One of the Best cafe in Gloucester.
Food is great and tasty as are the drinks.
They also have a store out back which is excellent.
Would highly recommend.
I've been going to this take away for over 12 years, they are one of the best I've ever tried. Always polite, friendly and fast too. Food has always been great. Sue even remembers your name and sometimes even your regular order.Ive moved further away now but if I'm in the area and fancy a great take away I'll pop in. Try it you won't be disappointed. I've added it to trip advisor as couldn't believe it wasn't on here already. A real gem, amoungst the rough.
Son was visiting from Wales so we decided to go out for a light lunch. Had visited the Common Room on the opening evening and liked the atmosphere. Lunch was a cold platter of locally sourced meats etc.
Food excellent, great choice of beers and great service.
Popped into this restaurant tonight and very glad we did. What we discovered was a blend of familiar and new flavours, offered In a menu that was not over bearing and served in a restaurant atmosphere that is relaxed and unpretentious.
It's mostly about the food for us, this did not disappoint, food appeared freshly prepared and was bursting with flavours, so good.
Definitely recommend looking Indian Zones up and giving it a try, we have tried lots of similar restaurants across the local areas and this place is going to be hard to beat for quality, service and price.
Bloody lovely well priced the guy is very friendly and is nice to have a chat with and cooks it fresh when you walk through the door. the fish and chips are so miost and jucy
