Visiting gloucester, found this little gem and enjoyed egg, bacon and sausage sandwich plus coffee for a very reasonable price. Delicious! Happy to recommend. .

My daughter, 2 Yr old grandson and myself came across this lovely little cafe after we had been to see the "Knife Angel" sculpture at Gloucester Cathedral. It is so nice to find a homely friendly cafe with delicious cakes hot chocolate and coffee. We will be back to try the lunches which looked yummy.

Slow as hell service, slow to take orders slow to prepare them and slow to serve them. Waited for 5 mins on the counter just to have my order written down then sat for 25 mins just to get a flat white which was way oversized, more like a latte (see picture). Owner seems entitled and argumentative (see reply)

Such a lovely cafe, i had a GF toastie with a lists of salad and crisps, great coffee and she even gave me a home made GF cookie on the side of my coffee instead of Biscoff for free. Friendly and relaxing environment. Thank you! X

My husband and I had sandwiches made 'to take away' along with drinks and crisps. We were expecting The Most Delicious sandwiches. However the cheese and pickle was predominantly sweet. Over sweet with the sweetest pickle ever. No savoury taste at all. My husband's cajun chicken was cajunless...completely. Adding to this disappointment is the fack that both of the packets of crisps were well out of date...reflected in the taste. The cafe are not picking up their phone today and there is no webpage to log my complaint. Mrs S. C-S.

Now here is a bit of a find! Excellent service with a smile despite being super busy. The food is first rate and you can tell that some care has gone into the menu as this isn't your run of the mill range of sandwiches and lunches. If your in Gloucester needing a nice lunch then head to Brimble's opposite the Shire Hall. It will be worth the few extra steps!

A great little coffee shop with a lovely welcome, excellent coffee, irresistible cakes and tasty hot snacks. Plus, as my wife is in a wheelchair, a very clean accessible loo. We visit regularly.

Brimble's cafe is the perfect place for lunch or to enjoy a coffee and watch the street life pass by. The owners are very friendly and their food delicious; the macaroni cheese is perfection! A lovely mellow place to sit outside on a sunny day, and a cosy vibe inside too.
