An EXCEPTIONAL Sunday roast! The vegetarian nut roast was delicious and the children’s Sunday roast portion was perfect. Can’t wait to re-visit.

Lovely visit. Staff polite and attentive. Menu nice selection with fish special menu. Only negative was that we ate too much!!!

Cutlery dirty , breakfast sub standard - tinned mushroom, no lid on tea pot . Milk jug returned as still had custard stuck on from before, tea pot dusty and no lid , cop and saucer had sugar grains . Overall not a very pleasant meal . Tried because we are local and came in after walking to give breakfast a try as it could have become part of a regular thing ,but regrettably will definitely not!!

Food lovely as always , service was slow and felt like the dining area was kind of left as they were running an event that night so they were super busy. would of been better if they had more staff on with one dedicated to the dining area . Staff lovely even though they were busy. Great live band playing outside .

Excellent lunch and service, could not fault. Used to eat here before covid on a regular basis. After covid pub was sold and food was not so good. Has new owner since Oct 24 and the standard is now very high.

Had a very good Sunday lunch today. We were a party of 13 and the staff looked after us really well. Friendly and efficient throughout. Food excellent and plenty of it. Well done to all.

We had dinner there this week, and the food (sea bream and torte) and service were excellent. Recommend for a pleasant evening out.

We stayed one night at The White Horse and it was a very enjoyable experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was very comfortable and clean, and the food was good quality, tasty and well cooked. The building has an interesting history and it is situated right in the middle of the town so extremely convenient for local amenities and places of interest.

Popped in for a lunchtime pint while paddling up the river Wey on a quiet sunny day. Perfect! Loads of outdoor space. 4 cask ales on tap and all the other stuff. Exactly what was required.
