The best restaurants serving Other cuisines food in South East

Only a few of us in there on the night we were in but I really enjoyed my time there.

On Friday evening 11 April we had planned to attend the Beerex across the road which opened at 6pm. Traditionally we seem to meet up here between 4:30 - 5pm before hand and relax with a few drinks before heading off. The outside area has numerous tables and chairs and is great to relax in the late sun and enjoy. The pub itself is very old and traditional and has loads of character. The bar staff are amazing and very efficient. When the Beerex finished at 11pm we ended back over here again to have one more for the road and again the service etc was excellent.

Just grabbed a quick takeaway tea and coffee. Service was quick and both drinks tasted fine

Great breakfast and brunch spot, large seating area inside.

Since the new owners took over a year ago, the pub has really improved in terms of service and atmosphere. It's a great place to get a roast dinner and both children and dogs are welcome. A real community pub.

Had an afternoon tea deal, which was delicious and excellent value and well set up with attentive staff. However the place really needed just some music playing in the background, would really go a long way to elevate the place. There were a few people in the cafe but it was quiet chatter and it felt very sleepy.

We went into the pub yesterday after a lovely walk around the woods and had a drink and lunch. We all (4 of us) had fish and chips and all said it was the best fish and chips we’ve ever had. The fish was freshly cooked with homemade batter and not frozen, the chips were chunky and delicious and the peas were so tasty! I don’t usually like tartare sauce but that was also very tasty, the service was good and the pub had a nice atmosphere and a friendly dog named Alan, on our way out we saw some guests having the roast dinner which I am definitely going to go back and try as that also looked and smelt delicious. I would definitely recommend this pub.

Had coffee and lunch there yesterday , great and friendly service, great food, definitely recommended.

Great old style cafe with tasty breakfast and friendly staff

We had an extra hot latte and hot chocolate, I also had the warm scone and butter. The scone was lovely and warm served with a quenelle of butter, good scone.

Maybe my favourite cafe in this area.

A proper boozer, good choice of beers, friendly staff and locals.

It's nothing fancy, but a reasonable fish and chip shop.
