding.
The food was even better. Had breakfast and then had to try a brownie.
I will be back tomorrow and highky recommend the establishment.

Visiting from New York and needed to stop somewhere for a quick bite and this place looked so cute - Had the best toast with butter and jam and flat white!!
On a visit to Gloucester on a lovely spring day, and feeling hot and weary and longing for a nice cool milkshake, I spotted this cafe and knew it would be just right for us!
The friendly lady owner made us up delicious, and large, creamy chocolate / strawberry shakes and we treated ourselves to two of her yummy home-made cakes as well, brought to us at our nicely-shaded table outside.
The lunch menu looked interesting too, we will definitely return next time we're in the area.
Visited based on google reviews and big mistake! Fully understand the concept, but service (really miserable man) and coffee (totally undrinkable) beyond poor. Better to give your money to a homeless person in the street so they can buy something for themselves instead (which is what we did as soon as we got outside).
Had a wonderful time doing archery! Great instructor! Friendly and patient. Knowledgeable too. Lovely location.
Unfortunately I had great difficulty finding it and was 15 minutes late for my session. Maybe more signage needed? Also could have done with more places to sit down while waiting for your go. But we enjoyed it a lot.
People make places. And this is so true with regard to this place of like-minded passionate caring folk who have a sense of loyalty to the nation and concern of our lives and just decency and values for small business and the family and the the individual. And with that in mind I was felt very welcome with very efficient and intelligent staff and some lovely Edwardian decor and feel and ambiance to the place and it was a lovely welcoming environment from start to finish.
