We had coffee and breakfast here before our flight. The prices are dearer than a typical Wetherspoons but you are in an airport and you expect this. The coffees are £3.60, but are still refillable, so good value to me. We got a sausage sandwich, this was the same as in any other Wetherspoons. It was very busy, lots of people looking for seats. You have to get there for when it opens to get a seat quickly. The staff were all friendly and we got served very quickly. It was clean and tidy.

Popped into the restaurant today on off-chance. We ordered fish and chips and margarita pizza. Pizza had a really strange taste about it, i couldn't work out why and then I realised the underside was burnt. I returned it and it was cooked again ..... not much better, just edible. Nobody came to check everything was alright. Left me with a nasty taste all afternoon . Really annoys me when I have to complain, why can't they get it right first time? Also means we were not eating together , hardly romantic (which is one of your hotel descriptions). Very poor all round.

Super friendly staff, delicious carvery and drinks bought to table. Admittedly we visited when it was quiet but having visited 2 days earlier during rush hour staff were equally as attentive. Huge portions of a lovely Roast and as much meat selection as required. Haven’t visited in years but good value for money , nice food and great service

Ridiculous. There was a long queue for drinks and cakes which took 25 minutes to get through. The poor lady serving was trying her best but just did not have any help. She had to not only take the order and payment, but also prepare the drinks as well. Oh, and the cake wasn't that great either, overpriced for what it was.

I want to express my satisfactory customer experience at harvester in Crawley. Me and my daughter was searching for a local branch for dinner. Served and seated by the waiter, Owen who was extremely friendly and full of charisma. We ordered our favourite chicken and 3 starters which arrived fresh and well cooked. Cutlery was clean and staff looked happy 😊 salad bar was filled but didn't have red devil sauce 😕 Slight problem with the billing since we used blue light discount but Owen was assertive and polite and made the changes . I would definitely come back and believe Owen should be given a great promotion for his natural 👍 😉 pleasant personality. 😀

£85 PARKING FINE FOR EATING AT YOU RESTAURANT! NITHING OR NOBODY SAID TO ME THAT I HAD TO PUT MY REGISTRATION IN ON ENTERING TO ORDER. TRIED TO DISPUTE AS WHAT OTHER REASON WOULD WE BE THERE. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. COST OF LIVING CRISIS AND THE LIKES OF YOU FINE FOR KEEPING YOU IN BUSSINESS. NEVER EVER WOULD I RECOMEND OR VISIT HARVESTER AGAIN. MANY THANKS

Ordered 2 Pie of the Day meals which were Chicken and Mushroom. The mash was so obviously”Instant!!!” which was not a good start. The pie was far too overdone despite the decent filling but overall disappointing for what I’d heard from friends who had previously visited the WH. They were understaffed it seemed as when we were seated we were told someone would wait our table…. But 15 minutes later we still hadn’t seen anyone to the point I had to go to the bar and order our drinks. There was only a drizzle of gravy on the plate so I asked for a gravy jug. Although we were disappointed with the food we enjoyed the ambiance of having evening drinks in the garden. Flowers, lights and the atmosphere 4/10

Stopped here whilst on a coach trip yesterday. Very expensive in the cafe, couldn't see any gluten free options for a slice of cake. I then visited the toilets which weren't very clean and slipped over in front of the basins resulting in a damage knee and hand. The floor was covered in water and soap and the yellow warning sign was folded up against the wall. I spoke to a member of staff in the cafe advising the floor should be mopped incase someone else ended up doing the same thing but she didn't seem that bothered. Having read previous reviews it looks like there have been many complaints about the cafe which result in the same repetitive responses from the company. A couple of complaints clearly haven't been read properly as the replies have said thank you for the compliment! Don't bother with the same reply to this review just get your floors mopped before someone has a serious accident and sort your cafe staff out!

We regularly visit here and always like to stop for food but came today and how disappointing, the menu had been changed and is VERY limited now and they no longer offer any form of dessert and have taken away all milkshakes… if you would like a burger or pizza then your fine but that’s about as far as menu stretches… I may add staff are very helpful and are working very hard… but it’s not worth the money to enter anymore as was charged £5 for entering the car park.

You know when you come to most Wetherspoons pubs that you are going to get a decent meal and pint of beer for no great outlay and this place is no different. £1.79 for a pint of Greene King IPA is absolutely amazing. It's £7 in central London non-Wetherspoons pubs. Food is always good. Never had a bad meal here.
