Lovely decoration, great quality of food and tasty. My brunch is amazing. It is Salmon brunch with avocado. Absolutely love it, definitely recommended.

Arrived for breakfast at 9 am. Had a great breakfast. Always good to support independent, local business. Gluten free was very well catered for. Pot of tea with cup and saucers. Excellent value. Friendly and efficient service. Highly recommended. We had stayed at the Quays. Short walk up to West gate finds Mister's on the corner, just a stones throw from beautiful Cathedral. No pictures as I just enjoyed and ate it all!

This is our go to when we come into town with the kids. The staff are friendly and attentive. The food is good and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.

Delicious rosemary salted fries. Sandwich needed more seasoning. Tea tasted a little bit like chlorine, probably due to local tap water.

We went today as two adults and two children. It was lovely. Attentive staff, not loud and bustly like other cafes. They have a wonderful deal over the summer where children's meals are half price with a paying adult. The food was fresh and very well presented. It all tasted fabulous too. The only reason I haven't given it 5 stars is because my husbands full breakfast had quite a small sausage (the ability to order extra is there so we'll definitely do that next time around). A truly lovely cafe to visit and if you aren't local, Gloucester cathedral is just yards away!

My partner Pam is having Ham and chips and a mug of latt'e coffee and I'm having a chicken burger and fries and a large mug of Americano Coffee. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this place.

I love this place! Food is delicious every time, staff extremely friendly and helpful, great location and atmosphere. For me this is the best place in Gloucester for a brunch or lunch, love it and will come back many many times again ❤️ kids friendly too

While waiting for my MRI scan in Gloucester, I needed some where to eat for lunch. I found Misters on Westgate street and they have a nice selection of meal and also cater very well for gluten free, which is what I needed. I had a salmon potato rosti with poached egg and lemon and dill hollandaise sauce. We very pleased with my choice and will be coming again to try some more of their fare. For anyone gluten free this place is worth having a look at

Food was incredible and the hot chocolate I had was amazing as well! The service was wonderful, very cheerful, they were also thorough with checking for allergies too. Definitely coming again!

Excellent service and food was Amazing!!! Definitely recommend the loaded fries. Really helpful and very friendly atmosphere. They catered for my 1 year old daughter, who was asleep whilst her food came out and they kindly placed it under a heat lamp until she woke up. Even gave us sweets at the end.

I was too late for breakfast, but thankfully there was a pretty great brunch menu. I was intrigued by the bubble and squeak eggs benedict and was not disappointed. Tonnes of flavour! Like a high-end restaurant creation. Lovely hints of bitterness from the slightly charred bubble and squeak, combined with the slightly oversweet packet hollandaise both hugely complimented by the juicy, salty Wiltshire ham. Even the weird addition of a cracker eventually made sense (crunchy bite). Absolutely delicious. If the b&s had more pepper and the hollandaise were fresh with a bit of cayenne i would suggest this wouldn't be out of place on a michelin starred menu. Great coffee, good strong tea. Staff were excellent. Hugely recommend.

Great choice of food for all dietary requirements. I chose bubble and squeak with eggs Florentine, absolutely gorgeous and very filling. Extremely attentive and friendly staff. Food very reasonably priced. Couldn't be better!

We were visiting the area for the first time and had found this cafe on a google search. When we arrived the cafe was quite busy and we thought this looks promising. However the reality was very different. The service was extremely slow, and seemed to favour the locals who were known to the staff and were asking when they were going to get served and where there food was even though there were lots of people in front of them. The Food was ok when it came but i ordered spinach as a side and I got a plate of water with it that soaked in to the rest of the food. I like the actual cafe but it was let down by poor service and average food.

My wife and I had the early bird breakfast. Excellent. Each individual ingredient great quality. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in Gloucester.

Amazing breakfast. Had the black pudding bubble and squeak tower with hash browns on the side and my wife had the eggs floretine tower. Coffee was incredible. Very good service.

Such a lovely cafe with polite, tourist friendly staff

We had a wonderful English breakfast with my family. The place is very nice, and the staff extremely kind, we were outside the place ten minutes before opening and they opened for us without any problems, without us even asking! The boy who served us asked the children if they wanted things to play with, he brought colored pencils and printed paper. Breakfast was excellent, both for the savory part, bacon, beans, eggs, sausage, haws browse, and for the sweet part of which we tasted pancakes with Nutella and Oreos. Super recommended!

Mike and Rex really care about their food, environment and dining pleasure. I regularly visit Misters for the excellent experience I always receive, even if it's just a lovely coffee.

Really charming and attentive servers. Delicious Avocado baguette with a rosemary bag of chips. Excellent value. Beautifully clean throughout including the toilet. Support local, eat and drink here. You will not regret it.

Stopped in to this great little hidden Gem and the food was the best. Service was first class and everyone so happy to make your feel very welcome Mike the chef and co owner was lovely and told us about how he came to Gloucester after being in Cheltenham for a few years but needed a bigger restaurant. Situated a few minutes from the Cathedral and we will certainly recommended this place to my family who are due to move here in August. All the best Mike and I know you are going to be a big hit in Gloucester.

Never knew it existed until passing by. Great service, great food and was clean! Especially the toilets which is hard to say now days.

Went here as it was the best rated cafe in the area and glad I did. Good coffee. Food was yummy, had avocado on sourdough (£7.50) + 2 poached eggs (£2) + 2 streaky bacon (£2) so £11.50 in total. Service was quick and efficient… particular shout out for Sophia who was lovely and very professional. Only thing I would say is to bring the printed bill out when people ask for the bill as I didn’t realise service wasn’t included until I’d already paid and then asked for a receipt, but then it was too late as I had no cash, and I definitely would’ve left a tip!!

Visiting Cheltenham for the racing and we came to Gloucester to see the sights. We were hunting everywhere for a cafe to have a breakfast and we found this little cafe. The friendliness of the young lady and young man who served us was out of this world. The food was fantastic and the atmosphere so so lovely. Never change how you are!

We stumbled across Mister’s during our trip to Gloucester. Within 5 mins of parking, the kids were starving and so I was I. Waddling around looking for somewhere to eat whhit hungry can be a nightmare. We saw Mister’s and loved the look of the menu so we went in. Straight away, we were blown away by the high level of customer service, the food on offer, the friendliness of the staff and the overall setting. Very warm and cosy. We will be coming again that’s for sure. Nice one guys, keep up the good work!

The staff were very considerate about allergies, the chefs even came out to check everything was 100% correct. The food tasted amazing at a reasonable price. They were able to adjust the menu to suit any dietary requirements, my girlfriend is Gluten & Dairy Free, she was able to eat panackes with whipped cream for the first time in years. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for brunch or dinner.

I've been here a couple of times this month, and my parents dine here most weeks. I have to say, I think Mister's might be THE best place to grab breakfast, lunch, or something inbetween in Gloucester - I can't recommend it high enough. Dec is always a very helpful, and the kitchen are generous with their portions. Well worth a visit.

Had a birthday lunch here with few friends, lovely surprise from the staff flowers, balloons etc. It was so relaxed having delicious home cooked food with a glass of wine or 2 ( recommend the bubble and squeak dishes)

The food is always amazing and the service is just as great. There’s so many different dishes you can’t fail to find something to eat even for the pickiest of eaters. Highly recommend !

We visited as a group of 5, 4 adults, 1 child. From the moment we walked in we felt welcomed, the staff were friendly, chatty, happy to explain menu choices and made us feel at home. The surroundings are lovely, and the food was fab - good range of options of both food and drinks and we all really enjoyed our meals. Definitely recommend!

Stumbled upon this café when looking for lunch on Westgate Street and glad we gave it a go. Food was really good, all homecooked and the all day bubble and squeak was great. Very good range of soft drinks and also three alcoholic drinks on tap. Service was excellent. The cafe was undergoing refurbishment at the time but this did not detract from the experience. Loses one star for atmosphere due to the frosted glazing on the windows - I'd rather be able to see out and watch the world go by.

Celebrated my brother's 40th birthday at MisteR's with family and friends. Carvery was excellent and good gluten free options. Mike, Rex and their team were so warm and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble.

Great value for money with quality food and incredibly friendly and accommodating staff. We hired Misters for a private function and I am in awe of the quality of everything that was provided (for such a small cost) in terms of the setting up of the space, the decoration, the personal touches, the quality and quantity of food- nothing was too much trouble. Misters created a memorable and truly special event for us.

Wonderful food, fabulous service and super atmosphere. We didn't book, but they found us room even though they were very busy due to the Retro event taking place in Gloucester that day. Upon arrival, they said it would be about a 40 minute wait for food, but we didn't mind as we'd been before several times and knew it was worth the wait. The kids had retro milkshakes to keep them going, which were delicious! Our food arrived within 25 minutes, by Jez. Our retro sandwiches and psycho fries were amazingly delicious, thank you!

Burgers were fantastic as were the pancakes. Fish and chips mediocre to poor. Shakes great. 4 out of 5 and most of us had the burgers.

Nice setting and coffee but a long wait for just a sandwich. The sourdough bread wasn't anything special. It looked like ordinary supermarket bread.

A lovely establishment with very passionate and dedicated staff. After our meal the chefs came out to speak with us at our table and told us about the history of the business and it was a pleasure to meet such passionate staff. Thoroughly recommend!

I had brilliant service from all the team when I visited for the first time a couple of weeks ago. I’ve recently had to adopt a strictly gluten free diet for medical reasons and they were brilliant at talking me through the huge range of GF options they offer and explaining how they avoid cross-contamination. A delicious breakfast and a warm welcome from everyone - I’ll definitely be returning.

Visited on Saturday lunchtime and restaurant was full. Not enough staff so very long wait for food and Bill. Bubble and Squeak meal rather disappointing.

Wow wow wow!!! This place is amazing. They are attentive, accommodating great with GF as the chef is GF and the taste is wonderful. The menu is so different to other places. Good allergen knowledge. Gluten free food cooked in separate areas and it shows. Delicious food!! We will be back!!

The moroccan burger is an absolute must for any burger fan.The perfect blend of lamb and spices on a slightly toasted bun was a treat. A great restaurant with friendly staff. Will definitely be returning

Went to Misters today after going to a Michelin started restaurant on the south coast. Matched and surpassed. Good food, and I mean really good, exceptional service and amazing prices. Don't know how they do it but they do it well. We're going back to Misters every week from now on. Outstanding, cannot praise this place enough.
