I went for my birthday meal, staff were so friendly and the food was amazing and it’s all reasonable priced. Very friendly and a great pub will always come back

We use this place as a pre-match Pub and it does its job very well. It's not posh and doesn't pretend to be but it does provide a good service for 1st° match goals. We didn't bother going inside as they have singing section outside and cell can of beer cider for cash only! The service is fun and friendly and a little bit rude at times but that's part of the appeal. The toilets leave something to be desired but that kind of fits in and it's about a 10 minute walk from the pub to Old Trafford.

Me and my children were visiting my dad and he recommended coming here to watch Manchester United. We decided to stay for food and it was lovely. Steak was amazing, sea bass was lovely and my son enjoyed his burger. The pudding was delightful. The only reason I didn’t give 5 star was because we missed out on the Sunday roast. We’ll be back soon.

Decent portion size. Lovely and fresh . Great all in all.

It was the best experience I ever had in a pub. Met the land lady Danielle near the bar when ordering the drink and what a welcome!! She was so friendly and she offered a free first round of drinks for the three of us along with a complimentary baby Guinness ! I shall certainly recommend the Church inn in Urmston and hey... Don't forget to meet the land lady Danielle when you visit.

Buena comida, no demasiado caro y un gran bar. Nos alojamos aquí por negocios y nos reunimos con algunos colegas para una comida después de salir de la oficina. Sí, las opciones de comida son limitadas, pero todo está preparado para ordenar y todo sabe muy bien. El personal es muy servicial y encantado de hacer sugerencias. La pizza vegetariana es muy bueno!

What an amazing hotel. I had my retirement do there last night and they even helped organise flowers with a local florist for a gift the food is superb and the staff are super brilliant!!

Food was solid and the service was good. Very convenient if you are staying in the hotel. It can get crazy on match day but that’s the beauty of the area.

Decided to try here as we received a voucher through our letterbox. We pass this place every day but haven’t been in for years. Very glad we decided to give it a go! The food was lovely, I had the Smothered Platter, partner had the Big Stack Burger and MIL had the Chicken and Ham pie. We all really enjoyed it! They also have a £5 day time menu which looks fab! The staff are friendly and efficient, especially Marta who served us our food and looked after us. We will definitely be back very soon! :) Visited on 12th Feb.

Our third visit here, every time, excellent food, staff lovely and friendly, service really good, the meals are well presented and tasty today's was a mixed Donna Kebab and fries followed by a trifle cheesecake and coffee.each course was enjoyable, since the first visit the Old Hall is a great find.

Restaurant is only open to guests of the hotel. They were unable to seat us initially and we were asked to return after an hour. We still waited an hour before we were brought our food despite it being practically empty.

Lovely meal made better by your wonderful employee Simon. He’s an absolute diamond and made our stay a little easier with his kindness and lovely nature. Thank you! x
