The man working was an absolute super star. He was very personable and made my son feel special by allowing him to help roll the ice cream. Made a core memory after my son came second in a choir competition. Can’t thank you enough!

Asked for one ice cream and got charged for two, when realising the error we alerted the worker before he had even started the first one saying we only wanted one. His response was well you’ve paid for two so that’s it. I can’t do anything about it. Fair enough I should have double checked before tapping my card so I do take part of the responsibility but being refused a refund for a good or service you didn’t want, let alone ask for is against the consumer rights act, but he didn’t care. Overall the ice cream was nice but the ‘customer service’ was very disappointing

I loved the GOAT, it really is the GOAT!! The staff are so friendly even when it is very busy! The products are made fresh so you have to wait a little but definitely worth the experience!

I chose this place as a halfway spot for my friend and I to have breakfast together. The food was lovely. We both had veggie full breakfasts, with generous portions, not at all greasy, loely thick toast and a choice of how we had our eggs Thanks to Flo who cooked, and the other lovely, friendly staff for being so welcoming and accommodating. Top place. Would defo recommend

102a School RoadOur favourite go to cafe in Sale my wife & i love it. Brilliant Staff led by Kane the manager so helpful. Lovely cafe right in the heart of Sale so convenient for all the shops. Excellent Coffee & food. Always a great atmosphere. Highly recommended

41 Deansgate laneFabulous roast dinner, great quality, value for money & good portions. It was excellent. However, poor choice of starters & portions are a bit meagre especially for the price. An unfortunate downside of this establishment is the condition of the ladies loos ... you can put bleach in the loos & give them a good scrub, the whole toilet area needs deep cleaning, a decor refresh & good maintenance.

Trafford CentreBEWARE!!! ...The cocktails are very weak, and contain nowhere near the alcohol level that they should. We paid £24 for two cocktails. Our glasses were filled to the top with crushed ice then they produced a premixed 1.5 litre bottle of long island iced tea and simply poured one measure over the crushed ice. So it was not only diluted with the crushed ice but also contained just one measure of what should have been a mixture of spirits...it just tasted of water from the crushed ice. So bad that I have made a formal complaint to trading standards.

11A Goose GreenBooked to go to house for my friend’s birthday on new year’s eve. Ended the night horribly as the female bouncer attacked me over an issue where my friend had lost her earring and they would not let her back in to look for it. Unprovoked aggression including pushing me and grabbing me by the neck. I have video evidence of her pushing me, and threatening to ‘knock me out’ for standing outside the venue. Horrible lady who clearly gets a kick out of causing harm to drunk vulnerable young women. Even one of the other bouncers agreed that she was horrible. I have attached a photo of her and will be filing a complaint directly. Security are meant to make you feel safe and protect you, not assault you! Disgusting.
