Service was AWFUL had to wait to be seating when all 3 staff members was chatting at the bar. We then had to get there attentions for drinks which we finally got for free. My friend asked for sauce that she never got. When we then asked for the service charge to be taken off the staff rolled their eyes and said we was causing drama

Stopped by Bill's after full day of shopping on a busy Sunday. The restaurant was full but the staff topped off a good day. Fabiola was friendly very helpful aswell as taking time to have a conversation about our day.. Food was delicious nice and fresh with a lovely sweet at the end

Lovely brunch… reasonably priced.. very friendly staff. Booked last minute and they couldn’t have been more accommodating.

We had Lala serving us and she was fabulous. Really quick service for a family with little kids and so accommodating of little requests. Thanks for such a pleasant stop over, Lala.

Lovely spot for breakfast/brunch, if you are going to the Trafford Centre shopping after. Lovely atmosphere and waiters, Laia we have had twice now and she is so smiley and nice! Would deffo recommend

Can't believe I scoffed 5 vegan pancakes that were simply delicious! My friend very much enjoyed the eggs benedict. Lala and Carol were the most amazing hosts that made it a great experience!

Fabiola was my server and she was excellent! so sweet and offered insight to the menu. this is the second time we’ve come here and be served by her and the service is always impeccable!

Whilst out with friends at the Trafford Centre we chose Bills for our evening meal. This choice was following careful scrutiny of the menus in The Orient (Trafford Centre’s eating area) as my friend is vegan and gluten free. Some of the menus did not clearly label this but Bills did and a very helpful waiter and waitress supported her with choices. In fact there was a special GF menu with Vegan Choices highlighted. Very clear. I am vegetarian and there were lots of choices for me and I selected Korean Cauliflower and Harissa Humous and flat bread for my meal. Delicious!! Amongst the best I have had. Service was brilliant and the waiter and waitress were super friendly. We all had a lovely evening here. Thank you.

Bills never fails to deliver. Always have a consistent good meal at this Trafford centre restaurant. Food great portions good value with set meal options but the staff are what always makes this a great experience for me. On this evening we had the pleasure of being served by Carolina she was exceptional in every way. Really attentive, always pleasant smiling and helpful throughout the whole meal. You really made our night, Carolina thank you.!

Great food and service! Isabel was friendly and attentive. I would recommend the Bill’s BBQ Tray - however, be careful as the hot sauce is extremely hot! The desserts were delicious as well.

Lovely greeting at the door as a solo person some places would rather put you in the nasty seating but was asked if i wanted out or in and taken to a nice table inside.it was quiet busy And my waiter came over with a carafe of water and i said ready to order i chose eggs Benedict with extra beans and sausage it arrived it was tasty and hot i was impressed the poached eggs were perfect . The waiter came back and did a check back to see if all was ok he was well mannered and smiling i did not feel rushed at all . Will come back here a very happy customer well worth the cost

Well where do I start, Bills has Lovely ambience, Fantastic decor, Wonderful lovely staff (Heidi) was friendly attentive waiting staff member who made our visit a lovely experience, The food not only looks visually appealing and tasty but both my daughter and myself where completely emersed in satiation by the flavours and preparation of our food, reasonably priced and certainly value for money,both myself and my daughter will be returning in the future for the food service and value for money. 5stars all day long ♥️ Bills thank you and Heidi thank again.

There were 4 of us and we had to wait for a table but not too long. Once seated the service was excellent, friendly and attentive. The food was very good, poached eggs were perfectly cooked.

Eat here today for the first time and it won’t be the last. Super friendly waitress who was really helpful answering all my questions , it was lunchtime so it was really busy but we did not wait long to order or for our food and drinks, the food was excellent . I can’t wait to return to try some other dishes 😊

Where do I start! We got taken to a table and while the waitress handed the menus over she said “any allergies scan the QR code”…so I did. I have a spice allergy so I have to avoid anything spicy or ‘seasoned’. When the lady came back to take our order I asked if I could change the bills big brunch to avoid any seasoning. She said yes no problem, so I ordered the fried eggs, bacon, potatoes, mushrooms, tomatoes, and the sourdough bread. The mushrooms had seasoning on them, the potatoes were covered in seasoning, the eggs were snotty, the bacon was hard and there wasn’t much of it, the toast was cold, the whole plate was cold. The size of the plates that come out don’t fit on the small tables, the coffee is bitter! We had to take the fake dusty plant off the table to try and make some room, while the staff watched us struggle to make everything fit on the table. I’m assuming they have a buffet set up in the kitchen where the cooked food sits and waits for someone to order. This wasn’t a freshly made breakfast. It was cheap and nasty. If you have allergies don’t eat anywhere that the staff tell you to scan a code to see what meals have what potential allergies, it just means the staff haven’t got a clue as to what they are serving. It’s dangerous. The lady that served us should have known that the mushrooms and potatoes had seasoning on them. I wouldn’t have ordered them had I known. I wouldn’t go back to Bills ever again. £13.50 for a cold, under cooked mess.

Good food Awful service! 1st time we came to bills never tried it was really excited! Came here while staying at the Trafford centre so booked for my birthday meal! Staff looked miserable and looked like didn’t want to be there! No service with a smile!! Never even said happy birthday very rude actually! Shame as ruined the whole experience!

My sister, niece and I stopped for a bite to eat at Bill's Trafford between shopping. It was my niece's 10th birthday and upon spotting her birthday badge, our lovely waitress Florence made a fuss of her from the outset. I asked Florence for her recommendation on the menu and she suggested we ordered the Halloumi Shawarma with a side of fries. We did and it was lovely. Couldn't fault the place, which is good going for a busy weekend service. My niece wanted to give Florence especially a 5 out of 5.

We went in February half term for the kids eat free offer. Firstly I’d like to compliment our server, unfortunately I didn’t get her name but she was fantastic. It’s rare to get a server that was chatty, welcoming to adults and kids. She was great with the boys allergies and gave good suggestions. She was very attentive, really made it a lovely dinning experience. Other good points were it was very busy but the food came out in good time and was very nice.

From the outset, very attentive staff. Must give a special mention to Lee, always on hand if needed, regular checks (not overpowering) the service was excellent. Nice atmosphere. Had Chicken Caesar Salad. Absolutely fantastic. Fresh, chicken chargrilled to perfection. We are definitely going back again. Pricing was also very reasonable. Well done to Lee and all the staff.

This was my First time at bills as me and my mum decided to go to Trafford as it’s Quiet mid week on a Wednesday afternoon They had a BOGOF for January so thought we’d try , the staff were helpful but not very welcoming however seen too quickly We got the vegan chestnut bake a mindful special in veganuary and my mum got the truffle chicken 2 ways both we enjoyed I also got the vegan bottomless pancakes as this is also a special served 3-5 so perfect time and great value for £7.50 I thought both options of fruit and ‘bacon’ were available and staff didn’t mention ‘bacon’ was extra so after 2 plates there was an extra charge They also didn’t knock the offer of BOGOF even though we mentioned it on arrival so felt ignored and what felt like a great deal felt dissatisfied Overcharged ?

Went for an early works christmas meal towards the start of December and got in without any fuss. Once there the staff serving us were attentive and friendly especially from Andrea. She made us feel very welcome and made sure everyone has happy throughout your experience there. Food was bang on what we needed and everyone had a really good time. Would definitely recommend!
