I have dined here a few times and the experience is always 10/10. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, bright and clean. The food is delicious and the staff are lovely. For my recent visit I had excellent service from Milla who looked after us very well and was friendly and easy to talk to. Highly recommend. Thank you and see you next time!

Ordered a potatoe and it is bland and nasty. They could have atleast used butter or some sort, disgusting tasting Jacket spud that I paid nearly £10 for.

We came here for a surprise breakfast for my grandmas 80th and the food, atmosphere and service were 10/10. Nancy our waitress was amazing in both her service and friendliness. The food was gorgeous with the whole table getting a different variety of food, pancakes were exceptionally good. I would definitely recommend

The food was beautiful, such a great breakfast/lunch spot in the centre of hale. We had the lovely Corinna serve us, who made us feel very welcome. Definitely would come back again.

It's great to have this place on my doorstep. They always serve fresh, tasty food that I feel is good value. The staff are always very friendly. We went about 6 weeks ago for my nephew's birthday and the staff made a fuss of him, which he appreciated despite his embarrassment. Milla (?) in particular looked after us well. Sorry for the delay in posting and thanks again.

We love coming to Hale from N. Wales. The staff are very accommodating and enthusiastic about their job, the food is excellent and presented well, the specialty pancakes are a must, sorry no photo as I was too busy eating, but rest assured they are worth the £18 especially if you have a sweet tooth, 3 American style pancakes loaded with Nutella, bananas, strawberries, blueberries, and biscoff pieces and drizzled white chocolate, topped with a Juniper wafer( which my teenager swiped before I had chance to even look at it) and Chantilly cream, don't be on a diet if you're planning a trip here as the menu is extensive and suits everyone's needs. Thank you Juniper hope to see you again soon!

A really friendly and lovely place for lunch. Delicious coffee and a very yummy Eggs Benedict was just what I was hoping to find on the menu. There were so many appealing dishes on a very nice menu, I was spoilt for choice. Can’t wait to return here next time I’m in Hale. The waitress was very helpful and friendly.

We love this cafe,never been disappointed,rearly nice breakfast,good ambience,for me the biscoff milkshake is to die for,can't fault it,definitely not the cheapest but you get what you pay for,excellent freindly service as usual from all especially corinna,service with a smile and freindly welcome.

Got told to try this place while waiting for a train, food was lovely and the service was fantastic. Milla was amazing and got me sat quickly and food sorted so I was able to enjoy a coffee and eat before travelling back to the Midlands. Had the omelette which was a huge size and very tasty, and the latte was exceptional and one of the best I’ve had in the UK! I also got complimented on my Brummy accent which never happens either 😂

The young woman who served us had an absolute attitude problem and when paying for the bill we were expecting change, the waitress said she'll be back with the change but then acted oblivious and walked passed the table. 20 minutes had passed by, had to ask for the change that she huffed at but eventually gave. It was incredibly rude and incredibly demeaning considering it's a basic when purchasing food.

Had a family brunch with 10 of us and a baby - we were served delicious food, had excellent service from the staff - especially from Milla, Molly, Shaf and Mo - thanks to you all for looking after us! We ordered the masala breakfast, French toast, pancakes, the steak sandwich and an omelette. Pancakes better than the French toast. Steak sandwich was a great balance of steak, onions, mushrooms and a fresh toasted ciabatta. I also enjoyed a fresh apple, mint, celery and ginger juice. The atmosphere was great - we will be back for more!

Such a lovely restaurant! So many options on the menu, the food was delicious and came so quickly even though they were packed. We were served by Melissa and she was amazing, she really made the experience that much more enjoyable!
