I loved the restaurant. The colours, the staff, the food. A place with a little peace into the busy Heathrow airport.-terminal 5.

We have stayed here several times over the past four years, when visiting family. We have noticed a steady decline each visit. Nobody at reception these days. Room was clean and bed comfy enough. Like the previous reviewer, we did not enjoy breakfast. Tomatoes were almost raw, poached egg was tiny, bacon was barely cooked and the hot water for the tea had a strange taste. We opted on the second morning, to leave without breakfast!

We often come the Beachcomber when visiting the area. Usually tea and cake and sometimes breakfast. I booked a table for 5 of us for lunch. After booking I read some of the recent reviews on here and was a little apprehensive. I didn't need to worry! Quick and attentive service. Generous portions and tasty, fresh food. We will definitely be back! Thank you 😊

I would like to start this review off by saying this is an absolutely stunning venue. We had a very warm welcome and the gentleman was kind enough to take our coats. Upon sitting down we were asked if we would like champagne, and promptly brought the first item, which was a yummy truffle dish. The service went down hill after this. Around 20 minutes after we had been given the truffle, we still had no tea and we had to ask someone to bring us some. We then also waited quite a long time for the sandwiches to arrive. The sandwiches again were very nice. After these we were asked if we would like more tea, which we were given, but my friend asked for a replacement cup. After 20 minutes of not having one, she did have to get up and ask for a cup. After this, we were presented with some warm scones, but no plates to eat from. By the time we managed to call someone’s attention to get some plates, as again no one came over with any, the scones were no longer warm. After the patisserie, we were told we would be able to have a slice of cake to take home. Again, unfortunately we waited a very long time after finishing the cakes, and we did have to chase a waiter to bring us both the bill and the cake. The food was absolutely five stars, but having to constantly chase for simple things such as plates and tea, was really disappointing, especially for a restaurant of this caliber. I hope that the restaurant do acknowledge this, as if we knew the service was improved, I could definitely see myself visiting again.

I asked to move seats to a quieter table and was refused. The guests on table next to me were very loud. I have hearing difficulties so the meal was a battle get heard. Not the best - food cheap and cheerful as per usual.

Enjoyed an excellent Sunday lunch today - everybody happy in our group of five, especially our vegetarian ('the tastiest meal he had had in ages', unquote). Roasts were generous, hot and with eye appeal. Desserts were especially well presented with fresh fig, star fruit and such as adornments. And the variety of cask ales.... brilliant. Service as always in The Park Tavern was very friendly and efficient. We'll be back again soon.

Very nice food. The salad bar was well-stocked and offered a good choice. Children's menu is extensive - even includes steak! My only gripe is that the Harvester doesn't serve decaff tea, and I can't quite understand why not.

Ben, our waiter, is a fantastic addition to this family pub. He's incredibly sociable and very customer-focused, always checking in with us to ensure we are happy with our meals and even recommending meals when asked for his advice. He displays excellent customer service which he couples always with smile and remembered our family from the first visit we had at the pub. Ben, these 5 stars are for you and your service. The food was great too 😊

This was our first visit to this Harvester for some time and despite it being a Saturday evening, I expected it to be busier than it was. The restaurant has a fresh modern look with clean tables and a good choice of dishes, all nudging the £20 mark. The salad cart is a bonus as the mains are " modest" in portion size. No corn on the cob however anymore on the original combo, replaced by corn bread and that's awful. My chips were reheated and stale. The chicken skewer literally had 3 chunks of chicken on them with peppers so not great value. Drinks were fairly pricey. I didn't like when you came to pay , the machine pointed towards leaving a tip. For simply bringing the food to you, i did not feel it was appropriate to tip. It is a shame as Harvesters used to be buzzing with atmosphere but it felt as if it was closing.

Charmant pub, personnel accueillant et un jardin avec une vue imprenable. Les plats Ʃtaient excellents. Le seul bƩmol, l'attente un peu longue au moment des desserts.
