Pilots in Slough

I was travelling yesterday to Milan. I stopped in Pilot bar and kitchen to kill my time because of delays. I got it w nice service done by Paulina. She was very fast and attentive to my needs. I will visit next time

The food was really good and our waitress Monika was nice and attentive. Great place for some pre flight meal, I highly recommend

Before my flight I came here for some food and drinks,it’s true that most airport outlets doesn’t give good service so I didn’t expect also but here people are unhappy to work I believe,I didn’t see any of them with positive vibes or smiling. I ordered drinks and food together,how it is possible that your food will come before the drinks. When I ask the guy who brought food he said it will come even though I see my drinks lying in counter and no busy want to pickup. No one working properly,I saw so many times people are just chatting with coworkers,standing but not doing the things,what should be done. The food is not up to the standards at all. I ordered a Avacado smash it was not the food I was expecting even price is little high.it’s 16 .25 pounds so your food standard should be high. Service has to improve a lot I believe. Entry to exit overall it was not a good experience.

Whilst I could go to a lounge at T5, I much prefer breakfast here. The food is excellent and the service is swift. Do try the smashed avocado!

Very nice place. Food was very good, and serving staff very attentive. My server was great and dealt with some very demanding customers on the next table with enduring patience and remained very polite, which frankly they didn’t deserve.

Was very disappointed in the Eggs Benedict. The muffin was dry, and there was only a very small amount of sauce over the eggs which also were very dry. Would go for something else.

Excellent refuel before a flight! Fast and efficient service. Yummy food and large selection of drinks. Shout out to Charles for looking after me and even moving me to a comfier table. Thank you Charles! Service with a smile and a lovely gentleman!

I had both lunch and breakfast at the hotel during my transit, and I was thoroughly impressed. The food was delicious, but what stood out even more was the exceptional service. Shakuntala demonstrated a strong sense of ownership and went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant experience. For any one transiting to through Heathrow terminal 5, highly recommend this place

I understand that airport food is expensive and generally accept this as long as the taste is reasonable. Here however, the houmous was awful, absolutely no flavour at all, which I think is a disgrace for £9.50 (and £3.50 for a couple of warmed pieces of pitta added insult to injury). Service was fine and I did comment after paying that the houmous was bad - I accept the response that I could have mentioned it before paying, but I don’t think they could have resolved the fact that they don’t even seem to add lemon juice to their highly overpriced houmous so that it at least had some flavour, I wouldn’t eat it again if it was free.

Our Flight got Delayed sue to a storm so to kill some time we went here for a drink( ended up staying for a few) few tables around us were having food which all looked lovely Paulina served us and she was absolutely wonderful, so polite and good at her job she is a real credit to this place. fly through Heathrow very often so will 100% return

Me and my partner went for lunch before our flight. They first sat us on a dirty table. Moved us to the other side of the restaurant. When the food came out the chicken in my burger was raw and the chips freezing cold. Didn’t want to risk eating anything else so just asked for the bill and even though she said she would take the burger off still added the bacon and cheese as an extra

The greeter and waiter Charles was very helpful and polite with our large table of 8. Food was quick and tasty. Quite pricey.

My family and I were traveling from Heathrow to Los Angeles and wanted to end our fabulous European vacation with a traditional English breakfast before we flew home. We were running a bit late, but Walter quickly seated us and took our order. We shared our flight details with him, and he expedited our order due to the time constraint. We were so thankful to Walter for providing valuable flight gate information so we knew exactly where to go after we finished. Our breakfast arrived quickly and was delicious. We are incredibly grateful for Walter's kindness and help in enjoying our last meal in the UK.

The food was very nice and the chicken tika masala was very nice as suggested by Charles. He provided a great service. We were pleasantly satisfied.

Seriously rude staff and rubbish service. £9.50 for a small glass of house white wine. Rip off. There ate places to visit at T5 in my opinion.

We were served quickly and our server was Charles. He had a great style in service to suggest snacks for us to try. He was not pushy. He was good at his job. All round great place for breakfast and drink before a flight.

Excellent customer service from Jacob, another famous establishment in T5 could take lessons. We shared an excellent club sandwich and a few drinks.

Always hard to know where to eat before a flight if your time is limited, or you just want somewhere with a nice grown-up atmosphere. Great open bar to go for a drink or a light meal before flying, nice atmosphere,friendly staff.

Great Service & Great Food, a menu to suit all palates and dietary requirements. My waiter Rinaldo was super attentive and personable, something that is quite rare to find in a transient and busy airport.
