Excellent, come for Sunday lunch once a month

I had the best experience today I was served Kathleen she was very polite

We’re do I start 🤔the carvery meat was nice but the potatoes were dried up and totally un edible, the stuffing looked like flapjack, crusty and burnt , and I will show a photo off the Yorkshire pudding that was like a rock , the video shows my granddaughter try to smash it apart to eat it but mine is on the table , I gave up. The service as well was dreadful 1 girl taking all orders and they could see a big queue forming but made no attempt to put any on else on the tills. What should have been a nice afternoon with my granddaughter and friend who had brought her 18 month old daughter as a treat turned into us wishing we would have gone to Mc Donald’s. I was told it was nice food, it was dreadful 🙈🙈🙈🙈🙈1⭐️For ice cream . Mr kennedy Won’t let me put video on of the Yorkshire rock pudding, so put our photo on.

A member of staff had left so they were understaffed. The meals took longer to arrive one steak was so tough it was basically inedible. The pudding were ordered and never came so we had to ask a member of staff who was very busy due to the lack of staff she did sort it out not a brilliant outing

Cheap,friendly & convenient,staff really helpful.

Came here was craving a carvery late at night (pregnant) and wasn't disappointed all food was fresh, all other family members were happy with there food and deserts will come back again with the baby as food family atmosphere thanks

Lacklustre service, food came without certain items and when mentioned staff refused to acknowledge it until receipt shown. Offered a dessert for a 5* review which never materialised.

I have to start by saying the staff are very accommodating and so kind. The classics gammon and turkey were delicious. They have done a good job at keeping the turkey moist. At carveries the roast potato's are sometimes hit and miss. This is my first time at this carvery and the potato's were pretty good. What makes this carvery better than others is the variety of vegetables. The honey roasted parsnips are incredible. I would highly recommend.

Love it, its becoming a bit of a regular now

I was worried at first when my colleague said we are going to eat at a carvery but after looking at the menu I was so pleasantly suprised with the wide variety of vegetarian and vegan options. The portion sizes here are huuuge. The root veg pie and carvery was delicious, excellent value for money. Don't worry if you can't eat it all the friendly server will pop it in box for you 😉 We used the app to order and despite the restaurant being full everything came out really fast, service with a smile. I'm definitely coming back again for another slice of those gigantic cakes 😍🍰

Called in for lunch after a meeting and the first thing that hit me was how fresh it smelled when entering and was spotless clean. We were greeted with a welcome and it makes a big difference when the staff are smiling and extremely friendly, polite and helpful. The disappointment (if you can call it that) is that it was pretty quiet and it deserved to be more busy! We were shown to a table that was already made up and again I must emphasise how clean it was and fresh smelling. The waitress was a young girl, smartly dressed and very humble and only too willing to help. I’m mentioning the waitress (and other staff) as I observed that, even though there was not many customers to serve, she going the extra mile to make sure every table was spotless clean and the furniture was positioned correctly. I ordered one of the special burgers and to be honest you’re not going to get a Michelin star meal and I was expecting a ‘Wetherspoon’ type of meal, which is kind of true except it was definitely better, far more tasty with noticeably better quality meat. The chips were served, freshly cooked and crispy on the outside and light and fluffy on the inside. In fairness it was a damn good burger and excellent value for money! Overall, a great restaurant with exceptional customer service with staff who are hard working, passionate and take pride in their job and this dedication creates a great happy friendly atmosphere with good fresh food. *** PLEASE NOTE***. I’ve been very complimentary about the staff and I must point out that this was my first visit to the Trafford Centre and this restaurant so I personally do not know or have ever previously met any of the staff that work there. In this day and age there is a growing trend to criticise and complain but rarely compliment for good service and hard work. Hopefully the restaurants management team will read this review and congratulate their staff!

Went for lunch today served by Ellie who's lovely . Sat outside didn't have to wait long before our food was brought out to us which was cooked perfectly

Not my sort of Pub! But a friend wanted to meet there so… there we were!!! Staff was ok, could do with some training as I asked for an Irish coffee and they said they don’t do it but can put some flavouring 😅 not sure they understood what I meant… me explaining only aggravated them so… just has a Coke instead! Had the Eaton mess… not great! Sorry to say! I was gutted as my favourite dessert! Very loud kids, everywhere, running a bit 2 wild, could do with staff politely directing the children to their respective parents 😅 made it hard to have a conversation without shouting! It’s a family orientated Pub so will not deduct a star for that! Just a bit too loud! The carvery was good hence the 🌟🌟🌟🌟

I booked a table. For a Saturday night, shouldn't have bothered. No one greeting us. My father asked for a glass of tap water, bar person said no! We all had carvery, turkey tasted weird, cauliflower cheese had no sauce. Veg seemed to be there for hours, worst thing was the Yorkshire puddings, I even told the staff they were bad. When they collected the plates, she had to smash them, terrible food, terrible food and service. So dissatisfied

Recently had the pleasure of visiting coppice Wood Farm and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Meg on the bar who made made our stay very welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. I would recommend to visit and will be back very soon. Thanks again Meg

Servers and services were pretty good. The food was edible, just about, but quite poor. The potatoes were very hard, beef took a lot of chewing, and mashed potatoes were very bland, with screaming parents running about.

Excellent value, great portions and atmosphere. Will definitely come back. Love the carvery! Great cakes too.

Visited with family and I've never been served by staff as rude as this place, not all but a certain member of the bar staff was slamming pints on the bar and generally having a strop for reasons unknown to me or others. You're serving wine in gin glasses, how can you not have enough wine glasses in a place this big? Food wise, it's your typical Greene King place, so not bad to be honest, just let down by some really poor customer service.

Greene King carvery pub. We visited around 7pm by which time one of the carvery meats had gone but the veg was fresh. I wouldn't say it had an atmosphere, it's a standard GK build & layout, there's an identical one at Leeds airport,

Have visited here a couple of times. It’s a good place to go for a quick carvery and good value for money with good portion sizes. Food quality isn’t always great, and there’s seemingly always a queue for drinks, food and cakeaway.

Bit disappointed with the food, as not the standard from our local one. But still better than cooking myself. However their lattees are perfect.

It's a strictly (excellent) British food place. Pasta should be removed from the menu even if it is for kids

Had a fantastic Sunday breakfast with some ex colleagues, all you can eat for less than £10 you can't go wrong and everything was tasty and well cooked. We will definately be going back

Elle was very pleasant and cleared my table in a very timely manor, Ben served my drinks very quickly and Kam brought my food out within 10 minutes of ordering which was amazing. The food was very nice we bought a carvery as well as the loaded chicken strips, both were very nice and looked exactly like they did on the menu

Wow! We kept passing here and decided to call in. Despite it being quite quiet the place was spotless, the service excellent and the food very nice. We had carvery and the meat was delicious. The cakes aswell are to die for make sure you leave room for them! Delicious xx

Great first time here for my nephews birthday the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Varied menu choices, value for money was met and kids play areas kept them happy. Meg was super helpful with the ice creams for the kids and particularly with my nephew being dairy free. Thanks ☺️

I came here with my friend for dinner, on arrival we order drinks and food via the app so not receive any drinks for 30 minutes. Bar staff were messing about and not paying attention to the orders on the screen. A few minutes after our drinks were received, we had our food delivered to the table. As I was eating my food I pulled of my fork what was a massive piece of cling film, issue was resolved by full refund, however, an awful experience and won’t be going here again!

Food was lovely the only thing that let the place down was the lack of staff. We ordered via the app but ended up asking for our drinks and puddings. Place was clean and tidy.

Very poor service 45 mins for our drinks and over an hour and a half for food, and we booked in advance!!!

Went for the Sunday carvery which was lovely. Decided to have the takeaway cake which turned out to be overbaked, dry and burned around the edge. Had this been served at the table, it would have definitely been sent back. Shame really as the rest of the food was fine.

Lovely carvery, the veg was fresh and all was a good temperature! We also had a curry skewer it was fantastic. The team are so polite and helpful we can’t wait to come back and get some more of the brilliant cakes they have

This place is great when you have kids. There's a bit of a play area and you can order via an app. The service is great, staff are very friendly and quick to deliver drinks and food once ordered. The food is cooked well, it isn't obviously restaurant type food but is good for what it is. We'll be coming again with the kids.

The food was ok and nicely portioned apart from the very slim slices of meat. Went to order dessert and was told they were no longer serving dessert due to the kitchen being busy. I may add the establishment was empty and i noticed another customer had waited over an hour for their childrens chicken nuggets. The diet coke on draught was also tasteless. I personally felt the staffs attitude and customer service was horrible to the point i walked out.

Carvery was delicious and excellent value. Super convenient and the service was excellent as well.

This is the second time that we’ve returned in a week and have been served by the same waiter. We would like to say thank you to Samantha (Sam) with her excellent communication, bubble nature which has made our experience very enjoyable.. I visisted the coppice woodfarm this evening 15/06/2024 when we arrived we were told to sit anywhere we wanted so we picked a place to sit down we was sat there for a good 30mins waiting for someone to come over and take our drink order as nobody told us we had to download the app or go order at the bar so after we figured this out by seeing it on the menu we ordered the meal we waited for 30mins still no drinks so we asked the waitress could she get them for us she went and told the bar and within 10 seconds the drinks were brought over think they were left behind the bar and noone brought them to us then someone brings over the desserts before we even had the starter so she sent them back then we got our starters then the mains then we had to ask for the dessert as again alot of time went by and nothing and they didnt even give me the scoop of ice cream i asked for as an extra i didnt even ask for it at this point with how much time went by the plates were not collected inbetween main and dessert so the plates covered our whole table just poor service even the cuttlery was dirty and felt like i didnt wanna use it i wont be returning here again. the food was fine and good prices just the service needs alot of improving.

Shocking service, staff have a bad attitude, attended this evening for a meal, served by the rudest waitress, who had a stinking lack of respect and a disgusting attitude. Slammed the plate down and walked off, the steak was freezing cold and was practically mooing, when complained to waitress the reply we got was “I don’t know what you want me to do as there’s sauce all over it” insinuating that the plan was to clearly re heat it. No apologies made. Don’t bother with this place, they have no idea what customer service skills are.

My local,attend here very often. The service is lovely. Attended here a few days ago for a family meal and was seen to by Meg,lovely girl made us feel very welcomed into the restaurant very helpful and attended to us straight away to keep my little one occupied with some colouring crayons and colour sheet :) Very pleased.

Absolutely love coming in for food. I come in with my nana frequently for dinner. The carvery is great quality and great prices. Lovely staff. A young girl named Megan was our waitress today. She is such an asset. Very bubbly and made the experience even better. I love the carrot cake! Worth a try! Would definitely recommend.

We went as a family of 8 for the first time and the food was good but I have to say the services was on point amazing service from Katie who was a host on the day always smiling and was very polite. George took our order behide the bar he was very patient and polite cause difficulties with blue light card, due to not having full availability on the menu George ensured we were satisfied with what we got and if we wanted to replace the dishes they didn't have on the day. As a family, which 4 of us was work in restaurant such as Nandos and kfc. we thought the service here was amazing. Spilt my drink by accident on the table Katie kindly cleaned it up and got me a refill so thank you to the staff in general ☺️

The overall experience here was great, for the first time ever I had a carvery, and by the end I was stuffed to the point I just wanted to go to bed and sleep ha 😴 I would recommend the coppice, clean and welcoming, and food was lovely and you get a cheeky discount if your with the aa and have the app

Awful experience. Family of 5, 2 ordered carvery so they naturally waited until our food to arrive. To find there was actually no carvery left. Recieved a refund for the carveries and reordered food from the menu. So 2 people were sat waiting whilst our food arrived, it was over cooked, missing items, wrong items and generally awful. The staff were very apologetic I give them that. Just ashame about the chef.

With the place being right next to the hotel of my stay, I had to give the Sunday roast a try. Coppice Wood Farm did not disappoint. I enjoyed it a lot. The portion was gigantic and price value was excellent.

Always have a good experience here, the food is great value for money and delicious. The staff are friendly and helpful, especially George! On one occasion our car wouldn’t start after we left and he came out to help us jump start it, such a lovely man!

Visited Coppice Wood Farm for breakfast as part of a large party, and I must say it was SENSATIONAL. The service was absolutely top notch, and the two lovely ladies, Danielle and Caitlin couldn’t do enough to help. The food was what you would expect from a buffet breakie, filled us up with plenty of soakage for the rest of the day.
