Located just outside Exeter, Winslade Manor is a beautiful estate amidst acres of greens. It has a full size cricket pitch, a club house and free parking. The main building interior is inspired by period architecture including bold pillars, high ceilings and beautiful artwork entwined with the building materials. The Winslade Manor has offices upstairs and auditorium style rooms available for corporate event hiring. It has multiple food points including full bar, artisan coffee and a top class restaurant with beautiful views. I have played cricket there for the Met Office and attended corporate events hosted by my work. A lovely place to visit for a good part of the day if you like nature walks and like to wine and dine. Highly recommended.

We’ve been a couple of times for a drink and something to eat from one of the food trucks (they are not doing food from the kitchen yet!) pub looks great - everyone super friendly - what’s not to like !! Looking forward to seeing what food trucks popping up in September !! Hilary and Chris

Lovely, local cafe, extremely friendly staff, great home cooked food right by the beach. Food tasted fresh and it was well presented, and good portion sizes. Would highly recommend.

This was a fabulous find on a windy day with very few tea rooms or pubs open for food at this time of the year. Clean and tidy with tea rooms at the side of a gift shop (cards, bags etc). A lovely welcome and a simple menu. The ploughman’s lunch was a huge board with chunks of bread, two types of cheese, ham, pork pie & pickles etc. It was very good value and large enough to be a sharing platter.

Lovely afternoon Devon cream tea! The Cherry Bakewell scone was probably one of the best I’ve ever had, and judging by my waistline, I’ve had a few! Lovely setting, sat in the outside terrace in a warm afternoon! Will definitely make the effort to come here again on a trip to the wet country!

I have responded to the experience questions despite a non visit. My message is based on the fact I was ultimately unable to enjoy the products from my online order, as I appear to be excluded from delivery listings due to the fact I live on a Scottish Island. Whilst understanding of the potential costs involved, perhaps the company could at least offer the option to the customer to cover such...something I would be only happy to oblige with....regardless of the amount David Wilkie Isle of Cumbrae Scotland 07488941692

Visit here all the time, it's our go to place for lunch in Sidmouth. The two ladies and gent that work in here are never short of a laugh, welcoming and easy to talk to. Prices are extremely reasonable we think for the portion sizes we get and choice of salads and filling nicely presented. Large salad boll was rambled. Lovely. It is tucked down a side alley, so be sure to visit.
