Fresh Cafe Bistro in Trafford

Worth a try if it ever opens again after alterations started in January 22,still waiting for opening date in March.

Really tasty food and great value , would recommend it , coffee tasty too , free car park at the back , can't fault it

Delivery time was fine and the driver pleasant enough - ordered a sausage and bacon barm which consisted of half a slice of bacon and two catering sausages just not acceptable. It seems as if no pride has gone into something as simple as a sandwich. Will not return

nice food and reasonable prices also a large menu to pick from pleasant staff and will deliver if wanted

This is my regular full breakie place and probalt the best one in sale moor. Nice fresh hot and nice quality bacon, nice staff and good coffee

Dropped by this café as our usual Sale Moor café was closed during the owner’s holiday, so gave it a go based on the TA positive reviews. Not as pleasant an experience as our normal venue as a bit tatty. Breakfasts were quickly served, hot and fresh. The tea and toast were fine, but avoid the filter coffee....it was the most insipid, awful coffee I’ve ever had the displeasure to drink and was enough to reduce the overall rating and ensure that I resume visits to our normal café as soon as the owners return from holiday.

Good food at reasonable prices,first class customer service. plenty of choice in food and drink,well worth a visit.

We always get our breakfasts from here. Always quick and the quality is always good. It is always open on Sundays and bank holidays as well. Keep up the good work.

I went in this morning for a breakfast - ordered a "Large Breakfast". 2 bites into my first sausage I noticed something hanging out of the middle of it. A piece of blue plastic at least an inch long! It looked like the kind of plastic you would get from a plastic bag or maybe a blue plastic gloves someone would wear at the sausage factory? Either way, absolutely disgusting! I picked the sausage off my plate and took it to the counter to show the lady working there. All I got was a "oh sorry love, shall I get you another sausage?". No thank you... Will never go back. Would advise against eating here...

I always pop in here when i visit my son for a breakfast with him, the food and service is spot on and delicious :-) and I know my son is in there practically every day so they must be doing something rigt as Lee is a fussy eater. Well done to all the staff :-) :-)

Having visited the cafe on numerous occasions now, I can say the food is always delicious. They have a great variety on the menu from breakfasts, freshly made sandwiches, daily specials and lots of healthy options for slimmers like myself. The staff are always very pleasant and friendly and you always receive excellent service.

We try to visit at least once maybe twice a week for breakfast. Fresh do all day breakfast which suits our lifestyle very well. As I'm diabetic and carbohydrates are my enemy I choose to have the slimmers breakfast. The slimmers consists of 2 poached eggs,2 no fat sausage from Taylor's mushrooms and fresh tomatoes whole meal toast and beans tea or coffee. The breakfast is beautifully cooked no grease just great fresh ingredients and all served with a smile all for under£5 Thank you Fresh you're a hidden gem.

We eat here most weekends for breakfast. It is excellent value and it is always a well cooked breakfast. The staff are friendly and service good.

I've been with groups of people on all the theme nights, including the christmas nights. For the price you pay, and that you proving your own drink this place is amazing. The staff are lovely. This is not somewhere you come for a romantic night, however for a good value, fresh food, with your own alcohol provided it is a good night out. What I think is lovely is they dress the tables, put out candles this turns a day time eatery into to a "night out" venue.

Fuimos al Bistro fresco por noche cury (jueves's ) , tanto la comida y el servicio eran muy buenos. Nos dieron charlando con la gente en la mesa de al lado y descubrió que eran asiduos ha recomendado las otras noches temáticas que le salida. No vayas por una tranquila cena romántica para 2, pero no si lo que quieres es una comida bien cocinada en un ambiente agradable. El precio es excelente y puedes llevar tu propia bebida ...

excellent food. Tried the steak and Italian theme nights - both excellent. Very friendly service - highly recommended.

We went there on a steak night which is a Tuesday it was absolutely fantastic value we got the choice of 5 starters and 6 main course for only £7.95 the steaks we're all 10 oz the service was very good the atmosphere was great. Only a small place but very warm and inviting .recommend you to try not sure which night is which but they do a curry and a Italian night
