The best restaurants serving British food in Trafford North West

After waiting for more than half an hour we were served our Eggs Benedict. I would say they the worst I have ever eaten. Sloppy eggs as the whites weren’t cooked and one small piece of bacon on each barm. After waiting so long couldn’t be bothered complaining. Went to pay and was asked if I enjoyed our meal. I said no not really it wasn’t any good to which the lady replied ‘ok that will be £22.70’ Needless to say we will never be back.

I chose this place as a halfway spot for my friend and I to have breakfast together. The food was lovely. We both had veggie full breakfasts, with generous portions, not at all greasy, loely thick toast and a choice of how we had our eggs Thanks to Flo who cooked, and the other lovely, friendly staff for being so welcoming and accommodating. Top place. Would defo recommend

Wonderful place , had a party for my husbands birthday , food was wonderful staff excellent. Everyone really enjoyed the chilled atmosphere, would recommend for a party .

Worth a try if it ever opens again after alterations started in January 22,still waiting for opening date in March.

I had the pleasure off spending the afternoon/evening at wedding reception here. The food was absolutely amazing. The service was excellent. Would recommend to anyone.

Last weekend the wife and I were in Altrincham doing some last minute shopping, when we stumbled upon “HEX”. How great to have a new place popping up on George Street! They had live music on, a good selection of beers and cocktails (wife enjoyed one too many espresso martini - they were superb!) The venue itself felt relaxed and the staff were really accommodating and friendly. Looking forward to going back and trying their food menu.

Most awful bar i’ve ever been to, the staff were extremely rude. They would make comments under their breath and laugh at me and my friends. They snatched my drink off me after giving me the wrong drink and then complaining that i tried to steal the drink? They’re awful. I had to leave mid-way through. Don’t go if you’re thinking about going

I and some friends had a table booked then we found out the place was closed and they didn't have the decency to inform us

Food here is excellent. All the usual brunch items. Service very good and staff very friendly. We visited with our daughter's dog and were made very welcome. I think some customers ordered in advance (perhaps on their lunch break ?).

It’s a ridiculous waiting time, surely you know when you will be busy? Food is great, get more staff on!

My go to place for food when i’m up that Big north. The staff are always spot on and attentive ( a quality sadly lost in a lot of places these days ). It’s not high dining, but you will be pleasantly surprised with the attention to detail and fast service.

Great pub and restaurant with excellent staff. Well worth a visit

Had a few pints in the church last night Guinness was lovely. Bartender Charlie went above and beyond. Lovely place!
