Came in for tea tonight, order taken very promptly, with friendly bar staff. Food arrived quickly and was perfectly cooked and hot! Great value for money . I had the hunters chicken and it was gorgeous.

Party booked for today 1pm ..for 25 people. Tables had been reserved for us. Ayla was lovely. So friendly and efficient. Placed our order for food ..despite being busy wasn’t too long of a await. Food was lovely. Freshly cooked hot and well presented. Extremely tasty. Great value and would definitely return and highly recommend. Thank you 😀

I messaged them on Facebook chat to sort through a surprise meal on a Sunday afternoon for my dad. They replied very quickly to all messages and nothing was to much trouble for them. It was of a party of around 30 people and this didn't cause any issues. Tables where ready when our party arrived. We all ordered food and drinks, all came out in a timely manner considering all 30 of us ordered at near enough the same time. Everyone said how good the food was, the service was really good from the whole team on, they went above and beyond and ensured we had a great visit. The service from starting to book to all the way through today was very good Without question i will be back for food and drink here again :) Thanks again Team Bent Brook!

We’ve been coming to the Bent Brook weekly for years and the service and value for money is second to none. Eileen the Landlady and the staff are very friendly and can’t do anymore to make our visit perfect each time. We hope to be able to continue our weekly lunches for years to come.

We live a 3 miles away, but we wanted a change for somewhere to have our occasional family lunch, and we didn't to have to trek up to somewhere further away towards Dunham or Altrincham, and didn't feel particularly keen on paying their prices. This place was recommended to me and it was defininitely one of the best pub food experiences I've had for a long time. Lovely food, well served, great management staff and very reasonably priced - will definitely be coming back.

Held my 80th birthday celebrations here last night 7th September. I cannot praise them enough. Landlady and staff are lovely people, so welcoming and hard working. The area was presented well and food delicious, appreciated by all my guests. I had a very special evening made all the better with all the help the staff gave. Eaten here on numerous occasions and would recommend to anyone. Food delicious and excellent service.

This is the first time that I have been to the Bent Brook and I was very impressed .The interior is really pleasant and welcoming. As it was a sunny day we sat outside and there was plenty of seating. The food and service were excellent and I will definitely be going back.

Had my first visit to The Bent Brook today to cheer up my best friend. It was easy to order on the app. The food was delicious and cooked really well. It was fairly priced and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The only "small" criticism I would have was the music. It was 90s dance music which I didn't believe was in setting with the style of thw restaurant and food. It was quite irritating. I love that it has a pool table and a dart board, an outdoor area and a child's area. Very happy with my visit today.

Food great, didn't have to wait long, waitress was really cheerful which is always a Bonus. I think that 'Atmosphere' is a weird thing to rate as there wasn't much of one but I prefer it like that, quiet and not too busy is my kind of atmosphere. Well priced and no dishes to wash up.😁

Visited the other day with family and no issue whatsoever, Lovely staff so friendly and helpful, we were served by sam whos nickname was smithers i found this lovely that the staff have nicknames for eachother, they show they are a good working team, she was so lovely. Food was delicious and fast also, one of us had the tex mex sharer and oh boy was so worth the money, was presented lovely, all made symmetrical on the tray. When we were told there was a female chef we were shocked, you don't find that often but the presentation made sense. The XL mixed grill was also huge and presented lovely and was huge. We happened to need a extra seat last minuet and we were accommodated quickly for this. All round great atmosphere and we will be back. 👍

34 of us had a gathering for a birthday meal, service was excellent and even though the pub was busy with the football on at the same time we didn't have to wait long for the food at all. Food was excellent and we all enjoyed ourselves. Some of the party had never been before and were impressed and will be back.

The staff are always welcoming . They are efficient and professional. The food is good with plenty of choice from the menu. It is not fancy food but good wholesome food with good service by pleasant staff. Excellent value 2 course senior citizen .meals available .

Came here for Xmas Dinner. Me and myb3 kids. We had the warmest welcome and the most beautiful food. The staff were so attentive and friendly. Couldn't have been any better if they tried. Especially kade. What a brilliant night This place really is incredible. Over the last few monthsI have witnessed a member of staff show such kindness and patience with a young child who was struggling slightly. I think the lady on that occasion was called Annie. Ayla and Irene really go above and beyond to accommodate all needs, even in the busiest times, to squeezing In a football team (literally) to helping my family and I enjoy Xmas. Taz is just alwalys going above to make sure you are happy and again, Annie does everything she can to make sure you are happy. I saw abbie serve a group of ladies who were making a challenge out of the dividing of the bill and she had waaay more patience than I ever could. I was in here this eve with a lady who had disabilities and kayleigh helped her when she wanted to be independent. This is why I return time and time again for work and play. Had a lovely meal yesterday the sharing plater it was so tasty amazing well done to the chef and the staff we will call again in the very near future.

We visited on sunday 5th May to celebrate a family friends 75th birthday. It was a group of about 12 for a lunch. What an afternoon. The venue is great large rooms lots of space a great outside play area for children totally safe. We didn't even know the venue was so full as its so open. The staff were very busy but we never queued long for drinks and the service was great when the food arrived and all served with a smile. I had a roast dinner which was very nice the beef cooked to perfection. If anything the only comment would be that there could have been more veg. We stayed for over 4 hours which passed so quickly and we all including the children enjoyed ourselves that much. We will certainly return very nice indeed.

Food is good, service good. Atmosphere can get rowdy, so if your preference is something more intimate, this is not the place for you.

Fab meal for 20 people for a birthday (group booking pre booked). Irene was super helpful when booking, staff are fab and work their socks off. Service was great even though there were so many of us. Clean, lots of space and the play areas outside is fantastic for the kids. We will definitely book or next family get together x

The meat I had was too small and the lotus cheese cake was awful. The service was very quick but the food was not the best thank you for the reply.

Our group of 5 golfers from Flixton Golf club were on a mission to find a new watering hole after our club put up its prices way above inflation and the food menu is very limited and silly prices . We were recommended to the Bent Brook by our wives, we were truly delighted with the friendliness, service and extensive menu at incredible prices. Although the kids likes the play area outside, the food was not good at all, overcooked and not great portion, staff were pleasant although the atmosphere was not good, lots of adults using bad language in front of children....has potential to be a good pub but felt let down on our visit

Food was so dry .put me off nachos off for life. I actually when there for the nachos. Cob on the cob looked over boiled I didn’t even touch it .

I booked a table for 12 people for lunch. The menu choices of the group included Fish and Chips, Gammon, Hunter's chicken skillet and Steak Pie. Every single person absolutely enjoyed their meal and the offer of 2 mains for £12.99 was a bonus. This was the first time that we had visited the Bent Brook, but we will certainly be back.

The food was very poor especially for the price The product doesn’t look anything like the menu Portions was not as advertised it says 2 pieces of chicken it was one chicken breast cut in half ,bacon and cheese and BBQ sauce missing off this Mixed grill was missing the steak and onion rings ,person dropped the chips on the floor so had to wait for replacements by this time when got the steak it inedible not as asked to be done The pick and choose menu although all there it was very overcooked and other than the chicken nuggets the chicken wings and beans was left due to being overcooked too much We brought chicken home and even the dogs didn’t eat it We waited a hour for this food aswell We complained and we didn’t see any staff after that so think was like water off ducks back The place was great before it became a flaming grill We drove to 4 other pubs and they was full up to 45 mins wait Went to bent brook and it was practically empty no waiting or struggling to get table not like it used to be Now we know why it’s definitely gone down hill We used to go here regularly but not as local as we used to be now It was a treat out with our grandchildren and it wasn’t good at all

The food here is still excellent value for money, fantastic pub grub. However, the past couple of visits, the bar has been critically understaffed for a venue with both food and drink only customers. Friday night with only two staff on the bar results in long queues waiting to be served, warm glasses reducing the quality of the drinks and a worsening customer experience. This continues at the table with understaffing resulting in plates and empty glasses building up on the table. The staff continue to be polite and engaging with a swift apology for waiting but the overall experience could be easily improved with more of them.

This place is a hidden gem. Been craving a flaming grill since our local one was closed down a few years ago. Marks service was 10/10, checked on us to see if we needed anything else, and although was busy still kept smiling and being friendly! Food was 10/10. We will definitely be returning, staff friendliness definitely make the experience

Booked a family Christmas meal for 30 people, which included 5 children on Saturday 2nd December. I booked the festive menu. It was easy to do on the app and select menus and pay deposits. When I added additional people, Eileen, the landlady, helped me sort it. When we arrived, we were in one section of the pub, and the tables were all laid out lovely with Christmas crackers. The food was amazing and so tasty and great value for money. The service was excellent. All the staff were lovely and helpful. We stayed for 5 hours and the family loved it and they want me to book it next year. My meal was delicious. I couldn't fault it. The only negatives was it was cold near the windows for anyone sat there.But after the meal we moved round. And please, can you get Rioja red wine in as it's on the menu but not been available when we've been in. Thanks, Bent Brook and Eileen and all the staff for a wonderful family Christmas Party.

We visited for Christmas dinner. The service was excellent and the staff were very attentive without being overly fussy. The food was very good and we were given time between courses to relax and chat. We are lucky enough to live close by and have visited many times for lunch. We have never been disappointed! We would recommend the Bent Brook to anyone who wants a relaxed atmosphere and reasonably priced food.

Couldn’t fault the staff however the manager was absolutely awful to my friend who was with her autistic child… My friend arrived bed with a pre prepared meal for her son as he won’t eat anything else and went to explain to the manager that 9 other people would be eating and buying drinks, she was firstly shouted at and then when she explained she was once again shouted at saying you should’ve told me he was autistic! I can’t fault the food, service of the other members of staff but a awareness of hidden disabilities is needed as this reduced my friend to tears

Took a group of 8 including three wheelchairs for Christmas dinner. Can’t praise the service to highly. Made to feel extremely welcome and given plenty of room. The meal was excellent and the whole group loved the experience and were made to feel special. Won’t be looking round for next years venue the decision is already made . Lovely welcoming pub,lots parking.. Went lunchtime today with a friend could not fault a thing (understand why she recommends it to everyone!!) Had the special menu (served all day M- F) £5.99=2 courses + £1.50 for a sweet, honestly food was great, (as were the staff!!!) The chocolate fudge cake was sooooooo nice, the portion was incredible ( sadly left some as I was feeling a 🐖) Well priced drinks. Will DEF come here much more often.

Just had lunch at this pub. Two mains for £12.99. The food was excellent and there was plenty of it. Staff were helpful and very thoughtful. Would highly recommend for pub grub.

My husband and I stopped by on a whim to escape rush hour traffic. We were pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the staff, the price of food and drink and the atmosphere and cleanliness of the pub. It's quite a large pub with plenty of parking and seating inside and outside. The menu selection is massive, but we opted for the pub classics menu which gave us 2 mains for £12.99. That's 2 dinners for £12.99! Since the mains were so cheap we splurged on a shareable starter and a pint of Guiness. All of this came to under £28. Food was decent enough, especially for the price, so we searched for similar pubs in our own area to have a decent weekday meal out, otherwise we'll hit up this place whenever we're in the area.
