Pan-n-ice in Trafford

We attend this pan n ice for 10 years. But they never expand bigger n still few staff n in result 1 hour to get my repeat favourite founder favourite with my kids. I love brownies that's crunchy n chewy. Try to get big space n hire more staff as u have lot customers who wait for long times.

Awful massive queue £8 and couldn’t get anyone’s attention to get money back after being in the queue for 40. My daughter wanted this and then one of the staff went on a break and no one else serving and queue ridiculous

The Ice cream shop looked very good with prices for icecream of £5-£8 each so a bit expensive for ice cream but it has HIDDEN FEES that they dont tell you about.Obviously if you buy a base e.g cookie dough base then it will cost extra but they didnt mention how much extra it was (£2 each) and i bought 2 icecreams both with a base and it came to £20.33 but it was good quality ice cream.

What an absolute amazing experience the man working there was so kind to my daughter so grateful credit to the company he made her day thank you ☺️

The man working was an absolute super star. He was very personable and made my son feel special by allowing him to help roll the ice cream. Made a core memory after my son came second in a choir competition. Can’t thank you enough!

Hank was great and went above and beyond. Busy stall but made it a nice show piece to keep the eager customers happy. Really tasty too!

Asked for one ice cream and got charged for two, when realising the error we alerted the worker before he had even started the first one saying we only wanted one. His response was well you’ve paid for two so that’s it. I can’t do anything about it. Fair enough I should have double checked before tapping my card so I do take part of the responsibility but being refused a refund for a good or service you didn’t want, let alone ask for is against the consumer rights act, but he didn’t care. Overall the ice cream was nice but the ‘customer service’ was very disappointing

I loved the GOAT, it really is the GOAT!! The staff are so friendly even when it is very busy! The products are made fresh so you have to wait a little but definitely worth the experience!
