Garden Grille Restaurant and Bar in Trafford

Buena comida, no demasiado caro y un gran bar. Nos alojamos aquí por negocios y nos reunimos con algunos colegas para una comida después de salir de la oficina. Sí, las opciones de comida son limitadas, pero todo está preparado para ordenar y todo sabe muy bien. El personal es muy servicial y encantado de hacer sugerencias. La pizza vegetariana es muy bueno!

Arrived at the hotel so ate here which we hadn't planned. Glad we did as the restaurant was nice and the food delicious. I had the chicken supreme and husband had the classic burger.

Got into an altercation with Stacy the manager the.We wanted to leave our room and get a refund and they refused to refund us. Literally said she is unwilling to refund us, and literally slammed the phone down on me and my wife on our honey moon, terrible customer service skills, then went on to berrate and belittle with acts of racism.Claimed they'll sort it out but never did. No confirmation email sent, very upsetting experience. Don't expect we'll be recieving any compensation.

Nice meal. The food was well presented and cooked and an acceptable sized portion. The staff were helpful. The restaurant wasn’t busy went we went so did not need to book. It was reasonably price for a hotel chain restaurant.

This spot is great for a casual night in next to the hotel. Everything that I’ve tasted on the menu so far has been quite tasty and reasonably priced. I highly recommend their carrot and coriander soup. My server, Gerry, was very attentive, helpful, and provided excellent service!

We had dinner here as we had just arrived Restaurant was clearly short staffed but still very attentive, helpful and food + drinks arrived quickly Food was great, pizza had plenty of cheese + toppings, beef rump steak was succulent Heineken on tap 🍺 Atmosphere is relaxed and family friendly Recommend!

The best veggie burger (beetroot burger) I've ever had. Absolutely delicious. Ate here four nights in a row and were both had superb 10/10 meals every time. Congrats to the staff.

Good service, good restaurant, good food. Very helpful staff. Kitchen staff excellent too. Good choice of food on menu. Not keen on the wine on offer, but everyone has different tastes.

bright restaurant, great breakfast display. value for money. the only pick i would have is the use if the word GRILLE for the name instead of GRILL. Grille means fence

Staying at the Hilton Garden Inn for 5 nights has allowed us to use the restaurant for breakfast each morning and for dinner in three occasions. Breakfast is excellent value, with great choice. One issue was on match day when the restaurant was busy and wait for hot food was a bit long but staff very apologetic. One of the best breakfasts I have had, the sausages are amazing. Dinner has been great each time. There was a small mix up one evening with the orders but again staff did everything to resolve this including complementary drinks and dishes taken off bill without us needing to say anything. Would recommend the risotto and the curry. Excellent value and excellent service couldn't ask for anything more.
